I voted Garrus. Always forget how popular Liara is though. She is a close second for me, but there is no replacing my best space bro Garrus. That is because the Liara fanbase is not as vocal as the Garrua and Tali fanbase. We like Liara, but we are more modest than that of Garrus and Tali fans. I picked Kaidan, just because he was my boo. But, I my typical sqaud mates were Kaidan, Garrus, Liara and Tali. I am also really surprised Tali is so low on votes! She had a raging fan base in the BioWare forums...

Zaeed, no question. Between beating up that Batarian and his bad boy antics in his loyalty mission, my femshep ended up weak in the knees and moist in her panties. Sadly, BW didn't allow for the two to get together and she cried her eyes out in her pillow as space hamster watched.
But seriously tho, between his persona, abilities and the Robin Sachs VA, what's not to like*?
*Besides him not being a bang option for femshep of course.

Jack is my favorite. I loved everything about her in ME2 and hated what they did with the character in ME3. She was unrecognizable to me and they just screwed up her character. One doesn't go from emotionally unstable space terrorist to a fricking school teacher with a swear jar! Despite all that bullshit I still love her in ME2. She was the best written companion and had the biggest impact on me.

Ahhh such a difficult choice. Thane and Garrus are just about tied for me I think, but Wrex and Grunt are up there as well. And then there's Zaeed, Kaidan, Kasumi...the list goes on.

I'm kind of tied between Garrus, Jack and Legion.
I hated Jack when I first met her. Really edgy and annoyingly miserable, but I grew to like her. A bit disappointed you can't romance her with FemShep, she seems the kind who would.
Legion because, I don't know why. His character is just so loveable for some reason, like a gentle giant, and his quips are funny.
But I'll settle with Garrus. I love helping and watching his character grow and mature through the series. He's such a sweet guy and just needs some direction. I romanced him on my last playthrough and I might do it again if I feel like, though it seemed a bit weird sometimes.
