One month left, still no gameplay demo

Mass Effect 3 released its gameplay demo only 3 weeks before launch. I suspect the MEA MP demo to come out around the same time.

OP what the fuck are you talking about?. A demo of gameplay was released last friday, a beefy 5 minute one. If you mean a game demo which is different, then hold your horses. It certainly is not a record as For Honor just released it first open gameplay the weekend before the games release. This is hardly a timeframe to be concerned about.

I believe it's been confirmed multiple times that there will be no demo.

I can't speak for Prey because as soon as I saw the "turn into a coffee mug" mechanic I took it off my radar. How much of that times was empty (nothing really happening or no new interesting reveals). I generally like much more compact reveals that show a lot. That 5 minutes was packed with stuff and there are another 2 videos to the series. Along with the two remaining AI vids, the press hands on, at least one more cinematic trailer and a launch trailer I think there will be plenty. There is also a panel on the 9th I believe that is supposed to be big. I wouldn't worry. I just don't think they wanted a long hype build. Anyways I wouldn't be so alarmed, give them more time. None of those year long hype trains mattered for any of the AAA games holiday 2016. It's a waste of money.

I appreciate the advice but it just to me seemed like he was worried not trolling. I haven't read all his other posts so you might be right but I do know that for a lot of Mass Effect fans Andromeda is a second chance they are wary of. I really believe this game is going to wash that away and I don't want to drive away any people that could add to the community. Especially if they used to have thought provoking commentary.

And I got to be honest here, everyone should go play the witcher and if I sucked dick and a game company had a dick, I would happily suck CDPR dick.

Gameplay demos don't really happen anymore. The new trend for developers and publishers are "early access," "closed alpha," "closed beta," and "open beta."

Mass Effect Andromeda is doing a closed beta of sorts for the multiplayer. You had to apply via BioWare Beacon for a chance to participate. That should be happening in the coming weeks. Of course, there will also be Origin Access/EA Access for those who are subscribers. They will get early access to Mass Effect Andromeda and will be able to play for up to 10 hours of gameplay (single or multiplayer) five days early.

They have given answers to those questions though.

You may dislike those decisions, but they're hardly gatekeeping them. Ever since the vid last friday they have been quite forthcoming with gameplay related information. 

We know we're getting the MP Beta, and people can get early access to the game a week leading up to release. If they're afraid and hiding something, then they wouldn't give people early access, so that word can spread before release that the game is fucked.

They've also already said they're going over Squad Commands and Skills this friday for the next Gameplay video.

So the OP proceeded to launch into anti-BioWare conspiracy theory trying to convince himself that BioWare doesn't want players to see how TOTES HORRIBLE!!!1! the game is before it's released...when someone had already pointed out that BioWare is giving players a way to play the game before it's released.

If I can't change the fact that some people devote themselves to spouting crap in the fandoms of things they can't stand other people liking, then at the very least I can point out how obvious it is what they're doing.
