So I think that a good twist ending to This game would be for SAM to turn skynet. Like at the end we beat Archon and go to return to the Ark but SAM has taken over. Roll credits.

This is all Ryder's fault! What a tool they were! I have to spend all day computing pi because they trusted SAM!

At the end, we discover The Remnants were actually ancient humans, who pulled a BSG and went to go all non-technology in the Milky Way, hence our affinity with Remnant vault technology.
I should go......

It would be a plot twist, if AI connected to your brain and body didn't backfire in any way. "Artificial intelligence as a means of human advancement" yeah, what could possibly go wrong?

A more interesting scenario would be if the AI on one of the other ark ships went skynet and SAM Fought it.

Dad is going to betray you.
I want it to happen so bad, provided they give us a strong relationship with Alec Ryder it would make him a really dynamic antagonist if done right.

Where do you think the Atlanteans went? On a more serious note: I can't recall whether ME toys around with the theme of humanoid panspermia at all, as an 'explanation' (a la Star Trek) of the fact that so many civilizations of the galaxy appear to be have been established by bipedal humanoids? Could they try to hint at a theory of intergalactic panspermia this time around?

Where do you think the Atlanteans went? Well, without a ZPM or the ability to Ascend, they not going nowhere. ...man, I miss Stargate.

MomRyder has been turned into Glados, and the final battle is choreographed as homage to Portal. Upon successful completion, you unlock a floating companion cube for future playthroughs that follows you around and calls you "Shadow Broker" in the voice of Peter Dinklage. Too much?

How about if The Archon was the good guy in the end, the Angaran's were actually bad and SAM takes control of Ryder

Sounds legit, I can't see why the odd cheeky comet couldn't get flung between galaxies carrying the seed of humanity about. I also think the Archon referring to us as 'special' has something to do with vault tech and it's dna coded locks and mechanisms, then again, I could be (and probably am) way off the mark and am theorycrafting a very wrong scenario here lol. I will forever rue the day Syfy decided to cancel SGU just when it was getting great.....I let out a "Khhhhaaaaaaannnnn" type yell whenever I think about it

As long as it's not like the Reapers seeing humans as special and using their body fluid to power-up a Reaper. If The Archon needs us for that, then it's just Reapers 2.0. I highly doubt it, but maybe SAM is part of the reason the Pathfinder is special?

So why aren't the initiative evil? They are complete strangers that come from another galaxy and attempt to invade your space and your planets in the Helios cluster. When the Kett try to defend them, they are branded as evil and members of the initiative attack the Kett. And all because the initiative got itself into the situation where they have to settle because they don't have enough power. There is a rebellion against Jin Garson on the nexus because of it.
Its like the europeans and the american indians all over again. Cue cowboy theme.
Plot twist: We're the bad guys.

Through SAM and tech discovered in Andromeda... we end up being the leviathans of Andromeda and create the first reaper. Which goes on to wipe Andromeda of organic life. Thus we doom Andromeda to the same fate as the MW.

Kind of sad we're always the special ones. As a human I don't feel special at all haha

Our squadmate Cora is the daughter of The Illusive Man (they both have the surname Harper), and is paving the way for a Cerberus takeover of the whole Andromeda galaxy.

In a shocking twist we come to find out that there is in fact not a twist in the main story. I'm hoping for that anyways.

Okeer is alive! He didnt die in ME2. He just faked his death and collapsed. Remember, Krogan could survive the toxic air on the Rachni home world. Why would some "poison" air kill him?
WE HAVE PROOF! Remember that leaked video? There was Krogan holding a smoky potato/turd looking thing that made some dude faint and collapse. Remember?!?!? That was Okeer! He had the same colored armor as him! Watch the video!
Okeer faked his death because he knew the Reapers were coming and didn't think the Milky Way Galaxy could survive. Boom.

Knowing bioear, the retards will probably introduce a brand new character in the last 5 minutes of the game and strategically place a variety of plot holes throughout the story to explain what's happening. Classic bioear.

Exploration and Adventure is what MEA about, Repressions and Xenocide are from Paradox domain. It'll be more like europeans coming to America only to find locals being oppressed by... vikings or whoever.
