I think they said you can customize some features of them (maybe skin colour? hairstyle?) but without the level of detail you can customize your playable character Presumably, the "not as detailed" only applies to Alec. At least, I would hope so, considering the entire CC for the other sibling is obviously usable in the game... It'd be pretty arbitrary to only let us select certain features with that in mind.
