Beat the snot out of that Haliat dude (who's now a turian?!) He was always supposed to be a turian. They fixed it in MELE.

ME1 MELE
Finished Feros. All colonists survived, except Jeong and Fai Dan. Left Shiala to help rebuild. Ugh, fighting those dang thorian creepers is a nightmare cause there's SO MANY of them! I had to reload several times. I always get turned around on Feros in general and this time was no different, although maybe even worse this time since it's been so long since I played ME1.
Next stop was Luna to take out a VI gone rogue. Combat drones were also a nightmare. I did manage a bit of tactical success against them in the end though.
Then back to the Citadel - updated Kahoku, helped out Chellick, helped out Dr. Michel (again), cleared things up between Chorban and Zahleed, ran into Conrad Verner for the second time, helped out the Consort and got the trinket, and finally talked down Talitha so she could get some help after her horrific ordeal. That conversation brought up some bad memories for Raven.
Next stop: Asteroid X57. Those batarians have no idea what's coming for them.

The clone seriously underestimates me, has no concept of what I'm doing and is keeping me from hanging with my friends and having a party. TIM is on hold because of this! He beat me, then I beat him. We were both hanging onto the edge of the shuttle bay at the end. Kaidan and Garrus came for me. His partner abandoned him. He was show shocked and hurt when I kicked him off the edge. If had been any other time, when there wasn't a war going on, I'd have tried to save him. But this was unforgivable. His partner also tried to run but she got a shot in the back. I do feel bad for the clone. He had a shitty start and no one cared what happened to him. He was probably even on Lazarus, though I'd think Miranda would have told me about him if she'd known. Oh, well. All's well that ends well.
Party is about to start.

Things look really bleak. Thanks to Miranda's tracer I know exactly where Kai Leng went and probably where TIM is. I can go there and just take Vendetta back from him and save the galaxy. Therefore, I'm going to hang out with my friends and throw a party! Tricked into meeting Joker for dinner, attacked, fell through best fish tank in the galaxy, ran into Kaidan and damn is he more confident than I've ever seen. That...yep...yep. So anyway, stuff happened, we escaped, did some casino thing and found a clone of me. Who wants to take over my identity. In the middle of the fucking war to save the galaxy! That thing will not continue to exist for long. Or maybe it can do what it was designed to do and be spare parts for me. In case I'm on the Crucible when it blows up or something.EDIT: (and I can't seem to get out of the quote section) I posted this on another board by accident. It takes place prior to prior post.

Overheard an N7 chatting with a vorcha about fighting tactics. Must be one of those socialized types. And a smart one at that. Thane's memorial service. Very emotional, as it was watching the messages Kolyat gave me as Thane tried to contact me when I was locked up on Earth. Hell of a man, making himself over entirely. Okay. Met with Jacob. He was taking care of some kids who were almost definitely orphans, though they didn't know it or want to think about it. He really cared about them. So we played Shattered Eezo and beat me. I didn't throw the game like I did when Garrus and I were shooting bottles. It did help the kids feel a greater respect for Jacob. As it did with me. It was the first time I saw him not treating me like he was my military commanding officer and not playing all macho. He was just a man trying to help out those in need. That's the best kind of person to be.

Wrapped up the party. It was a wild one. Curiously, most of the humans were fine. It was most of the aliens who had problems.
Now, finally, on to destroy Cerberus and then the Reapers.
Now on Cronus Station. Found out I was brain dead. No idea of my mind if they threw my brain into a VI. Maybe that clone was onto something. Maybe he didn't have my memories because his brain burned away as it passed through Alchera's atmosphere and hit the ground. Damn. Also found out EDI partially came from the rogue VI on Luna, along with pieces of Sovereign on the Citadel.

Got a nice apartment. Fought some clowns from the local circus lead by someone looking like me. Had a party to cool off The crybaby is no more What's wrong with the comment in the image? For those who let the council die in ME1, then hears what Hackett says at the end of Arrival? He tells Shepard it took the Alliance fleet and the destiny to take down the reaper. That is incorrect. Is the above comment Bioware's way of fixing that?

ME1 MELE
Disabled the torches on X57 and found the missing science team - all dead. Turned on the transmitter and the radio, hoping the crazy music might drive the batarians a bit batty. Chose to negotiate with my pistol when Charn offered a deal. Wrex and Garrus backed me up. Next stop is the main base to take down these bastards for good. No batarians are getting off this rock alive.

Blew up the Collector Base and TIM still found a way to save the baby Reaper. This all leads to me believing he's indoctrinated. He may not know it but he's spent too much time around Reaper tech for me to think otherwise. And a Reaper, even incomplete, is major Reaper tech. TIM left Cronos Station, of course. He got what he needed and we learned that the missing piece of the Crucible was the Citadel itself. TIM told the Reapers were knew and they moved it to Earth. That way they could finish harvesting us. Kai Leng attacked. I beat the shit out of him but he somehow survived. He came up behind me, thinking he was going to stab me in the back with his toy sword. Instead I shattered it with my omni-blade and gutted him. That was really satisfying. On to Earth. The choices of who to take were obvious. Sure, would have loved to bring all of my old friends along but this was different. It was Earth. The home of humanity. That meant I was bringing humans. It had to be Kaidan and James. Steve died fighting Reaping forces in his shuttle. He'll be remembered. When this is over, he'll be remembered on the Normandy SR-2 and beyond. It was hell. The fighting non-stop. The forces all around us were beaten and everything converged on us. No surprise since we had the missiles needed to take out a Reaper in the way of a beam that would go to the Citadel. Kaidan got badly hurt along the way. I had Joker come right down to the field to pick him up. He didn't want to go but no way was I going to be able to focus if I thought he was dead or too hurt to fight. So he went and Vega went with him. Armor got blown to bits and all I had was a pistol I found to bring with me to the Citadel. The tube I was in was littered with bodies and the keepers were doing something to them. Processing them, probably. Guess they were under Reaper control again. Anderson was also somewhere on the Citadel. I caught up with him but there was a problem. TIM. He was there, infected with dark energy. You could even see it swimming in the air. He was able to control both Anderson and myself. He made me shoot Anderson. Ha ranted and was about to kill Anderson. But in that time he lost control of me and I shot him. No more Cerberus and no more TIM. Anderson and I were able to get the Citadel arms to open so the Crucible could dock with it. We had a last few moments before he died. He told me he was proud of me. I never had a father of my own and hearing this meant a lot. Then a red beam fired. I'd like to say I saw what it did but I couldn't even remain conscious long enough to pay attention. But I heard. And I saw the vids. A red wave ran across Earth, causing Reapers to keel over and all the husks things were annihilated. There was no trace of them. Then the beam went through the relay, spreading across the entire network, putting an end to the Reapers once and for all. My friends found me in a pile of rubble. They patched me up but I was never going to be what I had been. It took billions to rebuild me last time. With the state of the galaxy, no one was going to waste the resources to bring me up to par. Which was okay. I plan to get married, settle down and adopt some of the many orphaned kids on the planet.
Add: Regarding the mod about Kai Leng. The one I'm using doesn't remove him. It covers his head and shuts him up. It's much more satisfying to not have to listen to him. The fight on Thessia is also immensely shorter. Kai Leng still walked with the VI but it was a gunship that actually won the fight. I also still got the satisfaction of gutting him.

Completed MELE3 When showing the flashbacks, it will be the same as it was before the cut was released with Anderson and Joker being shown. The third....I'm not sure what the requirements are. I was surprised to see Javik. I was believing Ashley would have shown up. This my ems just before heading to Earth. I do not have enough to get the breath scene even though I did nearly everything. If I was to guess, my ems would be well over 8000, but because of the mod, that's not the case. The ending mod requires 5200, 4200 if collector base is destroyed in MELE2. If I didn't use the ending mod, my Shepard would be dead. The EGM(expanded galaxy map)mod is good, but if someone wants to have the breath scene without using the ending mod, I would say not to use egm. With the trilogy completed, a heavily modded trilogy, I will do a few more playthroughs. I like to do the playthrough in my signature. I will most likely disable egm and the ending mod, then add a mod that will increase my ems because the playthrough has Shepard surviving. Because of the remaster, Shepard wouldn't survive. If Bioware were to remake the trilogy, it wouldn't be a bad thing to take a look at egm mod to give them ideas. I still want to do playthroughs to determine ems numbers for various parts like I did for the original trilogy. I will likely do that on the ps4. For now, I will start a default MELE3 run. More to see/hear the difference vs an import with the mods in place.

First run on the Normandy, a shit that was co-created by humans and turians. We're going on a mission to Eden Prime but for some reason have a turian named Nihlus with us. He's a Spectre. They're the hands of the Council and have almost unlimited power to do what is necessary to complete their missions. So why are they with us?
Was going to play more by my laptop is running a little hot.

Supposedly Captain Anderson were together when he told Joker to send me to meet with them. Anderson wasn't there. Nihlus was. He wanted to talk to me alone but Anderson walked in five seconds later. There's a Prothean artifact on Eden Prime, Earth's first colony. These artifacts must be revealed by galactic law. No one is allowed to keep them in secret. And then the big kicker. Nihlus is going to be evaluating me on a series of missions. He thinks I might be Spectre material. After Elysium I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. I am pretty great.
Eden Prime is under attack. Saw some marines fighting geth and a monstrous ship in the skies. Then the feed went dead. I headed out with Alenko and Jenkins while Nihlus scouted ahead. So much for him evaluating me. First thing out we ran into some drones. Jenkins went down. He'll get a hero's funeral after we leave Eden Prime. We did encounter a marine, Gunnery Chief Ashley Williams. She was the only survivor of her squad in battle against the geth. And the first to see the geth putting humans on spikes to transform them into monsters, which we call husks.
Beacon was missing. Then we fought husks. Even more horrifying than their creation was that they exploded when they got close. They also seemed to be composed of some kind of circuitry. I have no idea how metal spikes could make that happen. Then we got to the spaceport. That ship is leaving. There are more geth. There was also the body of Nihlus. A dock worker said he saw another turian, one Nihlus seemed to trust, shoot him in the back of the head. The man said the other turian was named Saren.
Fought our way to the beacon. To be honest, it didn't look like it was in that great of condition. I don't know if the geth or Saren were trying to destroy it but either way I needed it. I called for a pickup. It started glowing. Ash said that wasn't normal. Kaidan went for a closer look. Energy shot out and lifted him into the air. I tackled Kaidan down but got caught up myself. I got these visions and passed out.
And then he woke up. Yeah, so, the beacon exploded. I was out for a long time. More than ten hours. The Council wasn't happy that the mission was a complete failure with the beacon destroyed and Nihlus dead. Pretty sure none of that way my fault and if a Council Spectre couldn't survive it why would they think I could? But they need to point the finger somewhere. Williams joined the crew, which I think is a plus. Now we're headed to the Citadel to face the music.

We went to the Citadel. The Council dismissed the dockworkers testimony every though he was identified by name. I joined forces with C-SEC agent Garrus Vakarian and a krogan named Wrex. Our lead was a thug named Fist who ran a seedy nightclub called Chora's Den. We found him, learned where someone with info was and Wrex killed him. Dude said: "I don't know where the quarian is but I know where you can find her." Wtf, man? You said you didn't know where she was but you did know where she was. Anyway, we found the quarian, Tali'Zorah nar Rayya. She had a recording implicating Saren in the attack on Eden Prime. It also pointed to a Matriarch Benezia as being a co-conspirator. We presented the intel, Saren was fired and I became the first human Spectre. Like I said, I'm awesome. First assignment as a Spectre

ME 2So it has been...seemingly awhile... bad way of trying to play this game and what I am doing with that...Only seven hours into this game for christ sake. Mostly played through much of Thane's recruitment missions with side tours of helping out Gianna and also beating up mind controlled Asari. Actually on this note me and my wife were just roasting the hell out of this game. An advantage of playing it about 20 times or so. Other big note though...where the hell did nassana get all these mercs? Feckers are just everywhere. Also weird save situation happened where I died just before hitting the bridge which knocked me back before I...no I figured it out that works afterall. Also dealing with the Viper.

My new femshep playing the role of the Green Lantern The reapers are here. I told them a few years ago, but nooo, what did they do? Nothing. When you want something to be done, do it yourself. Went to Mars. Didn't find any martians, but did find blueprints for a device that might stop the reapers. The new guy, called Vega, played bumper shuttles. Alenko hurt his head. The council .....well why even waste my time telling about them. I saw them. Isn't that good enough? Completed an N7 mission. Cortez, my new pilot, had fun flying around in a dog fight with the keystone cops. Went to Menae. Garrus and Liara are happy to see each other. I didn't care. I wanted to get the primarch. This Victus turian....I like him. Damn the rules. excellent. Back on the ship I made my rounds. Did you know this Traynor character was woried about a toothbrush? A 6000 credit toothbrush? I will admit her teeth looked noce and white, but 6000 credits. I had to walk around to the corner to burst out in laughter. I paid 2 credits for my toothbrush. I guess when you have credits to burn. Whatever. Lets get away from the funny farm and back to what I was doing. The platform posing as human is being controlled by the hologram who now controls the platform. I will put up with that crap as long it helps get rid of the reapers. If the thing gets stupid, it will pay a visit to the airlock. On the Citadel, I talked with Alenko. He's ok. Got some help from a few gangs with help from an asari calling herself Aria. Another spectre, a salarian named Bau, will help fighting the reapers. excellent. The more the merrier. Let's get back to the ship. Can't stand being around all these characters who aren't aware the galaxy is being run over by giant looking machines.

First run on the Normandy, a shit that was co-created by humans and turians
To quote Joker...."What the shit?!" My Shepard's been thinking that ever since he touched down on Eden Prime.

Ran around the Citadel doing all sorts of things. Then I finally headed to the Normandy. Anderson and Udina were there. The Normandy was actually a Council ship and they gave it to me to use as a Spectre. That was pretty cool. Despite what it was, it was still an all-human crew. Not anymore. Now there was a turian, a krogan and a quarian. Went to investigate something on Eletania. First thing I found was a giant floating ball with a reflective surface. Some trinket Sha'ira gave me fit right into a slight on the side of it. What are the odds of that? It gave me visions of a prehistoric age where humanity was visited by aliens. And that was it. Much clearer than the Prothean beacon. Finding this probe module was stupid because some space monkeys stole it. I was afraid they'd run away holding it so I killed them all. They stink when they burn.

If there were any doubt about that Feros was important, it would be put to rest when my greeter was shot to death by the geth. Before he died, the guy told me to meet with his leader about the geth. Except the people are weird. All of them. One even changed her behavior mid-sentence. And when attacked the words "protect the heart of the colony" are what is said, I know something really strange is going on.
Headed out to the Prothean Skyway, looking for the geth base. Fought a lot of geth. Also heard some humans over the comms and they just would not shut up. Clearly begging for the geth to find them. We ran across some corpo asshole and others in the company. The HQ had been overrun with geth. When I got there I learned that there was a plant living under Zhu's Hope that was capable of using spores to mind control people. That explained why they were so screwy.

You won't believe what I found on Eden Prime? A prothean. No really. I did. I like this guy. He doesn't care for the machines. He even mentioned if the salarians go hungry we can feed them flies. The Traynor woman mentioned the krogan, salarian are awaiting to come aboard for the summit. I need to hurry to put on my silly uniform to look presentable. The krogan want the genophage cured. I don't give a **** about that crap. I just need to have resources to fight the reapers. I played nice to Wreav by telling the dalatross her species will be left to the reapers if they don't help out. She called me a bully. **** you salarian Went to Sur'Kesh. Saw Mordin. I like the guy. The keystone cops showed up. They're not very good. What training did they get? They must have used the How to be a Soldier Book for dummies 101. The female krogan is back on the SR2. Went to the krogan planet. Stopped the keystone cops from using those huge cannons. Imagine if the reapers could be lured here? Could those cannons destroy a reaper? Wreav told me about bugs, I mean rachni. I told the squad to switch their weapons for the sprayers. It's time for RAAAAID. I like the way the bugs squirm before dying after being sprayed. With that crap out of the way, we head back to the Citadel. How many times do I have to walk back and forth between couples to hear the full conversation before I can approve/dissappove at the spectre terminal? You know the reapers won't wait all day while I do that crap. When I played ME3, I found it very annoying to have to go back and forth to hear the full conversations between the different couples. I know it amounts to very little in assets, but it could have been done better. I wonder how many players heard the full conversations? I believe there is 5 different couples that converse about whatever. For those wondering which conversations. In the hospital two asari, a doctor and patient, talking about a previous mission. Two turians talking after exiting the elevator for purgatory. Turain and asari on Bay D24. The turian and human female at the bar in purgatory. The two humans on Bay D24. The last two happen after the coup. Something players might not have known is on Sur'Kesh, if Javik and Garrus is taken, Garrus will have a lot of dialogue with Lt. Tolan if Kirrahe is not in ME3. This is for a defualt ME3 playthrough, but I would say it applies to an import as well if Kirrahe doesn't survive ME1. I'm not sure if choosing the squadmate order had anything to do with that. For anyone interested, I chose Javik first then Garrus. Now I'm off to cure the genophage. Not.

Okay...internet was down for a bit so I couldn't work on my reports. Beat all the geth I ran across and a few krogan. Wrex was oddly silent on their presence. Geth working alongside organics is odd. Corpo, well, things didn't go his way. They had to clean his brains up off the floor. What can you do? I mean, I tried to somehow use the events from the Skyllian Blitz, which gave me a Star of Terra, against me? Guy is nuts. If anything, that would have turned people against him. This place really is amazing. 50,000 years later, the skyway and some of the buildings still remain intact. And they're above the clouds. That's taller than anything on the Citadel. It may not seem like much but there is not a single thing on Earth that's 50,000 years old that was built by a human. Okay, I looked it up on my omni-tool. There are a few "artifacts" (beads, a thing to make paint!, and some stone "tools") but nothing like this. Fun fact: One set of tools predates the Homo genus. That means ancestors of humans were behind them. Some scientist type came up with a way to deal with the Thorian mind control. Basically, it was weed killer. And it worked. None of the colonists died. Except their leader, who killed himself. Which was stupid. I still had more weed killer. And I fixed all of their problems: food, water, power and a geth transmitter. Now to the Thorian plant thing. Hope I've got enough weed killer for this thing. Then I saw it. I don't know if there's enough weed killer in the galaxy for this time. What I do know is that it vomited a green asari and, because Saren betrayed it, it refused to give me the information it gave Saren. Bastard. So we beat the thing. It had huge arms that kept it aloft. When we shot enough of them away it fell. Don't know if it killed it or not. There are trees that are over 80,000 years old. Or one tree. They're connected by roots underground. I imagine this thing would be the same. But it doesn't matter. It's not going to trouble me anymore. At the end, an actual blue asari popped out of a pod on the wall. The original asari from which the green ones were cloned. She worked for Benezia who worked for Saren. The ship they were on was called Sovereign. According to Shiala it can "indoctrinate" people, which it did to Saren and and the Benezia. It sounds a hell of a lot like what the Thorian was doing, too. What Saren had wanted was, essentially, knowledge of what it meant to be a Prothean. That was meant to help understand the images from the beacon. Shiala was the go-between for Saren and the Thorian. She also passed that knowledge on to me, which she called the Prothean Cipher. Not that it helped, but she said it would take time to understand the entire, intrinsic culture of another species. To make amends she wanted to help the colonists of Zhu's Hope. I figured why not? Also, Mom always insisted on keeping plants in her cabin. Not happening with me. Edolus: Found Kahoku's marines. They were lured by a distress beacon that sat right on top of a thresher maw nest. Sucks. Thresher Maws: 0 Shepard: 1 Landed on Therum. This is where Benezia's daughter is supposed to be. She's some kind of Prothean archaeologist. Not sure what she can do for me that the entire Prothean culture/history/etc floating around in my head can't do but we'll see. She was trapped inside of a Prothean shield to protect herself from the geth. I broke her out. Unfortunately, it activated the volcano underneath it and blew the place up. Ah, what's why Prothean ruin flooded with lava anyway? She did "embrace eternity" with me to see if the Cipher had done anything. It hadn't. Off to Luna. There's a rogue VI. They'll tell you they weren't stupid enough to create an AI but I have access to a lot of things as a Spectre. This wouldn't be the first time humanity tried to create AI. So I beat it. Then this binary code pops up and at the end is says "Specialization Class Achieved". Huh?! What does that even mean? How does this random binary code alter my specialization? Now I'm an Operative. Whatever the hell that means. Anyway, here's Earth, from Luna, with a little tilt. Of the three of us, only Kaidan is from Earth. I was raised on spaceships and Ash was from one of the colonies. I grew up in the Alliance. Parents both in the Navy and spent pretty much my entire life - my own career included - in space. I respect the chain of command. But when some asshole shows up trying to swing his dick around, he loses. I've got the bigger dick. I blew off Mikhailovich. He did not get to inspect my ship and I don't care what he thinks. Yes, I'm still Alliance and I'll come when I'm called but I'm also a Spectre and can tell assholes where they can go if they interfere with my mission. And now for the reporter. Khalisah something something. Whatever. She's no Emily Wong. She asked probing questions but was really trying to find a way to smear me, the Alliance, the Council and everyone else in eyesight and earshot. She failed. I remained calm and gave nothing away. I was put on to the trail of dead scientists. I got to a facility and saw a soldier ranting about how these scientists had lured his squad to a thresher maw nest. They all died except for himself. He was taken in and experimented. This sounds exactly like Kahoku's squad. Damn. Toombs said the scientists were part of an organization called Cerberus. When I said I'd shoot the scientist myself the guy said "You don't know who you're dealing with." That's all the confirmation I needed. Toombs wanted to do the deed himself. I let him. Then he killed himself, unable to live with the memories of the deaths and his own torture. I'm going to make sure he gets a hero's burial. It might seem inconsequential but this guy pointed me in the direction of an enemy. Both of myself and Admiral Kahoku. Also, a space cow stole 5 credits from me. No lie. Garrus needed help tracking down an evil mercenary guy named Dr. Heart. We did. He killed him. We all lived happily ever after. Except Dr. Heart. Dealing with some nutjob called "Father Kyle". He says he's trying to protect biotics but he's already killed Alliance reps. This guy isn't even a biotic. And the biotics? Crazy. Kyle is a cult leader and these are brainwashed cultists. And when you talk to them you here things like "Father Kyle said the Alliance sent assassins to kill him" and "Father Kyle says the Alliance wants to kill us". I did manage to get him to surrender. Hopefully these biotics can be returned to normal. Ran into a thresher maw. Thresher Maws: 0 Shepard: 2 Maji isn't all that pretty much the sky is another story. Look at those suns! Now that Part 2 of my Natural Geographic special is done, it's on to finding a geth base. And we did. Piece of cake wiping it out but no idea what they're doing.

ME 2So I broke some of my logjam a bit here. Finished up with Nassana and recruited Thane first of all. It did occur to me, probably not for the first time, that I do wonder what would have happened had Shepard completed her offer if she could have gotten Nassana to sign off on a like 4 million credit deal. Just say 'Songe Bob Square pants hired me' and I doubt Nassana would be the wiser. Better still Shepard wouldn't have actually had to go back on her deal considering tht she knew Thane was out there. Though yes, Jacob 'I don't like Mercenaries while working for a mercenary corporation' is a bleeding hypocrite as always. So yeah onto the side quests. Which I know this is a technically but a lot of the missions below loyalty mission does not feel that good and most of them are a very big pointless grind. Can't wait for the Revenant But yeah which also a lot of the just conversation encounters in this game, whether it is running into old friends like Gianna or the Asari that became the thrall of the Thorian...or new characters...do tend to work out quite well. Still on the part of the game which may not have to worry about again from here but yeah trying to get the Revenant ASAP so I can do most of the story/ loyalty missions with it equipped which should be fun. Not going to be a big deal in the future because hopefully I'll be able to import a save with it...hopefully. Still this did lead to a unique situation where I had intended to go back to Kelly after each mission to see who wanted to chat with me and open up the loyalty missions. But I forgot...and so when I DID ask Kelly she just rapid fired me with requests from three of the crew.
