What do you mean? The left stick was used to move and the right stick was used to turn/look. If you used either of them for another function your entire movement system was screwed. Unless you're talking about L3 and R3, which were 180 turn and navigation respectively in ME3 (and probably will be sprint and melee in MEA). I meant pressing LS and RS, we don't call it L3 and R3 on xbox. Fair enough. But as I said, they are likely to be sprint and melee respectively. These functions were accesswd by A and B (X and O on PS3) in ME3 but those buttons are apparently now jetpack and dodge.

My only concern would be if the cover you go to has bad camera angles. I have seen that problem before, so I hope the environments are drawn so we don't get that problem or the game is smart enough to truly adjust properly when in cover. Why would there be bad camera angles? The camera is forever behind your character?

I don't know, I'm not sure how it will work. I know I hate cover in me3. I'm always getting stuck to things in multiplayer. Same here. Need to try it out, but at the moment it sounds like ME3PM, but with no everlasting spacebar (and we may be glued not only to the walls, but to any rock too).

I'm so excited to collide with magic pixels where you're going end up just wall humping instead of getting into cover. I mean, isn't the goal of MEA to hump as many things as possible? MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! I'm gunna fuck that waist-high wall! Calvin was REALLY drunk that night, but that was a bit over the top, even for him.

I like the concept. Tomb raider did it very well. No reason bioware wouldn't be able to get it working.

Didn't have any problems with automatic cover in Tomb Raider, so if it works as well as that, I'll be happy.

I have seen that problem before, so I hope the environments are drawn so we don't get that problem or the game is smart enough to truly adjust properly when in cover. Why would there be bad camera angles? The camera is forever behind your character? I have seen a few games put the camera behind a wall or edge of something or even inside an object. When it obscures your vision by doing these things it gets annoying and you have to jump out to assess the battlefield. I don't think this was a problem with ME3, so I don't expect it to pop up now, just mentioning that because it has happened before (but in other games).

What is it with all these buttons? 😬 I don't know. I never had issues with the cover system. But then again I split the key for these nested commands apart into separate key commands for each function: run/cover, scan, probe, dialog skip/acccelerate -all separate functions. Alas only could do it with the windows version though -don't know yet how to go about it with the consoles.
