I'm sappy. Definitely headcannon that Jaal starts falling for Ryder at first sight. And the feeling scares him (at first). :I Just like all of us! (Except I was never scared. I knew what I wanted. It took me two extra months, but I received the glorious bounty of Jaal's affections.) Oh- its Jaal I would imagine would be scared at first. Scared of heartbreak and just taken aback by falling for an alien.  These fears are quickly...beaten back though! *edit: He says in the romance how he couldnt believe he fell for an alien...so I def think there was some confusion with his feelings at first. He KNEW what he felt, but was just...surprised? scared? of it |

Teeny tiny off topic update~ Repairing laptop was put on the backburner today because bros dog had an appointment with the vets because she stopped growing and seemed to be putting on weight which was weird. Long story short, I covered for bro and took little Lucy to get checked... in the end it was nothing serious- SHE HAS DWARFISM  all that extra "weight" was her muscles still growing while the rest of her stopped! So glad my little noodle doesn't have anything serious, shes just a perma-condensed ball of muscles and energy :kiss: She's a Labrador, so shes supposed to grow to be pretty tall, but is always going to be 1/3 of the final height. (forever puppy sized!) Not to mention that she already has a low center of gravity, and a lot of muscles which strength wise is OP... she's gunna knock the crap out of us while looking like a pudgeball on chickenlegs   |

Haven't bothered to recruit Jaal yet (trying to take on every damn task now), but I can confirm Cora is animated differently and she's so sweet and sad looking when she talks. Should have Jaal soon.

When I've taken too long, the only one who lives is the guy who wrote the message on the terminal. But now I've figured out how to drive the Nomad better (fewer crashes into craters and gullys) and can get there in time to save them although there always seems to be some bodies around too. |

Pffft... they tried to go for a dramatic camera angle when Jaal's speaking and my ponytail blocked his face! Anyways... seems his shoulder armor is smaller now. I think they were trying to fix the glitch in it and now it won't stay proportioned with his cloak. He's less broad looking now too.  |

I am level 18 and haven't been to Voeld yet. Moving too slow? Yes, yes I am... Ha just wait until you get to voeld, Jaal will be begging you to help everyone and their uncle until you groan. So beautiful. The waiting is hard but always worth it.   The ending of the chapter was really depressing though. I hope Akksul doesn't end up sabotaging what they could have together. The next wait won't be so long, I promise. Fear not! He's in my hands. Things may get dicey, but I have plans for his evolution as a character. Does he say anything different if you drive onto the Tempest instead of walking over it? Haha no just the "Really? Ryder?" Love love loved it Gwyvian ! medaifan daaamn I was right about the no bead eh? Fine looking Scott there! Yeah that area is not only my fav, but recognize it? It's the first image you see when you wake from cryo! It's destined. pieszka89 they tweaked all the animations in the game. Everyone is more expressive now! Jaal smiles a lot at Sara, etc... no awkward staring anymore when flirting. I've already noticed it with Cora especially. Shes always lapdog sized, and the confusion she causes when I'm walking her and people ask her age! "SHES TWO?! BUT SHES SO SMALL!!" XD However she is like a cannonball when greeting people! We had to move the sofa away from the window in fear of her charging right through the double gazing, didn't stop her. Crafty demon just straight up jumped up onto the windowsill from the ground! Tried getting a pic of her from the side to show off the true chicken leg deal, but shes just too damned excitable right now! |
