I have even read the books too (i m ashamed though) I spent contless hours building one guy, a knife thrower awakening to his magic potential or something like that, and only played one or two sessions ! Too bad, the campaign looked really solid.

Lately so far, I recently played a few visual novels. Don't judge me, but I really liked Euphoria storywise. Don't google it or play it or else, you'll end up like Sydsnap (Youtuber) who said it traumatised her from playing Euphoria. It's definitely not for the feint of heart as a general warning. The other visual novel I've played besides the previously mentioned, is just weird, and just freaky if it ever happens in real life to guys or girls.
Nowadays I play Osu, it's a weeb rhythm game. I used to play it a lot back in 010, and now getting back into it.

Nope, it's far from anything being like ME. To give some sort of visual, without sounding too gross. Is that you the protagonist (is a guy btw) wakes up in a underground hospital like facility, so like white walls and tiles, white slide in doors with the red indicators on the top that can turn green meaning you can enter. Security cameras everywhere. You also find 6 other girls with you in the same place where you are. And a mysterious robotic voice, comes in and says you have to participate in this game in order to get out alive. So think like the movie saw but if it was an anime.

Never heard of visual books.

Never heard of visual books. Fair enough, in the sense of having choices and affecting the story, they are similar. There are multiple endings, in Euphoria, seeing different dialogue by going different routes (Different paths and what not, like true ending, bad ending, insert waifu name ending, etc) This is like a typical visual novel, random background, character/s in the foreground, and a choice given to affect story.

There are few games that I've played in my long gaming history that were as immersive as Red Dead Redemption. Glad to report that RDR2 feels exactly the same from this point of view. So, I'm sorry, but consoles really pull another one over the PC mustard race with this one...

Recently, the last couple days, I've been really getting back into Bayonetta 1. I wanted to get better at that game, I haven't played it in years and I remember being so horrible at it. Took the time and put a decent amount of hours. And now i'm actually at least somewhat average instead of downright terrible . Kinda amazed at the fact since I started playing Bayonetta like 5 or more years ago, there was a thing called dodge offsetting. And holy shit, it took me a while to get the hang of it, and helped me at least beat Gracious and Glorious (Massive cucks) without too much trouble like before. I don't really care too much about going for pure platinums in Bayonetta, but I did manage to beat the game on non stop infinite climax (Very hard difficulty). Which was kind of a bitch to do. I will say it did give me the most fun time I had on this certain boss fight because it gave me such an adrenaline rush and I couldn't rely on witch time.

So, I'm sorry, but consoles really pull another one over the PC mustard race with this one... Yeah...i wish i could get into westerns, but it's just not my cup of tea. I heard this game is incredible tho....stunning visuals and high production values. I'm currently going through the learning curves of "Spiderman" at the moment. The game is visual eye candy as well....the combat is similar to the Arkam games, but eh,...it feels slightly cheap when trying to perform certain counters (trying to take a shield away from thug, seems like while you are performing that animation you are either shot at or hit by somebody else)....the batman games in that sense so far, feel more refined and not so cheap... Other than that tho, i'm enjoying the game,...i'm still a bit early into it, but the story really hasn't captured my attention like Arkam games.....Peter's/Spidey's character and Mary Jane and other's characters are spot on tho....i haven't played any other Spiderman game other than that old psx one, but this one for me is the best Spiderman game to date.....

Anybody tried Fallout 76 beta? Feels like F4 dlc with some asshats running around, but you don't have to really deal with them. Nice environment, huge map, lots of interesting places to discover, guns feel ok, though the endgame a la Destiny will inevitably suck, as there is really not much to do once you'll discover everything. Bugs... Yep, there are bugs. Got this one very first day, 50gb installation file deleted and redownloaded... All in all, got my money worth for several hours of playing yesterday - bought Beta voucher from G2P for 0.80e, so I'm happy. Now had I preordered for 60e, there would be some several disappointment, as the game uses rehashed assets (down to the almost similar buildings) from F4, the same clunky engine... Definitely not a full price game.

Definitely not a full price game. That's the biggest problem: they still use the same shitty engine which is full of bugs. And has serious issues like no ultrawidescreen support, gameplayspeed tied to the fps (lol, try playing those games at more than 60fps) and basically all the crap that was in Fallout 4. I don't get it... Bethesda has other great developers with great engines (and id software is actually developing open world Rage 2 with Avalanche Studios) so why the fuck do they still use that crappy old engine for Fallout 76 instead of something that actually runs way better?

...so why the fuck do they still use that crappy old engine for Fallout 76 instead of something that actually runs way better? Well to cut the costs to bare minimum, I would say. I literally found the very same train station I have screenshotted three years ago in F4... Radio plays the same songs, guns look, behave and sound the same... And yeah, lack of ultraWS sucks, as does fps tied to physics, though I honestly missed the text chat more (also mics are on default, so you hear every fart when people are around). It's gonna get shitstormed by reviews in two weeks, when it launches. Still, next round of beta starts in 30 minutes and I can't wait. Me love Fallout long time.

I managed to borrow a copy on PS4, and while it all looks very nice and the crafting system and food system seemed interesting to start with, I find that I just don't enjoy combat, with the exception of being over powered and chain breaking limbs to take a beast down before it can escape (which is never on progression hunts). I've tried to get back to it but found myself quitting the game midway through a hunt as it starts to feel tedious. It's dead in the water now because....
Red Dead Redemption 2; I loved RDR and I find RDR2 to be a superior successor in many areas (not all but most) I feel compelled to visit every nook and do every quest I come across, such a rarity in open world games, it's not since FO: New Vegas I've had the feeling of wanting to explore everything in an open world.
On PC it's Path of Exile, been playing it on and off since 2013 and the game just keeps getting better and better. If you want an ARPG that has seriously complicated mechanics and the ability to completely fuck a build up if you don't know what you are doing, but the scope to make even the most janky build viable if you have the knowledge and dedication, give it a go.

Yes,i can't understand these 8 and 9 ratings.I only liked the game's world and the main base.Nothing more.As you mentioned, the game is very booooring.Hit the boss "N" times, then run to the next location, hit him again, repeat.Wtf Capcom? You have to do it at least 5-6 or more times vs every damn monster. Also the monsters dont have a health indicator. It's very annoying and many, many other things.

Yup I feel like the combat feel itself tried to mimick From Software's Soulsborne combat style, and honestly it falls miles short of anything even closely resembling that, after coming from recently replaying Bloodborne Old Hunters DLC which for some stupid reason I had never played (it makes an amazing game...double amazing!) playing Monster Hunter made me feel like I was controlling a tank in the form of a person.
Yeah you're right, the list is too long to go into detail, it's just not my cup of tea.

Bloodborne,Dark Souls and every DS like game are gameplay based. They are challenging, but fun.Not for everyone though.Monster Hunter is too clumsy. This game is not even close to Soulsborne games. Not to mention that the Soulsborne games punish every mistake. In Monster Hunter there isn't something hard.At least at the point i deleted the game. You can't even lock the target properly. With a heavy weapon there is possibility to miss 3,4 times in a row.

Just finished Ashen and i enjoyed this game.Yes it's not at Soulsborne level, but the game is still interesting and challenging. The art style is not for everyone, the game is much easier than most of the SoulsBorne games(IMO) and includes only 5 boss fights, but i will give 7.5 out of 10.

Me late to the party, but I've been having fun with playing the recent God of War on PS4. It's interesting so far, kinda surprised I chose the normal difficulty and didn't think I'd be getting my shit pushed in pretty hard in my first playtrhough It's not so bad overall, there would be occasional waves of enemies that get me stumped and take me multiple tries. But I eventually get passed it and it's quite satisfying. Most of the time it's just due to me getting impatient. not knowing the parry timings and its visual cues, forgetting to use Atreus's arrows and summons, and forgetting that I have light/heavy runic attacks at my disposal. Also still getting use to the button layout as well.
