Yeah I think that's the only thing that bother's me. I can't remember who said it exactly (SableRhapsody?) but someone mentioned before that he is that exact opposite of Tali from Mass Effect 1 who was a walking codex. I'm not complaining as I love his romance, just wish that more was balanced into it a bit.

Yes! Most Bioware romance's are all about falling in love and once you finally get to being in a relationship it's already over. I guess that' what helps make romances like Garrus and Liara so compelling for people. If Bioware does make another Andromeda hopefully the romances will continue and are not ignored.

It's always a possibility that it was cut out but I would have to wonder why. I always found it strange that of all the things Jaal talks about, most of the topics you mentioned are not on his list. For example I would take out the snoring with peebee convo, or a few flirts etc. and maybe put in a discussion about archaeology, or more information on Angaran society. *shrugs*

I guess this is one of the reasons why you say it feels like he was written as a romance first. Well, here's for hoping there is more to come!

It happened with Solas. No lie. I romanced him a lot and because of how long it took for Trespasser, I was done and ended up on a non-romance playthrough for my first time. I hope the MEA DLC comes out sooner than 2 years from now. That's my worry.

Nothing wrong with variety tbh. I always switch up my romances but for Solas it took a long time (granted I romanced Cullen in between Solas like... twice?) but most of my PTs were Solas. Then after Trespasser, I romanced Sera and IB as well. Solas is still my favorite with Sera being A close second

Iron Bull was my first, then Cullen and then Solas. I got hooked because of Solas' story and how the romance connected to it, but the wait killed my hype. I thought E3 might talk about MEA DLC, but it seems it's that new IP they will be talking about.

Also every first time LI in a BW game I played has always been bi.

Maybe it's Solas' relevance to the story but his romance is so fulfilling even tho I'm pretty sure it has the least amount of content of all the actual

I still remember when Jaal fans were being teased that Jaal would be the next Solas. 

Just like all of us!

(Except I was never scared. I knew what I wanted. It took me two extra months, but I received the glorious bounty of Jaal's affections.)
