Because I generally play the hero type my first game. Fair enough. I just run through Ciri's family tree and her Grandmother Calanthe has Riannon's blood from both parents. Cirilla Mother: Pavetta Fiona Elen Mother: Calanthe Mother: Adalia Father: Dagorad * Mother: Muriel the Lovely Harlot Father: Amavet Mother: Riannon Mother: Lara Dorren Mother:Shiadhal Father: Auberon Muircetach *Dagorad Mother: Fiona Mother: Thought to be Riannon, but more likely Riannon's stepdaughter Falka. (Riannon being too mad to know which children were hers.) Falka being one of Ciri's alias' Have a look at this family tree when you know what Avallach forces Ciri to do.

Yes, now that you mention it. Triss was fully aware of Corrine's existing because otherwise I wouldn't have found her. But Triss makes no mention of Corrine refusing to leave Novigrad. Nor does Corrine or Sarah mention how they're hiding from the Witch Hunters successfully. The picture does have Sarah using a glow power, so one could guess that maybe somehow Sarah is sheilding the house from "random" notice. Zoltan the dwarf: I feel meh about him. Geralt seems to care about killing more than he does. And he whined about the ambush to recapture Dandelion. Priscilla: reminds me of Sera from DAI. Except she's no good with a bow. I think there were just so many expectations about her character when I was tracking her down; followed by the singing-- and then there isn't anything special about her in the end. To top it off, Dandelion had to get that loan using romantic charm, which to me means he may be cheating on Pricilla. And she doesn't trust him not to, because it's er mistrust that spurns Dandelion to renovate. So, meh, standard relationship is standard. And after mentioning two strong bossy women; I'm a bossy woman myself and got a bit irritated by Priscilla during the writing of the play. Dudu: There was some dialogue where he seemed annoyed to help find Ciri and I only remember me thinking , "dude, she was captured trying to save you!" Dandelion seems friendly but fussy. I feel like I just spent a huge chunk of the game trying to find him and he had zero clues. It's not like I wanted the game to be over and done with, but NO CLUES is blah. I could have gone to Skellige straight off the bat. It's the Wild Hunt. Of constant chasing.

Yeah I wonder why Corinne refused to leave Novigrad when she had the chance. Maybe because she wanted to protect the Godling I guess? Or the fact she has one more important role to play in the main quest but we don't even know that yet

Not with Geralt, It's just me trying to guess why would Corinne would stay when she had an opportunity to leave maybe that's a reason (again I'm very doubtful on that.). Edit: Maybe she was pregnant by that Segmund Freud look a like in her room at the Golden Sturgeon who knows?

I had it where her lover is either dead or hiding somewhere for Corinne's sake. Didn't really think about staying for her lover though! Still I think Corinne being pregnant is part of the reason why she adopted Sarah as preparation for when she gives birth to her child. (Still as I keep saying it's very unlikely as she's probably infertile.)

Awwwww Corrine adopted Sarah the Godling There's no way for that quest to go wrong. Even if you kick Sarah out, she meets Johnny and they live happily ever after (I hope). Wanted to make sure Geralt's friends were settled before heading to Skellige. The Dwarf is settled, but Dandelion wants help with renovations and t seems to be a near endless fetch quest chain so I'm calling it a night. Aaaaand I screwed that one up. Should have listened to my instinct. Don't do like me! Don't let your guard down, and remember nothing, NOTHING is what it seems. NOTHING!

I harbor three suspects right now in the murder investigation.
The old man. The coroner. And the Reverend Nathanael.
But I think it's the coroner.

You probably mean the one that I refer to as the "180 degrees quest", because it starts rather funny with the Crimson Avenger and then turns around completely... yeah. Grim times ahead. Be ever vigilant...again. Good luck!

Ha. Nailed it. The Coroner.
It wasn't as bad as the Baron. The saddest part was when the doc said Priscilla may never sing again
But Dandelion is all grown up. Truly in love, a fine establishment, and an ex singer to take care of.
Guess that means the friends of Geralt are settled.
Now I'm wondering if I should clear up these minor side quests that piled up. The completionist in says yes. The logical side tells me this game is ridiculously long and side quests can be a bit lame sometimes. I'm level 18 and not hurting on gold so why bother?
Is there a side quest any of you recommend I do before hitting Skellige?
Off to bed with me.

smilesjaYou make me smile. Someone on this thread did say something like "the next bad guy, make sure to hear him out." And I did. Although, I would have asked questions regardless, as I tend to when they're available. (Gotten me in trouble with Menge for example.) I used mind control ad sent the Reverend out then wondered why I did. It's not very good that he tortured prostitutes any more than Whoreson torturing and killing. But I'm not naturally prone to violence... And it's probably good I didn't kill the guy I saw in Ciri's flashback anyway. But then I worried that using Axii on him would lead to a witcher witch hunt later. I checked in again on Corinne, but she's reading a book and not very chatty.

Never heard of him, so I'm going to say no. Are you interested in helping Djikstra kill Radovid? The other quests in Novagrad you can do when you come back if you want to, but I'm not sure about that one.

Keep visiting on Corinne, it's always nice of you to check on her! Really love that character! Whoreson was despicable and he's a guy I was tempted to kill in my playthrough.
