Well, a) the existence of one aforementioned romance. But also possibly an initial hard(er) to get phase where her professionalism and doctor/patient whatever maybe gets in the way but later as you grow closer and do more things she approves of, she throws that to the wind and the Banganing commences Maybe there's even a confrontation of her vs P.B. since one video mentions they're at odds, and the Drack crush is maybe just a physical thing like the Jacob fling was before she realizes there's not much more to it and Ryder is the man (or woman) for her.

Really it could literally be anything. As long as it's a proper romance. I'm not picky.

Normally I would be agreeing with you about having an asari not interested, but between her personality and pretty much the only chance of a nonsexual romance on the Tempest I hope they don't do that with her. 

Please GOD do not bring up that shadow baby when I literally just found out that my first romance will almost certainly be voiced by Gethin Anthony.  That's just cruel!  Keep that damned shadow baby far away from the engineering deck!

I figure the Natalie Dormer fans have plenty of those kinds of scenes to sate themselves with. As fans you should let her expand as an actress than be typecasted. It's not like it is even her body and face and you probably won't even hear the voice during the scene anyway.

Actually, I'm not aware of any. GoT certainly doesn't, Elementary doesn't. She kissed Captain America once and was never seen again... And she is expanding as an actress- this is her first video game VO (well apart from GoT the game, which is kind of cheating, by her own admission). But yeah, this is probably the closest us mere mortals will get. Don't deny us this

They haven't revealed all the characters, surely? And based on (what we know of) personalities, I would think P.B. is actually more likely to be in an ambiguously sexy situation.
