Babylon 5 Discussion: Special Poll Edition!

I love B5 and I love Earth Alliance ships, but saying that B5 (and BSG) have realistic space combat is a bit of an overstatement. And it makes little sense to fly with you engines shut down during combat, you would want to be accelerating/deceleratig most of the time. And that means that turning around and shooting at your persuer or quickly changing direction of flight would not be that viable.

The Great Machine was tearing apart Epsilon III without someone to control it.

Londo was having a minor tantrum since no one was telling him what was going on.  That was Ivanova's response.

They got too close to "gods" and got burnt for that. Then again you shouldnt use greek/roman mythology names if you are afraid to jinx your ships. Agamemnon, Hydra, Medusa, Heracles - all met rather unlpeasant end.

Naming their first capital ship Prometheus was spot on though.
