Do You Believe Internet Hate Will Effect MEA Sales?

For the love of Goddess, This kind of topic is very annoy me. Even you not intense to But Negative topic's name hit me on the face.

ANd yes the hater and all of negative comment/topic/thread will effect people who google to search some info of the game (expecially people who not look for detail more enough).

Depends. The game will sell a lot of copies at launch no matter what. If the game ends up being seen as average however that will effect long term sales. Would be nice to have DA:I sales over the last few years as a frame of reference, but guess what? EA don't report on stuff like that because they are worried about Investors. Could also be Interesting to see how much Mass Effect 3 sold life time compared to Mass Effect 2.

I will admit i share some of your worries. Deus Ex Mankind Divided flopped, like really did flop. It already had a 70% off sale at Steam and Square Enix put the franchise on pause. Most AAA games that come out nowadays that were part of a series sell average amount of copies and then is never really talked about.

FFXV, Gears of War 4, Halo 5, games that sold well, but not compared to what they should and could. We'll see when it drops. No matter what happens it won't be the end of Bioware just yet, but EA are terrified of the sales as they always are and they might pull a Square Enix some day.

Right but the millions of gamers aren't ignorant to the posts on the internet which ultimately affects their decision.  Early buyers of Mass Effect: Andromeda aren't the type of fans who go to walmart or gamestop just to pick up the new copy of FIFA or Madden.  They are typically a little more aware of the gaming news outlets, the forums, and the previews/reviews.


Something that EA doesn't seem to understand about it's Bioware community.  We're more of the dorks of gaming not bros of gaming 

People were bitching about Fallout 4 before and after release, didn't stop it from selling zillions. People did the same with GTA V (you guys got nothing on the nitpickers of every screenshot and trailer of the GTAForums crowd). We know how that turned out. Even with the shitty endings and bad word of mouth, ME3 was a hit. Internet hate is overrated.

Do I care? No. Internet hate fuels me. FUEL ME MORE!!!

The game has alreadyy gone gold and it's still a month out from release. There's your answer.

Well this game isn't as unanimously hated as IW so I doubt it. Mostly seems to be a very vocal minority that hate this game. BTW IW actually had a pretty badass campaign.
