Who is your favorite squadmate in the ME series?

I'm sorry to say it, but Suvi is not a squadmate

Garrus is also my favorite, but he already has enough tallies, so I vote for my second favorite, Kasumi Goto.

Well, first ME doesn't have that much choice but here my absolute favorite is Liara and Garrus. I like Wrex but somehow for me he keeps charging enemies and he dies too often. Tali is somewhat useful against Geth but... Not too often. In my first playthrough I used Ashley a lot but that was when I wasn't familiar with the whole Trilogy and I simply liked idea of a kickass all-female squad. Later on when I got to "know" her point of view I started to dislike her. And Kaidan, damn this guy irritates me. For me he was useless, kept dying on and on. So i ropped him as soon as I could and he spent his time on Normandy confined to the ship.

ME2, here we have a wide variety of choices. I was disappointed to not to have Liara around other than LOTSB. My go to squadmate was Garrus. Together with him I frequently brought Samara and Thane. I have basically never used Jack, Jacob, Miranda, Kasumi and Zaeed unless forced to. Legion sadly doesn't really get to spend much time in the game but i do like him a lot. I also like Mordin but there are other characters I like more. Somehow Tali isn't much of use for me ever and Grunt has the same annoying problem as Wrex with stupid charges and frequent deaths.

In ME3 my favourite duo is back - Liara and Garrus. Sometimes I take Javik for a roll. I don't like neither Vega nor A/K. I like EDI but she usually helps flying Normandy. But that's just me.

So overall in the Trilogy it's: Liara and Garrus.

In Mass Effect Andromeda Vetra always have to be by my side and then it's either Drack or Jaal. Cora is annoying with her delusions of Asari Commando, Liam is just plain dumb and Peebee is exceptionally ugly compared to all Asari I have seen in the Trilogy and she also acts immature for the most part. 

I like them all except for Morinth. But if I have to pick one is the Professor badass Mordin Solus.

Garrus is my fav because he is perfect in every way. Especially in ME2 and ME3. He is great as a character and a very good squadmate. But I loved them all. I even liked jacob.

It pleases me to see garrus getting the love he is due. All hail vakarian long may he win.

Grunt because of his battle taunts. Ha right on your ass. I AM KROGAN man blumm did a great job voicing him..

Ash cuz she's hot
Miranda cuz she's a warp goddess
Wrex cuz he's hot

I like Tali, Garrus, Miranda, Kaidan, Samara (for her backstory and some of the interesting psychological themes you can glean from her dialogue with Shepard, not usually a fan of rigid types in general.), and EDI fairly consistently. Not sure who my absolute favorite is, if I have one. Samara would probably rank the lowest of them. My vote goes to Tali for now.

There are some I enjoy in one game but don't like throughout the rest of the series: Wrex, Mordin, and Legion. Kasumi may fall into this category as well; I still need to see her content in the Citadel DLC.
