Yeah, I like how some characters did that in ME3 and DAI where they asked Shepard and the Inquisitor things like if they were okay and things like that. 

Agreed. The emphasis of asking Shepard over and over whether he was okay in ME3 really reinforced the stress he was going through as well as the sense of urgency of the situation. I like when games actually show the player that they aren't invincible, but actually have limits. It's one of the reasons why the opening of ME2 is so iconic, because it showed even the greatest of heroes wasn't impervious to death.

Am I seeing things or does Dr Lexi have eye brows too?

Yeah Ian stated that PeeBee is the only asari in the game with actual eyebrows made of hair. All the other asari in the game like Lexi have markings like in the Shepard Trilogy.

At least it doesn't go against the lore, since asari do have hair in the form of eyelashes. They just didn't have hair anywhere else, hence it being a very recessive trait. I'd prefer she not have eyebrows either, but it fits the lore so I can accept that. 

I think that is a reason why. I remember discussing with others that due to it being a weird trait other asari may have made fun of her for it, leading her to hide it with that big black mark across her face and also why she is a counter to the traditional asari and maybe that resentment is part of the reason fueling her rivalry with Lexi. 

The base name it's derived from yes. But Lexi still sounds a bit too human to me. She may be the only asari thus far who has a completely unmodified name, apart from maybe Aria, which is a extremely uncommon name, at least in North America.

Honestly I can't tell yet. Maybe when I see more of her in game. They'd be fools not to use her likeness. Provided they could map it right. As much as I love Miranda it's still a shame how they couldn't fully capture Yvonne's beauty.

Still, they've done well with mapping models to asari in the past. Liara, Samara, they turned out well.
