I never really bothered with the Ops Pack much,

The last time was a few days ago. Reactor hazard map against Collectors with a reactor hack on wave 6. I fried everyone and myself at the beginning and then kept blowing them up with a-bombs. Probably left those pugs traumatized.

The point is that the transmitter only works when you're reviving yourself.

Edit: Reviving manually is not gonna cost revives, since they are assigned to a specific button and you revive manually with the interact key iirc.

Another plus for pc players a specific button to use rather than the 4 way button for club handed people like me using the Xbone.

In ME3MP it only activates when you yourself are down. Hopefully that's the same in MEAMP, for reload cancelling, as well as if I'm gonna use a Gel, I'm gonna use it on myself. Couldn't care less if dumbass Worlard hugged (another) Banshee or whatever. Goodbye and good riddance.

Deliberating included would be something like gears of war.

It was an animation cancelling glitch, which many games have, and is hardly something you can consider deliberate.
