I wonder how far Roadhog will fall once the high-bandwidth mode is enabled. The only reason he's anywhere near as good as he is, is because of the low tickrate of the server and throttled bandwidth. His hook hit box is fucking massive. It's bigger than Hanzo's headshot hit box. He's gonna be fine. All it will do is make it so the chain rarely clips through the environment. |

It'll be nerfed to around 30% whereas now, it's 50%. Zenyatta is still going to be a strong pick for coordinated teams. 30% increased damage from all sources is still not something to scoff at.
I think, it's not quite enough to get Mercy back into the game though. Mercy needs to be buffed if she is going to be viable again. Just nerfing Zenyatta's Discord will not be enough to break the meta.

Reinhardt's map. I liked hearing his voice files for this so was curious what the map would actual look like. I really like how it has ruins of the Omnic Crisis, like the dead Bastions and other units as well as someone in a Crusader armor. Plus the payload being a battering ram as we lay siege to a castle is awesome. |

Reinhardt's map. I liked hearing his voice files for this so was curious what the map would actual look like. I really like how it has ruins of the Omnic Crisis, like the dead Bastions and other units as well as someone in a Crusader armor. Plus the payload being a battering ram as we lay siege to a castle is awesome. Most of the maps seem to double up on who they're "for" (i.e. Ana/Pharah on Anubis, Genji/Zen for Nepal, Genji/Hanzo for Hanamura, Reaper/McCree for Route 66, etc), so I think this map is for both Rein and Bastion together. But I'm wondering if there might be a little nod to Mercy somewhere. She speaks German too, and in one of the intro trailers it shows her floating down amid rubble that looks somewhat similar to the type strewn around the new map. Either way it does look SUPER cool! |

Mercy is a Swiss not German though it's probably easy to mistake her for such all things considered, though it was partially given away with her backstory and the Olympics costume.

As for the rubble we see her in, if I recall correctly that scene is in the Middle East somewhere since that is where she is when Winston sends out the recall. |

I can absolutely see the map having strong ties to Bastion with the timing of his short and the importance the place got in the lore with all the meaning from there I wouldn't be surprised if his short takes place on that map, like how every other short has taken place on a map(Winston/Reaper in Watchpoint Gibraltar, Widowmaker/Tracer in King's Row, Genji/Hanzo in Hanamura, the museum fight in Nubani, and Soldier: 76 in Dorado). The fact his origin skin has him in the same paintjob and overgrowth as we see the dead Bastions on the map means he very possibly was deactivated there. |
