Uncharted series

This vid is a fun tribute to Uncharted 3....I like it a lot!

I don't know that I have a favourite. I'm pretty partial to Unwelcome Guests in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. The one where you fight the Descendants (aka zombies). I like it because its completely different than the rest of the game (gameplay wise).  

^I like when he got shot and then was fine in the very next scene.

It's a really great franchise and I love all the games, but I've played The Last of Us far more and I do love it more than any of Nate's outings. I'm old though - I like 'dark' very much indeed. The Photo Mode in Naughty Dog games makes me spend twice as much time playing, partly because I'm a photographer, but partly just because I like looking at the beautiful scenes and thinking 'wow'. Also, no loading screens in UC. I had played the trilogy just before I bought Fallout 4, and I honestly thought I was losing my mind. I don't know how Bethesda gets away with it, I really don't.

I'd say 2,4,3,1 would be my preferred order, but that doesn't mean I don't like 1 - it just has less content overall. Favourite setpiece is the plane in 3, though the train in 2 runs it close. I have a big brother so I welcomed Sam, but Sully is The Man, and I have to say that while Elena did eventually win me over in 4, I was kinda gutted that Chloe wasn't there. As I said, I like dark

I haven't touched the multiplayer as I don't do PvP at all. I'm a co-op obsessive, which is why ME3 MP appeals to me so much.

What I like is once the game is completed, you can play as another character though you still hear Nate's voice and is seen in cutscenes. I did enjoy doing a playthrough as Doughnut Drake

Favourite level is tough, there are many great places. I especially always loved the Nepal level in Uncharted 2, as well as the trainwreck at the beginning. Buuuuut...
Uncharted 3. Cruise Ship. Oh my God, I adored this level. It was so cool, and I also love the ship graveyard. It might make the impression that I love ships. I don't, but they're pretty when they're broken

I really have to get the Nathan Drake Collection for the PS4 at some point because I need the photo mode for the first 3 games in my life. I took way too many pictures of Uncharted 4, but it's such an awesome function.

Okay, I've played them all now.

Drake's Fortune was not a bad game, but kind of forgettable. Very little characterization, cliche villains, and the neverending combat could get exhausting. It was also pretty short.

Among Thieves was amazing. I loved the characters, the setting, the combat... Honestly, I loved everything. Also, I was in love with Flynn's voice. It took me far too long to figure out that it was Steve Valentine.

Drake's Deception didn't really feel like an Uncharted game during the first half. The pacing felt 'off'. While the ship graveyard and cruise ship parts looked really good, it felt like filler. I did love the backstory like I did in A Thief's End, and the focus on the relationship between Nathan and Sully. The game really picked up from the airplane scene until the end. This was also by far the best looking out of the three. I have a ridiculous amount of screenshots.

A Thief's End seems to have taken the best elements from 2 and 3. That's why it's still my favorite, and then 2, 3, 1.

And now I'm going to go back and read the comments within context. 

There's a reason why Uncharted 2 had more than 200 GOTY awards. i strongly suspect Uncharted 4 will get a few this year, if Overwatch doesn't take them all.

My hubby says he likes 1 and 2 beat because of the supernatural mystery, and he didn't like that they strayed away from it.

I like it better, or else 3 and 4 would've been predictable.

What do you guys think? Supernatural or no supernatural?

Because I started with 4, I'm probably biased, but I remember thinking that it was refreshing that there were no supernatural elements at all, and I found it more immersive (in spite of it still being unrealistic for many other reasons ). So I was kind of disappointed when they were in 1 and 2. Though for some bizarre reason the big blue men in yeti suits were easier to overlook than the zombies. 

Definitely! Do you think he still did his workouts after he settled down with Elena? Did she know?
