BioWare Video: Sibling Rivalry with Tom Taylorson & Fryda Wolff

I find it very odd that people can loathe characters so much when they barely know anything about them.

Then again I find many things here to be odd so there's some consistency I suppose.

That was kinda cute, but, uh, I think some of you guys are forgetting that these are actors. I'm certain that Tom is more than capable of pulling out the snark, and Fryda can be low-key and straight-laced.

As someone who has a younger twin sister that was hilarious! I've held the fact that I'm 2 minutes and 33 seconds older than her for as long as I can remember.

Scott got 2 kids?, Sara helps him in a romance scene?

Things like this make me glad that both Ryders are included regardless of which one the player picks.

Was anyone else reminded of the ME3 acceptance video from the VGA Awards?



If only BroShep and FemShep had both existed in canon, the banter would have been hilarious.

The threatened masculinity in this thread is equal parts cringe and funny.

Anyway, I liked the rant about needing coffee.

I like the guy's voice better than Mark Meer's Shepard, might be able to play a dude this time.

Unfortunately she sounded sort of chirpy, Sera-ish to me. I hope she sounds more grounded in the game, otherwise it's going to be tough picking her.

My consideration for playing male first has increased to the probability of, say... 80% now. Tom's adorable. The more I hear of Fryda the less I like her voice (and general demeanor). I almost didn't make it through her 2 hour interview. (I find her voice very grating personally, don't hate me for it!) Tom's long interview was the funniest most entertaining thing in a long time. I like how nerdy and low key funny he is.

So Scott Ryder it is for me, I guess!

I'm actually excited for him now if their interviews can be seen as an indication of what the siblings will be like. Maybe not, but here's hoping for Scott at least from my side. I'm totally fine with semi-set differences between the sibling btw. In fact, I love the idea.

I now want actual in-character Ryder sibling teasing videos once a week until release. Do it, Bioware!
