I haven't been playing the series much lately. But I decided that I wanted some Obbie and Ashley romance action for some reason. I am on ME3 and I am finally doing a run with a dead Garrus.

So this leaves only EDI and James as possible squadmates (not picking Liara because I hate her). Using James more often makes me realize something. James Vega sucks.

The amount of times this guy back talks or questions my orders make me wish I could kick him off the ship with Liara. But Bioware pushes him so hard to be your bro. Like his first shouting match with Shepard makes him annoying as is. Bad first impression. Then on Grissom Academy he's giving me orders to slap medigel on someone to get them up. Then on the Rachni mission he questions my decision pretty disrespectfully and then insults you when he comes to your cabin for advice. Why was this guy so likable in Paragon Lost and a dbag in ME3? His banter and side comments also make him sound like a neanderthal as well.

Why have I heard a few people say Kaidan is a jerk and he's a terrible character, but then turn around and say Vega is a nice guy? I can't wait to get Ashley so I can dump this bonehead (also saving Javik for later because I want Ash on that mission).

I have never done this in any of my playthroughs either. I am not a big fan of Garrus (he's just ok), but it feels empty without him in ME3. Weird for a character that I am just alright with.

I imported Brandi Shepard from ME1 into ME2. Brandi was a Vanguard in ME1, but I converted her into a Sentinel in ME2 because I want to have some fun as an Assault Sentinel. I'll convert her back into a Vanguard when I import her into ME3.

Brandi Shepard:
1. Was listed as Killed in Action after the Normandy was attacked by an unidentified vessel.
2. Woke up in unfamiliar space station that was under attack by hacked security mechs.
3. Left with Cerberus operatives Jacob Taylor and Miranda Lawson to another location, where she conversed with the Cerberus leader known as The Illusive Man.
4. The Illusive Man asked that she look into the mysterious abductions of human colonies.

Cleared out Feros with only one colonist casualty. Well, if you don't count Jeong, but he had it coming. Shut down the rogue VI and became a Shock Trooper. Defused a bomb even though I don't know how. Went something like this... Hackett: "There's a bomb, Shepard. I need you to defuse it or the turians will be pissed." Shep: "I have no idea how to defuse a bomb and neither does anyone in my crew." Hackett: "But you're closest!" Shepard SHOULD have said: "Then I'll be the first to die because I don't know how to defuse a bomb. Like I just said." Turns out 30 year old tech is easy to defuse. Did a bunch of other things. Noveria is definitely next. Sorry, Liara, you won't be there for your mother's death since you'll still be trapped in a Prothean force field on Therum.

I was about to do something or other but the game just froze as I was leaving the asari whorehouse on the Presidium.

I have refused Mikhailovich before but burning him is better.

I forgot to say that I got away with not one single flirt from Liara. I did Feros>Noveria>Virmire>Therum. One "embrace eternity" out of her, rudeness and not even a discussion about how I killed her mother. The one and only mission I had with her was Ilos through the end. This way I never had to deal with her trying to get me to ditch Kaidan for her. I almost felt bad about Noveria, but not too bad. >:D
