Oh I've got this one down. Run immediately to the left. Hide out in that little "alcove" there (basically on the other side of the big "wall" where the armature is) and from there you can take out the, um, little bouncy geth. It takes some time, but you'll get it. Then move gradually forward and take out the other geth. Once they're all dead, killing the armature is easy; just hide behind the big crate and fill it with bullets while it's reloading its blue bullet thing. Yeah I may have to reload. This sucks. This is my first attempt at ME1 on insanity. Every sniper one hit kills me  And the geth destroyers spot me from a mile away and suddenly they're on top of me!! and Tali and Liara, I swear they're doing ritual suicide when my back is turned or something b/c they die in like 5 seconds. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! Could really use a Jaal in a sparkly cape right now!!!!! ZOMG! You are awesome!  You are doing an insanity run!!!! Now I feel so wimpy for always playing on story/easy mode.  Oooh, there's a question! What mode will everyone be playing Mass Effect: Andromeda on? Most definitely I will be playing on the easiest level, because yeah, I suck at shooting games.  Def casual, I rarely play on anything higher until I have a real feel for the game. I'm an utter wimp and just not very good at games in general. I just enjoy the ride XD |

I'll replay it on Normal again once or twice to make new characters and explore different romances etc. Once I'm tired of the game story and need something else to motivate me I start upping the difficulty until I get to Nightmare/Insanity. |

Normal for me. BioWare game combat usually just doesn't grab me enough to want to drag it out and make it more challenging.

Narrative/Casual difficulty for me. I play for the story not the combat. I can't aim and shoot to save my life. When I play DA games I play on higher difficulties. |

I've noticed Veteran is a good start for me too, then I go to Nightmare and stay there. If I get tired of some fights I don't like I might go down a notch for it, but back to Nightmare again after that. Me, I like it hard. With most games gameplay is more important for me than story, BioWare is an exception. Though with SWTOR I have given up, they should let that game out of it's misery. |

I start on casual just to get a feel for the controls and such, but then a few hours in I'll usually up it to normal and stay there. I enjoy a challenge but if I'm just dying all the time it takes the fun out of it for me. After a couple playthroughs I might try on hard, but I'll likely never do a nightmare run... that would probably just involve me rage quitting a lot! But yeah, I felt like ME1 was the worst... my squad was just constantly dying on me, and ignoring my commands. And that death sequence took sooo long sometimes. Like, I get it, I failed, just lemme reload already, game. |

I'll likely play mostly with Normal. If combat is annoying might just switch to casual, if it's not maybe I'll play with hard eventually. Difficulty of gameplay is just not thing I'm usually looking from the games and I don't have fun loading battles multiple times before getting through them.

Dude I am currently stuck on Eletania I cannot get past these geth. I don't know what to do! I don't want to reload a previous save and skip this until I'm stronger but I might have to. I am bad at this game  I'm right there with you! Not Elentania, but I'm stuck on Therum, when you have to take the Armature on foot I'm trying to use the console to cheat but that's not working either! Seriously throwing off my groove, man. I have such a love-hate relationship with ME1... but I adore the combat in ME2 and ME3, and I really, really want to just get to those. (At the same time, I just have to do a completionist run of ME1! ARGH!) I always hide behind big container when it shoots. |

I usually go Normal and NEVER do insanity/nightmare runs because I'm too lazy and I don't have the patience tbh Going back to Jaal's class abilities, I actually really want him to be an Angaran-equivalent-of-biotics and an infiltrator. Basically Thane but his "biotics" be more, idk, cooler? Sorry Thane, I still love you |

Have you guys thought of who to take as squadmates? I usually change around a bit, though I have my preferences. I always have my LI in the team too. At the moment I think Jaal and Vetra are going to be my go to squaddies, but Peebee and even Cora might be nice picks too. I'm not really thinking of classes with these.
