How will you spend your initial hours playing MEA?

Probably try to create a good-looking Sara. And if I fail, use the custom face. After that... Obsess over every skill and build possible to make sure I spend every point as wisely as possible.

Trying to get to grips with the totally overhauled combat system.

More and more this game seems an action game totally gutted from any RPG aspects except for romance and the stories wrapped around that. I suppose the "easy" mode will allow for "button mashing" to get by but I am not looking forward to that. Gathering resources for upgrades on the "button mashing" level will be redundant too, so not much incentive left for motivated exploration.

Sorry, but all in all this seems a game for a different player then the RPG crowd. Nothing wrong with that but it seems cruel to me after gutting so much RPG out of their latest games already, to still pretend to cater to RPG players too. Bioware should make a clear cut choice so all genre players know where they stand.

That said, I do want Bioware to succeed so if my intuition is correct I hope this is a fantastic action game especially for the MP crowd.

The initial hours should be like anyother hour in an RPG AAA game: doing everything it's possible to do: talk with everyone, explore menus and stats and skills, take a look at the merchants, get amazed by the story a little, then combat, then other systems, then go to another planet...well we will be busy for many many hours

1: get to know character creator
2: make a good character
3: play for a few hours
4: restart game, cause now the mechanics are known better to me and I feel like I can do better from the beginning.
5: redo step 2
6: finish game

All MP. I'm getting it on PS4 but will play the EA Access version on Xbox One. Since I won't be carrying over any story progress, there's no point in even starting it. Plus, I've never had any trouble creating a bald headed black guy with a goatee so there's no need to fiddle with CC until the 21st.

Walk up to NPCs and objects and stare at them then judge their animations, placement, and lore.

I have a feeling this will be a recurring theme for quite a few players. I really hope the CC and how its implemented makes it easier to make corrections, unlike DAI. That opening cinematic was far too long and constantly a struggle.

reading all of the lore to see if they have changed the lore from what we have known in the trilogy or keep it the same
