New Bug for Me.
Entered a MP match in Bronze with my lvl 16 Rank 10 Human Adept. The bug? My Adept had no Powers.. nada, zilch, empty. The Powers icons showed empty squares.
Now this is after I received an update Origins notice. Frankly, I can't recall if it updated or not.

PC - Multiplayer - Weapon Hornet... Yes I know it's garbage; however, given it was one of my more preferred weapons in ME3 multi for casters, I keep trying to make it work. Issue: I've noticed it does more damage if the trigger is pulled at more protracted intervals. I don't understand why this would be given I'm placing it all on target either way. Thoughts? ,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸-(_MEA_)-,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸
Accuracy, in one word. Holding the trigger will cause a spread and loss of accuracy.

This bug happened to me: Mic stopped working, grayed out ... checking settings in the game itself as well as on my computer ... which showed my mic functioning.
The exact thing I was doing when it happened was: Joined a private lobby, game not in progress and no one could hear me, noticed mic was grayed out ... prior to joining the lobby, my mic worked, after the private lobby, resetting my mic settings, mic did not work in private lobby nor in pugs. Closed out game and restarted the game, mic worked fine after that. Bug feedback #33:

This bug happened to me: Sound went "crazy" loud ... muting sound did not help ... had huge distorted sounds of my character.
The exact thing I was doing when it happened was: Playing in a pug on FB Zero, using a Krogan merc, against Outlaws ... initially sound was fine ... had been playing in several matches at that point. Tried exiting game, sound still dorked up, rebooted, sound returned to normal. Playing MEA is the first and only time this has ever occurred.

This bug happened to me: Very modest lag rendering Lance and Stealth Grid effectively inop ... Stealth Grid, at 3rd evolution, should have lasted 8 seconds, lasted about 1s and Lance, at first evolution, should have done 320 damage and 400 force ... mostly missed the target and did no damage ... though it did detonations on two occasions on two different matches.
The exact thing I was doing when it happened was: Playing in a pug with an Asari Huntress ... level 1 and level 4 (Rank X) with 1 skill point in Lance and 6 skill points in Stealth Grid ... from the get go, Lance either missed the target or did no damage, whether it was against health (red bar), shields/barrier (blue/purple bar) or armor (yellow bar), it did however create two combos, two different times on two different matches. Stealth Grid should have lasted 8 seconds, at most it lasted 1 second ... both for me and for teammates near me ... doing an upload, it initially worked and allowed an Adhi to wander off, but cloak broke almost immediately, without using a power or firing a weapon. Update ... after getting the Huntress to level 16, it is apparent that the issue is not so much lag, as the Huntress' powers (Lance and Stealth Grid) being bugged off host. On host, she works as advertised. Off host, mostly Lance misses and does no damage ... though it does sometimes work ... but it will set off combos. Stealth Grid mostly doesn't work ... so reviving teammates, trying to weave through bad guys to get to an enable objective, cloak the team during extract, increased weapon and melee damage ... pretty much nada. When it does work, off host, it's nice. But mostly it doesn't. Side note: The number of bugs is excessive. I am getting worn down by all the bugs. "Extensive Testing" is the new "cake" ... i.e. both were a lie. Again ... extensive testing would have identified the off-host bug of the Huntress' powers.

This bug happened to me: Announcer claims wave is complete when there are still critters to kill ... not all the time, just some times, doesn't seem to be lag related, but I am off-host, so it might be an off-host bug.
The exact thing I was doing when it happened was: In a pug, off-host, we get to the last three critters, the announcer tells us nice job, mission complete (or whatever he says) ... but there are three critters left to kill ... it is as if the trigger for saying "three left" gets mixed up with the "wave complete" verbiage ... a minor bug, but hey, since the game is nearly perfect, let's clean up the little crap /sarc. This bug happened to me: Completed mission, extracted, in load screen to get back to lobby, game tells me I've lost connection and sends me back to the load screen ... getting reconnected, back in MP, load screen to lobby, shaders load, bar is at max, it hands, lost connection, back to load screen.
The exact thing I was doing when it happened was: Finishing a match, extracted, in load screen to go back to the lobby, the loading bar is maxed and hangs ... after a period of time, get the message that I've lost connection with the game ... closing out the game and trying to re-enter MP after restarting the game does not fix the problem, have to close out Origin and restart, to reconnect. Of course, it almost goes without saying, I get no XP, I get no credits for a game I've completed and extracted from ... so THANKS BIOWARE. Bug feedback #37:
Playing on: PC
This bug happened to me: Playing APEX mission, gold, outlaws, 800% ammo and 800% cells, no replenish ... ammo works correctly (800% ammo plus booster), but only get 12 cells, plus whatever booster I use.
The exact thing I was doing when it happened was: Doing an APEX mission with no ammo reload, the cells (absent boosters) number 12 ... I should have 32 cells based on my loadout, plus boosters ... instead I get a number that is not evenly divisible by 8, but instead, get 8 additional cells, plus two for my booster, for a total of 14 ... should have been 32 plus 2, for a total of 34. In a way it doesn't matter, because the Asari Huntress off host is bugged, so Stealth Grid mostly doesn't work ... but this is separate from that bug and has shown up with other kits.

(both consoles) It's probably been said, but the charged weapons are bugged. Both the Venom shotgun and Lanat sniper regularly refuse to charge, or they charge without the controller vibrating. And it's probably by design, but pretty much any action cancels out the charge. I understand powers canceling it, but surely one can hold the trigger while jumping and running. Charging the weapons is so incredibly annoying, that everyone just gives up on the venom, because the regular shot is just too weak.. Also the audio is far too weak to hear in a crowded map, I didn't even hear it until my 3rd match, when all my teammates died and I charged the Lanat on the last remaining enemy.

The Krogan's Blood Rage visual effect needs to be toned down or disabled entirely. This was an issue in ME3MP as well as the art team went crazy with overlays and the community criticized them for it. It's good to see that they are back to their old habits again as the Blood Rage visual is giving me a headache. Seriously, the game looks great don't cheapen it with too many unnecessary visual effects. Actually, now that it's toned down I can't see it at all if I'm outside in daylight. It really wasn't that annoying to me, but now I'm constantly raging that I don't see it. My suggestion: A visual symbol that's not too annoying for people that didn't like the original overlay, but obvious when the current one is drowned out.

Menu improvement suggestions;
In ME3 equipping mods on a weapon resulted in equipping the weapon. Now I'm constantly going into battle without my new loadout, because it doesn't. I'd suggest going back to that, or not allowing modding an unequipped gun.

Clarity Request: Sync KillIn ME3, everything that could sync kill had either a "tell" or a pattern it had to follow. Banshees had a graphical overlay, and everything else had to land a melee attack without moving or shooting before it could sync kill. Ascendants have a tell, however short and prone to being cast through walls, but both Fiends and Hydras seem capable of performing sync kills without landing a melee attack first, sometimes immediately after moving or changing targets. Can we get a dev response as to whether this is a deliberate behavior change (in which case, it seems the community is not overly fond of it), or a bug that will eventually be fixed?

I had this too, although it was with a lvl 10 Rank 10 HFE. But I'm just a peasant on Xbox. Or at least I used to be. Too many disconnects and crashes over the past few days. I'm out, for the time being at least. Good luck guys, I mean it. I held the line on lolPS3 for the best part of 5 years, but it's now time for me to prove that I'm not clinically insane

Not gonna look through 12 pages I don't know if it has been mentioned but stealth grind has zero points in the challenge menu of Tech mastery even though I have used it and got my Asari up to 20.

Yeah, this was toned down in the first patch 2 weeks after release. Still, any internal player testing should have caught this prior to release as I initially noted it during the EA Access pre-release after only a few hours of game time. As a second gen version however, there should absolutely be an opacity slider to control visual overlays. Why developers do not give players such options in 2017 is beyond me unless they are either completely out of touch with the needs of modern gamers or simply don't have the time/budget which points to a poorly managed product. In hindsight, we all now realize that MEAMP was certainly a tacked-on product to an unpolished SP game.

I think the Map Challenge for Gold Derelict may be bugged. Last night I had 86/100 waves, and ran two Golds back to back and finished with 92/100 waves. Derelict is my only unfinished Gold map, and I got the rest of them done early last week. I had assumed I just hadn't played it as much, but the reason might be that not all waves are registering for some reason.

The graphical option "Chromatic Aberration" seems to cause anything to do with explosion and power combos to crash my game, I tested this with and without for a few games and with it on it crashes my game a lot.

Powercell mechanic feedback Ok, so when you take more than 4 powercells into the match, ammo boxes only give a maximum of 4. This renders power capacity boosters almost useless. I propose you get the full compliment of pc's, as long as the ammo box is full.
Power feedback; Stealth grid I was really excited when a 2nd cloak ability was announced, but there were no changes to the mechanics. Attacking still breaks cloak, and you can run freely until it expires or you break it. Besides this being a bit dull, it also makes the power OP. It's possible to solo gold with a lvl 1! And putting any points in it is unnecessary. My suggestion would be to make the cloak last for the full duration, regardless of attacking, but ONLY in the area it was activated in. As soon as you move out, it breaks. A visual circle like annihilation should be added as well.

Your suggestion would strip almost all of the utility from the power, and create even more screen clutter for your teammates to keep track of. Better in Upload and Hack, much, much worse for every use that involves mobility- revives, escapes, flanking- you know, the main uses for stealth powers.

You can still carry whatever your total capacity is, you just have to hit multiple ammo boxes to top off. If I could play a human soldier with a capacity booster and get 7 grenades and 8 concussive shot charges from every single ammo box, that'd be pretty unbalanced. I have a feeling that the way the ammo boxes currently work is 100% working as intended.

Powercell mechanic feedback Ok, so when you take more than 4 powercells into the match, ammo boxes only give a maximum of 4. This renders power capacity boosters almost useless. I propose you get the full compliment of pc's, as long as the ammo box is full. Power capacity boosters aren't useless. You can still carry whatever your total capacity is, you just have to hit multiple ammo boxes to top off. If I could play a human soldier with a capacity booster and get 7 grenades and 8 concussive shot charges from every single ammo box, that'd be pretty unbalanced. I have a feeling that the way the ammo boxes currently work is 100% working as intended. Doubly so since if you can time hitting a full box near the end of a wave, you can turn around and hit it again at the start of the next wave and be all the way full. Plus ammo packs, and refilling grenades over a 4 capacity really isn't a problem.

Power feedback; Stealth grid I was really excited when a 2nd cloak ability was announced, but there were no changes to the mechanics. Attacking still breaks cloak, and you can run freely until it expires or you break it. Besides this being a bit dull, it also makes the power OP. It's possible to solo gold with a lvl 1! And putting any points in it is unnecessary. My suggestion would be to make the cloak last for the full duration, regardless of attacking, but ONLY in the area it was activated in. As soon as you move out, it breaks. A visual circle like annihilation should be added as well. 1. Not a mod, but this should probably go in either general or balance feedback. 2. Your suggestion would strip almost all of the utility from the power, and create even more screen clutter for your teammates to keep track of. Better in Upload and Hack, much, much worse for every use that involves mobility- revives, escapes, flanking- you know, the main uses for stealth powers. Tbo I thought I posted it there. I've been looking for it and just now found it. As of your reaction; I don't really think so, as it can be instantly used again with a powercell. It would also allow teammates a safezone to run into. You'd just have to manage it more,which I think isn't a bad thing. And flanking is supereasy since the enemies literally turn away from you upon use

Gameplay Feedback - Xbox One- I'm not sure if this was a bug or intentional, but using the Incendiary ammo consumable and proccing the fire effect on an enemy does not cause them to suffer the Panic status effect (similar to how Flamethrower and Incinerate work). This is strange, considering that Cryo rounds will cause the enemy to suffer the Frozen status effect, while Disruptor rounds will cause the enemy to suffer the Stun status effect.
- Stealth Grid does not accumulate any points towards its challenge upon usage. In addition, using Stealth Grid when near an ally does not appear to confer any kind of Support bonus that would allow points to accumulate for the challenge.

Bug feedback #38:Playing on: PCThis bug happened to me: Like the Asari Huntress, the Angara Avenger's Stealth Grid is bugged off host ... just started playing it, but expect the same problems off host ... mostly the SG not working off host, though with some hosts it may work and with some hosts, it may work some of the time.
The exact thing I was doing when it happened was: Doing an APEX mission on night Sandstorm (which is very nice) and efforts to use Stealth Grid largely failed ... tried again on a random match on Derelict, with a different host, same issue. The visual never shows, but for about a second or so, activating SG does make bad guys turn away ... but just for that short time. Also, did not see that it helped my teammates when I activated it near them. Bug feedback #39:Playing on: PCThis bug happened to me: Reloading the Black Widow, watched the magazine go from 1 to three back to 1 again ... just lag you say? Whelp, you made a corporate decision to have the players act as host, so freakin' design a game that is lag resistant. This is not that.
The exact thing I was doing when it happened was: Shooting Remnants on Icebreaker, reloaded my BW and watched the counter go from 1 to 3 to one ... there was no obvious lag in the match, so I think this is a bug more than just lag. I'm pretty sure it's happened before, but this time I was watching for it and observed it. Also ... not a bug but a feature ... in the hall of fame for stupid features ... every single gosh darned thing interrupts weapon reload. Trivial as well as significant. Maybe not a bug, but crap design.
