Ok, thx, but you dont understand me. Im not worried about power of cpu, Im worried about some new games DOES NOT work on Intel/AMD CPUs without SSE 4.1/4.2 support. I play new Call of Duty, Battlefield 1 and Titan Fall 2. Amd Phenom II x4 965 Radeon R9 270 2GB 12 GB Ram DDR3 I understand you perfectly well. If DAI ran, this probably will as well, since both are Frostbite games, same as BF1. But you're below spec, so nobody can say for sure, and EA would probably not do much to help if it turns out not to run, other than refund the game. Thank you for help but there is no way refund the game. I love ME games so I will wait for patch or buy new mb and cpu

I haven't seen this come up before tbh

Thanks guys! I guess I was confused because the 6350 seems like a steep "requirement." Thank you for help but there is no way refund the game. I love ME games so I will wait for patch or buy new mb and cpu Not that I want to discourage the wait and see approach to buying games in general but Origin does have a "whatever reason" policy. Time sensitive though. www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/great-game-guarantee

OK, so I've got:
Intel i5-4690K 8 GB RAM GTX 780 Ti
I intend to upgrade my memory - was intending to to that at some point anyways, so I may as well do that now. The Processor is above minimum, but below recommended, so that should hopefully be fine. But I have no clue how the video card compares to the recommendation. It meets the minimum, I know that, but I have no clue what kind of settings it would allow for me. I'll upgrade if I have to to get good graphics. I'm just wondering if I should just wait and see, or if you guys think it's going to limit me to low settings, in which case I'll upgrade ahead of time.

Wild, I didn't think the 1060 would put up that much of a gap

NVidia is known by not optimizing anymore their GPU's if they are older than 1 year..

Well, new computer's on the way. Core i5, 12 GB RAM, RX 480 card, 1 TB HD. Not top of the line, but I got it for 1.1k CND$ and it's going to run anything for a few years I'd wager. I assume I'll be able to run Andromeda on High or something similar.

hello my friends. Don´t know much about PC´s, this is my laptop
intel core i5-5200U 8GB DDR3 L Nvidia Geforce 920M 2GB.
Now, can I run my copy at the lowest setting? I do not care about the graphics, I just do not want it to run at less than 27 FPS. Am I expecting too much for my poor machine?

At least thats what I'm gathering from cursory glances at battlefield 1 with that gpu

I'm going to guess high settings for me at 1080p 60fps. Anyone have other thoughts?
i7 6700K Skylake 16GB DDR4 GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 currently overclocked at 1435 MHz, memory at 3510MHz
I'm fighting the urge to get a 1070. I hear they're announcing a 1080ti in a few days which may drop the price of the 1070. I guess we'll see. Although...I'm not sure if the performance gain will be worth it. I was running a 7870 for 3 years before I made the jump to the 970. I did it for Inquisition, and I really didn't notice THAT big of difference. I've had the 970 for 2 years. Might hold off a bit longer.

You could probably even run some settings on Ultra without noticing too much of a difference in performance. Supposedly they're going to be announcing it tonight, in about half an hour from now. You can watch their conference live on their Twitch channel.

I initially only want to know the game superficially, see the new mechanics, etc. Then with a better machine I dig deeper. Thanks, I´ll buy it.

Presentation just ended.
GTX 1080Ti 3584 CUDA cores (same as Titan X) 11GB GDDR5X Runs at 1600MHz out of the box Ran at 2038MHz in their demo. $699 US Launches next week
Also, the regular 1080 got a $100 price cut, so it now has an MSRP of $499.

1080 ti 35% performance increase over 1080? skepticalanimeface.jpg Well, it's basically a slightly overclocked Titan X with one gig of memory removed. Not too surprising imo. Nvidia claimed it outperforms a stock Titan X in games as well, although they didn't give a percentage point.

Wondering if my laptop will be able to run ME:A reasonably? It runs DAI really well, but unsure if it's going to be worth it for ME:A, or whether getting it on Xbox One will be better?
System: Windows 10 (64 bit) Intel i5-6200U 2.3GHz (w/ Turbo Boost 2.8GHz) 8GB DDR4 NVIDIA GeForce 940MX (2GB dedicated)

Can't really say which ones better, maybe someone else will have a better answer
