I think enemies do damage just fine. The guns and powers, ESPECIALLY BIOTIC EXPLOSIONS, are in dire need of buffing. I also wish we had more big maps. I love Icebreaker's verticality so much. Also, character XP cards would be nice. Leveling up feels tedious at times and it's near torture when you throw in RNG with all characters levels being seperate, minor issue though. Pacing's fun and the Remnant could use more variation. Of course, the servers need better stability, but it's an EA game during early weeks, bad servers are to be expected.
Two chief thoughts:
Buff all the guns (or most of them) Buff Biotic Explosions
AI is great and I like that they get the same powersets we have. ME3 felt like we were far more capable than the enemies after a short while. It's nice to be able to take what we give like in ME1.
EDIT: For the love of all that is holy PLEASE bring back reload cancelling. The animations are slow as all hell and feel quite arbitrary. I want more depth like ME3 had with mechanical manipulation and such. It's like removing buffering from Tekken or Street Fighter.

Seen here: Not sure where to put this Fernando Melo DiscoBabaloo An update this AM to improve #MEAMP matchmaking (empty lobbies). Custom solo may still need 2-3min at times but grouped w 1 should be better Not sure if it was coincidence but my connection has been holding a lot better the last day or two.

Some appear to be just support char. However, my experience so far is that most players are clueless...
The only two char I feel comfortable with is the human engineer and the Asari Sentinel. But only on Bronze... S and G are beyond me in this MP, so far.
Asari Sentinel is fine for silver. Put points in Backlash and passives and you're good to go with a melee focussed build. She's my fav character so far. ,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸-(_MEA_)-,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸

Granted there is much improvement but it's more about placing the enemy AI chars in position as opposed to the AI figuring this out via a neural network learning mechanism. I've watched the AI place enemy chars in certain locations and they just wait for the unsuspecting newbie even though there is heavy fighting elsewhere.
Intense dislike for the way Bio decided to spawn enemy opponents up my azz. You'd think the game programmers checked to see if the location was taken before spawning a bad guy.

I put this together last night because I kept finding so many new problems it pushed the old ones out of my brain. Like that time I took that home wine making course and forgot how to drive. It’s probably not complete but, on the off chance that BioWare does see this, I want to give them some things to think about before any patch is finalised.
GENERAL MECHANICS Bonus Stats should be based on class. We need a snap to cover button. I keep standing up while looking around. No over cover grab. No light/heavy melee. No Shieldgate. Shields too low. We have Drell shields but no Drell. Why you hate us BioWare? I’ve been killed while spawning into a game in progress. Getting level 1 consumables out of Expert (and, I assume, Premium) packs. XP Boost is a waste that takes up a slot in loadout and packs. And… Double all XP. Progression is way too slow. Turning the camera causes your character to turn. Searching for Strike Teams missions often finds custom games with matching map/faction. UI No useful character information on main multiplayer screen. Have to go into Character Customization to see your loadout. Have to go into Character Selection to see your Health and Shields. Custom match settings are not remembered. Characters sorted by rarity instead of class. We need either preset colors or a favorites option. We need skin tone options for Asari. They are too dark. (No racist) Permanent Gear items in store not refreshing on Xbox One. GUNS Damage is too low. Accuracy is too low on automatic weapons. (too much spread) No reload cancel means reload times need to be reduced. Cobra RPG Damage is laughable. Should be guaranteed kill on everything in large area. Cobra RPG is put away if you sprint or jump.
POWERS Returning characters should get their ME3 powers back. Damage is too low. Combo Damage is wayyyy too low… But the excessive ragdolling means you can’t finish them off. Cooldown is too long. Missing powers. (Warp, Reave, Stasis, Cryo Blast) Characters have little to no Power Synergy. Need option to re-map powers to different buttons. Maths for Damage, Duration, Cooldown, etc not done in power discription. Powers should not need Power Cells. (Stealth Grid, Flak Cannon, Barricade) Fortify should not have a movement speed penalty. Lance needs to go. It’s bad and it should feel bad. (*cough* Warp *cough*) Umm… why doesn’t the Havoc Trooper have Havoc Strike? Overload should not be a charge ability. Turbocharge – Replace Clip Size with Reload Speed. Need more grenade variety. Rage – Thanks for the epilepsy BioWare.

Maybe this:
- Bring back armor piercing rounds - Bring back Phasic rounds - Bring back Geth - Reduce the reload time by ALLOT!! - Reduce the reload time by ALLOT!! - Bring back the Wraith shotgun - More slots for gear ammo etc like in ME3 MP it was 4 slots. - More enemy factions - More maps like for example a map that is in a forest more natural environment.

It's hard to not compare it to ME 3. I'm just waiting to see what is tweaked and released. But for the most part I'm enjoying it and trying to play the MP for what it is.
I do miss some of my old biotic powers like reave and cluster grenades. But I'm hopeful for the release of new characters and power sets.

Resetting your character to level 1 should transfer that experience to the proper bonus stat.
Many abilities feel the same. It's as if they all use the same formula. 15 seconds base cool down, deal x damage, and status effect.
Status effects feel tacked on and unimportant - which makes combos feel more-so.
Guns need to be unique but effective. Some should have low base damage but insane weak point bonuses. What about guns that hit everything in a 360 degree angle centered around you? Guns that slow the opponent? Guns that give you the pull ability when used? Guns that are more effective at armor or shields?
Ammo Crates need to be added to the store. Instead of supply crates make ones that only have ammo. Progressive cost for each level. 10,20,30,40k. One of each type of ammo.
Bring back Penetrating Rounds.
Improve cryo status effect. Worst status effect by far. Perhaps the armor reduction is bugged?

Overall I just feel like the selection of characters is pretty meh. They don't seem very well thought out. Then there's the lack of fun factor. Where's my N7 fury with defenses of a wet paper bag but god like destructive power. Why can't I electric whip things in the face? Where's something as fun as cruising around the map strangling things with the Geth Juggernaut? The Salarian Operator is cool as hell, but other than that...meh. Not to mention almost all of the ultra rare weapons are absolute crap.
I'm not even going to get into all the bugs and balancing, I don't want to write a novel. I expected a lot more. It's been 5 years and the gameplay has not improved in any way. How is that possible or acceptable?
Disappointed.

I have to agree (whole-heartedly) with Tigger. The list of absolute failures in creation is staggering. I did a search for Mass Effect timeline. According to the timeline, the Ark was loading and departing for Andromeda while Commander Sheppard was concluding Mass Effect 3. Perhaps you consider this to be unrelated, but I see it differently. I see it as all the powers, skills and training that existed with Sheppard (therefore including those characters of the multiplayer variety) existed and flourished at the time the Ark was loading. Since the personnel went into a cryo-stasis, they should neither forget their skills nor learn new/different ones.
This multiplayer game is quite possibly the poorest conception in gaming. As a shooter, it cannot hold a candle to its contemporaries. Destiny, The Division, even Halo perform better as shooters. The omni-tool uses are despicable. Poorly engineered, poorly envisioned. Power combos, which were dynamic in 3, are mere firecrackers for children in Andromeda. Tigger listed some of the missing powers that should not be missing. I would like to add Dark Channel and Snap freeze to that list. However, with the downgrade of Annihilation, one might also consider that to be a missing power. Annihilation field used to be able to be detonated by the player for area damage and force (generally to get out of a sticky situation). No longer. It almost seems to me like the developers didn't play ME3 at all. Personally, I will try to lug through the incredibly boring campaign, but I'm pretty much through with multiplayer. It disgusts me so badly, that I can't stand it and I end up dissatisfied with myself for playing it.

I don't know how to say this in a understandable manner. You as a developer may not agree, but the game is for the people who paid you to develop it in the first place, you as a dev may not like to increase damage for weapons and powers because you feel is too "OP" . But here's the thing, is what your fans want, what they feel is correct, that is the whole point of the game.
Ultimate TL;DR dev edition: Guns and powers have crap damage =/= fun. Enemies are bulletsponges =/= fun
Guns and powers have good damage = fun. Enemies die when you shoot or fire powers at them = fun.
Play some ME3MP on Gold or above. See how many guns and kits were viable for those difficulties. If the number is higher than 1 then it is already better than ME:A MP.

I really don't like how the Assassination objective spawns extra bosses for the later target, specifically for the Kett. As multiple Ascendants are really hard to deal with because the faction is just aggravating.

multiple Ascendants are really hard to deal with because the faction is just aggravating. I don't know how Bio considers Kett balanced, between the ninja Ascendant sync kills and the OP Anointed.

multiple Ascendants are really hard to deal with because the faction is just aggravating. I don't know how Bio considers Kett balanced, between the ninja Ascendant sync kills and the OP Anointed. Maybe it's like seasoning a meal. Sometimes you need to experiment a bit before find the right amounts. In general I agree that 2 invulnurable banshees at the same time are a tad too much.

In general I agree that 2 invulnurable banshees at the same time are a tad too much. In absence of the last resort Cobra missile crutch, I might add. And I agree, we may very well see rebalancing patches yet.

And I agree, we may very well see rebalancing patches yet. Indeed. I would like to see something like a balance in the enemy itself. For example if he has his little orb thingy up he has 50-80% damage reduction but no sync kill, but if you kill his orb he sorta snaps and trades is damage reduction for the ability to sync kill players.

Slide show every time on the first wave. I don't get it it is like the game or my computer were warming up because everytime the first few minutes after i load the map my framerate is in the 30s low 20s. After few minutes the framerate returns to 60 range i have no idea why this is happening. This is on Geforce 970 AMD FX 6300 @ 4.5GHz and 24GBs of RAM.
