slimgrin727 Finally watched the vid. It seemed based more on upgraded bombs than Geralt's skill tree? Yeah I could be wrong there. Best to use a wiki, not me. I just know I had no idea it existed in two playthroughs.

I wonder if there is a Dragon Age 2 mod to make Ciri in it. the voice would match up even, I bet sarcastic hawke would suit her personality fine. Let me know if there's one!

I'm finding that all the content I've already seen (main story line) is boring me a little. Doing these Contracts I skipped the first time around, investigating teh Question Marks and getting the l00t, listening to the background conversations a bit more, have been what's driving me. I even seriously tried to play Gwent today. The noble in Emhyr's castle garden. Kicked my ass thrice. Course, my Gwent cards max out at 8 power. As I'm sent to "Valen" I got confused about the town in TW2. but that was called VERGEN. I'm sure my interest in main story line will pick up again in Novigrad when I commit to Triss and start seeing different content. Oh yeah, I had Geralt bow to Ehmyr to metagame save his butler a beating. I scrunched my nose in discomfort.

ike that background convo in White Orchard where the kid sings a ditty about Emyhr and his father says he can't play with Chetty anymore because "they'll be killed". And one farmer changing his name to a Nilfgaardian name, proactively preparing for Nilfgaar rule.
It reminded me of how Native Americans signed up for very English sounding names to help with the racism. Least on paper, anyway.

Even if that guy changed his name, the Nilfgaardians will still look down on him. Anyway, I would've liked the kid singing more, if he hasn't sung it EVERY TIME I pass by White Orchard.

Babar Guy I haven't gotten there yet. I have a bit of a one track mind. "Do all the contracts and find all the Question Marks" is where I'm at right now. Haven't even met the Baron yet. I meant meeting with Emhyr and Yenn was pretty borring. It was cool to talk about the War with the Ambassador actually knowing what the F was going on

One of my favorite scenes in the game. I'm inspired to do a scene like that in the RP I'm doing with Nim.

Been a long time. I haven't played a video game sice my last post. Anyway. Funeral Pyres. First time I ever played, I had decided with limited information that Geralt would accept the bribe from the priest as a form of neutrality. But now I imported a Squirrel siding Geralt... And that I personally would purge the world of all the Eternal Fire priests in existence... I said I couldn't be bribed in the hopes of killing the man. My hopes were served well. One Igni, and the pitiful man was down. And I got money anyway!

Don't get me wrong, I think it's great they put all this stuff into the game. It's super fun to stumble across a random bandit camp or monster lair every now and then but they are not worth chasing (well, maybe the places of power are but not the rest). Especially when you get to Skellige, you really want to turn them off.

So here I was thinking about sparing the Squirrels who were attacking transports. But I still don't get why they don't just use those arrows they're dripping in to go after all the rabbits and deer I've crossed. They still seem like they're just killing unnecessarily. But then it is Radovid's soldiers who are dying, so there is that.
Additionally, MY siding with the non human movement of TW2 never came up. :/
