I only have a PS4 and a comp that can't run it. So this dose not bother me.

The tweet only says that the story is gated after a point, that does not mean we only visit one planet.

That's great, actually, means I won't be pressured to do as much as possible to satisfy my 10 hours.

This has probably been asked elsewhere but do we get access to pre-order/digital deluxe items in this early access? Assuming you pre-order before the 16th

Ok so I won't have early access but I echo the idea that this is good. Most times for me I start a game rush through the beginning then like 4 or 5 hours through I realized I missed a bunch of stuff and have been playing things wrong or in a dumb way and start over. With a restricted look like this it would give me time to mess around and learn those lessons before I get ahead of myself.

Not likely. The free trial is a separate game in the library from the one you pre-ordered, at least on Origin. I doubt you'll have access to any of that content until the game officially releases.

If you want to believe that Game Informer is just speculating, more power to you. We knew the single player would be gated. It's not hard to believe it would be gated on the first planet.

Very true. It will give folks breathing room before they get overwhelmed. At the very least, it will make early access gamers more prepared for the full release.

Believe it is "speculation" if you choose. Considering DAI also gated players after the first large area, this isn't exactly unprecedented on BioWare's part. GI may have contacted BioWare directly for comment, which is what they often do.

Agreed. I was planning to explore anyway, but it's nice to know we aren't pressured due to a clock ticking down on our time with the game.

Hopefully the first planet has Vetra

In the DAI trial you only got the starting party members I believe. You get Blackwell in the hinterlands but not until you leave and go back if I remember.
So we could only get Liam and Cora. Hope to see one more though. I'd like to get Drack myself.
