Ha, let me make some predictions, based on nothing other than formula and priorities: ME:A2 straight short-haired human female squadmate who wears doc martens and plaid on her days off and has an aggressive personality straight stoic and angsty angara woman who is curious about humans yet only wants the male protag bi nice girl asari maiden nearing matron stage who just wants to settle down and have babies  funny quirky lesbian crewmember who shows up to make a funny quip or two relating to her quirk, also she's like barely legal don't you know! Don't need more of these types.  Give us a goddamn KISA type Bioware, how long till we get one? Let it happen in the next DA or ME title, fuck...   |

Bioware has said that there is not a color wheel for our character's hair, but there are a ton of color options to choose from. You're also able to add things like highlights to it. I can see those three chiming in in case we need their expertise on missions. For example Lexi in case someone needs immediate medical attention, Suvi in case there is something she needs to explain, and Gil in case we need to know how to fix or operate something. I liked Curie more than Piper. Seriously? That sucks. Almost everything to do with customization they've revealed has made me disappointed  Why couldn't they have just made me in charge of it? I'd do it for free  This makes me even more sad since ME3 actually supported multiple colour-wheels for hair which you could access with the gibbed save-editor, which only alters existing flags, so no actual modding required, technically. Point is, it could handle it just fine, we were just locked out. Just like so many other CC options over the years! Grr...  Sorry, it really makes me sad, though, because it's so dumb, and it honestly might have been easier for them in some ways to just do a wheel. Hopefully DA:I's double eye-colour-wheel returns! Ah, well that blow is somewhat alleviated if we can use highlights (which I'd be more likely to take advantage of than crazy colours). Such mood whiplash!  Hope we get to see the CC in action before launch. That's exactly what I was thinking! It would also be really sweet if a romanced or befriended version of each of them might either just say hi awkwardly over the radio at some point, or at a critical and dangerous part of the story, showing worry. I don't even really tumblr anymore. I found out about the 100 and POI having lesbians from a comm I help mod. But here I await before the next great lesbian fandom... I guess that's why we're here, right? As for Suvi, I wonder what her dynamic will be with the rest of the crew. She and Kallo probably interact a lot, both being in the cockpit. Yeah, Suvi is the most likely option for me right now. If I don't end up liking her enough, odds are it's forever alone time for Ryder. It's possible I'll like one of the guys as much as Cullen, but it's very unlikely and I'd really like to have a female romance anyway so I can fully relate to it. It would be helpful to learn more about Suvi, or see a picture It's really hard to say what her dynamic will be without knowing more about the others as well, but I think you're right that she'll interact with Kallo a lot and from what little we know about both they'll probably get along, since Kallo is a techy. Hopefully them and Gil can talk shop (and space) together. I've been wanting to see a character in ME who is sciency and in awe of the universe (and hopefully talk about it with them), as I am, and especially a romance option, so who knows? Maybe she'll be it. Trying not to even get my hopes up for that, though. It's been a long time, but I feel like you could make brown in ME3's wheel. This brown is a product of it: Maybe that's because it was multiple wheels, though? Don't remember. But if that's a problem, they can still include preset colours as well as the wheel, in the exact same manner as they did in DA:I for eye colours. You could use either system or a combination thereof. Win/win for everyone. But I suppose it's all academic now, so I hope the devs are not exaggerating about the options for colour. Well, after DA:I, when it comes to hair I'll believe it's good when I see it Wish someone would just show us screenshots of all the hairstyles. And we haven't seen too many NPCs, so we can't glean much from their appearances. The ones we have seen share styles a lot though, which is concerning. At least I know there are two options I'll like or at least find tolerable, though, so that's something. They could definitely do quests like theirs, but they could also walk around with us but not engage in combat themselves. Could be an escort mission, for instance. "Keep them off me while I save this person/repair this tech/gather data." Indeed |

BansheeOwnage, just curious... who would have been your ideal first choice for ME:A? I'm forever salty over Cora, would looooove if Bioware surprised me here but they won't. I really think this will be the first time I'll go for a NPC romance in my first run. Not really happy about this, much prefer having a squadmate LI.

If most of the pathfinder team is on the Hyperion, including SAM and Dr. Lexi, then I don't understand why Suvi or Gil wouldn't be. It's possible they could be on the Tempest already, but, since this is when most of the humans are waking up anyways, it seems bizarre that Suvi or Gil specifically were woken up way earlier. Kallo, you could at least justify with him being on a different ark. |
