Hi everyone !
A quick question : can this game run with a i5 dual core ? According to the official specs no, but I have very little trust in them. Thanks !
My specs are : i5 4210H 2.90GHz (2 cores), Nvidia 970m 3Gb, 8go Ram. And as a side question is it worth improving my ram to 16Gb ?
Thanks for the reply !

Team Green members, Nvidia just released the Game Ready driver. ANY BENCHMARK RESULTS? Better performance? anyone? Apparently SLI is now fixed (from the Geforce Forums). They fixed Andromeda!!! 70fps + now in 4k ultra, previously I got about 17 and a ton of stuttering on EOS. 4k SLI 1080s I7 6700K 32GB

Hello, I just updated the game and Origin istalled C++ 2012 and 2013 again. WTF? It installed it 4 days ago. Is there some way to stop this? Installing the same thing over and over seems stupid. Steam has never done this.

My friend has the dual core Pentium G4400 and can't even launch the game (black screen) he tried every single black screen fix and no luck. So we are 99% sure he can't run it in his CPU. I sent him my i3 7100 today so he can actually play the game. If he can play it today on the i3 then we will be sure it was his processor.

I apologize in advance if this in the wrong place. Has anyone else had problems launching the 10hr Trial ? It's been working fine with no problem but just recently today I was going to load it up. I still have some of the downloading left to do currently on 81%. I hit the play button - Cloud Sync window pops up 5% wooosh 100% - Nothing I heard there has been a patch released all ready and I'm hoping thats the reason why and that I just need to wait it out for it to download fully. Has anyone else had the same issue or know of a possible fix ? I hope there is a fix or it's just temporary...Having to unistill.Don't even lol.The thought of that makes my face tired. 4.Days.81% :srs: Thanks in advance and again sorry if I may of overlooked something and this is in the wrong place to post. You should be able to play at something like 42%. Try turning off the cloud sync, pause the download, close and restart Origin. The download should start up again from where you paused. The cloud sync sometimes messes things up. I gave it ago, unfortunately it hasn't worked. If I have the cloud sync off it doesn't do anything and having it on remains the same

Not doing well on the 2nd planet (starts with an E?). Played through the first planet using the game's auto-detect settings, which was a mixture of ultra and high (@1440p). Everything went well for the most part; I generally stayed between 50 and 60 fps, with some minor dips below that. Now that I'm on the 2nd planet, performance is in the toilet. At the same auto-detect settings, the opening cut-scene drops to 10 fps, and the gameplay has me anywhere between 17 and 50 fps, depending on what's on the screen. I tried dropping the settings to all high, with AA off, lowered the ambient occlusion, and that gets me 22-60 fps, depending on what's on the screen (I can stare at a wall and get higher frames, obviously). The issue isn't so much the low frames, but that it's constantly jumping around everywhere and isn't stable at all. 2x980 Ti SC in sli i7-4790k, stock 16 GB RAM Samsung 850 EVO SSD 144 hz 2560x1440 G-sync monitor Win 10 Home ,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸-(_MEA_)-,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸
Dropping the resolution to 1920 x 1080 will probably help. At this stage, smooth gameplay is what you want and a lower resolution may be the solution.
Just saying.

So I just preordered on PC and cancelled my ps4 predorder, I am really hoping it'll play on high-ish setting on my new, semi-good PC. I5-7500 3.40 Ghz 8 GB Ram 6 GB Nvidia 1060 Now, Dragon Age: Inquistion is running fine on ultra, with some few moments of slowdown. So I am hoping ME:A is the same, albeit perhaps on lower settings than ultra. so an update and in need of some assistance, i tried the trial for a few hours and for the most part the game ran well on ultra and on high yet i keep experiencing noticable choppiness in gaming and cutscenes and i wonder why otherd it seems are doing well. ,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸-(_MEA_)-,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸
Hm... I wonder if cut scenes are loading higher resolution textures?

My PCs always tend to be "Frankensteined" together - I buy parts and build them myself in a never-ending cycle of upgrades. (I haven't had a store bought system in 20 years.) It's a wonderful testament to homeschooled technical aptitude, the power of Google, and sheer dumb luck. My current specs are: OS: 64-bit Windows 10 PROCESSOR: AMD FX-8350 (as luck would have it) MEMORY: 32 GB RAM VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GTX 970 4GB During the recent Origin Access trial, I auto-detected at HIGH for the graphics settings, and the game ran very well at 1920x1080 (BenQ RL2755 monitor). Will be seeing if I can maybe try ULTRA once release rolls around (March 23rd in Australia), though I could be happy enough where it is...

What is resolution scaling? Is it just built in downsampling/dsr?

Now that the game is out, is it possible to run the game on low settings on a computer that does not meet the minimum specifications? I can run ME3 and DA:I without problems.

Now that the game is out, is it possible to run the game on low settings on a computer that does not meet the minimum specifications? I can run ME3 and DA:I without problems. My experience: no. My laptop runs ME trilogy and all Dragon Age games. DAI was the slowest of course, ran fine on medium settings (and with facial/hair textures/shaders on Ultra with bad FPS drop). I attempted to run MEA, and got as far as the Bioware logo. The logos faded into view at wayyy less than 1 (one) FPS, and my CPU spiked to 100%. Memory hovered around 1GB, which was normal if not a bit high for a fresh launch. I repaired the game files. I rebooted. Same. Windows 10, 1.5 years old Intel Core i7-5600U 2-Core 2.6GHz 12GB RAM Intel HD Graphics 5000 Mobile <--- the huge problem On Game-Debate.com, my scores are 7/10, 7/10, and 2/10 for MEA and DAI both. But, why can I run DAI fine and not MEA? Is the demand really that heavier? .... even for the damn logos?

(tho my computer is just old, not SUPER old.) AMD FX-6300 Geforce GT 740 16 GB RAM i did a clean install of the graphics card with geforce experience before attempting anything. the game put me on medium graphics, a couple things are set to low. 900 resolution (my monitor is tiny). i was getting about 25 fps on average? i don't remember what it was like during combat, i'll have to check when i boot it up again. when i got to the nexus tho, i started dropping to like 10 fps hahaha so i'll probably set a few more things to low, turn off v-sync, if that would make a difference. overall it was playable; noticeably average and sometimes flat out bad, but playable. hope that helps!

Maybe. The max specs for DA:I = min specs for ME:A. Remember the min video card VRAM is 2GB.
The absolute min upgrade to my system is the video card. I'm looking at an $80 RX480 from AMD = max ME:A specs for graphics. This leaves my CPU as the bottleneck (I have a FX-6300 = just below min spec).
Edit: (a) Forget to $80. Not available.

I... am not a smart man. Thanks. No, it's just unintuitive. It's similar for buying and selling. The UI seems to have quite a few peculiar designs like that. It's fine once you get used to it, but it's odd.

Hi. I was wondering can I get a steady framerate (+40fps) on mid-high settings with this setup: Intel I-5 3470 3.40Ghz GeForce GTX 1060 6gb 8gb Ram
(I currently have GeForce GTX 660 and I have Been thinking about upgrading To 1060)
Thanks in advance:)
