PC, not the gaming platform you got, but the one you need! (Voting PS4 though, simple peasant) I FUCKING HATE PC GAMING. I hate PC gaming as much as I hate Micheal Bay's Transformers films and the DCEU movies in fact I would rather watch all them than a video game on my PC. I did that for a few years and it was the worst gaming experience of my life and I won't do it again.

I have both an Xbox One and a PS4 and I'm wondering which one should I play ME:A first? Isn't the PS4 more powerful? So that one. Graphically the PS4 is slightly better but not by much and you have to be sitting like less than a one foot to really see a difference and even then it's hard to see unless you're animation and/or a graphics buff.

Long story short: I tried it and it was a complete and total waste of my money and the games were overall were inferior PC games and even more inferior versions of games I played and loved on consoles and overall it was just a shitty experience for me.

What did you find inferior about those games? Just the difference between controller/kb+m or was there anything else?

If your tv will only do 720p, not sure it will matter much graphically, but don't quote me on that.
I picked up a PS4 Pro/4K TV bundle over christmas, so there's that. Also have an XB1, but wanted to go with PS4 first, since games do look better on it. I do have EA Access as well, so will either buy it eventually, on XB1 with EA discount/gold sale/free-once it's in the EA vault.

Those who game on PS4 will say PS4, and the same will happen with Xbox.

Isn't the PS4 more powerful? So that one. Graphically the PS4 is slightly better but not by much and you have to be sitting like less than a one foot to really see a difference and even then it's hard to see unless you're animation and/or a graphics buff. Well the ps4 version is going to play at 1080p instead of 900p on the xbox one, maybe its because there is not enough optimisation on the xbox one version rather than the machine being less powerful, But I would say the results is what matters. And the results is that On the ps4 you will get better visual for your playthrought of MEA. Its up to you to choose.

While I have played point-and-click mouse games they tend to tear wrist up and my health is more important than playing a video game. Simply put Console gaming is fun for me and PC Gaming is not fun for me. That is all I will say.

It will be more powerful on the PS4, probably not that noticeable unless you did a side by side comparison on equally powerful TV's. Although the Xbox One does have EA access (not that big a deal IMO) I think the two things that matter are A. What controller do you prefer for 3rd person shooters and B. If you remotely care about multiplayer what console do most of your friends play on. Those would be the two deciding factors IMO. Personally I much prefer the PS4 as a console, but if you have both consoles it doesn't really matter which one you get it for.

Go with the ps4, it delivers much better performance. It'll allow you to play at 15 frames per second with all of the visual eye-candy turned off @1080p resolution. Aiming with the sticks will be fun and easy.

Biowaer. It all depends on the optimisation, considering the team had to split in 5 for the DAI release because it came out on 5 platform, here there is more developper for each of the 3 platform. Many other games have a stable and even bigger framerates at 1080 p on ps4. So no it Does not mean that MEA cannot have stable framerates on ps4, its not because DAI was not optimised as much on ps4 that it will be the case here With the the ps4 you are sure to get better visual. The better framerates on xbox one is only a possibility. It depends where the optimisation goes, it might even run less smother on xbox one if it is not optimise well enough. By the way you will get more people on ps4 considering the multiplayer, a bigger active playerbase.

I hate PC gaming as much as I hate Micheal Bay's Transformers films and the DCEU movies in fact I would rather watch all them than a video game on my PC. I did that for a few years and it was the worst gaming experience of my life and I won't do it again. *Cries in superior aim, 1440p/ultra/60fps* Joking aside, I'm finding it hard to believe consoles have any 'real' advantage over PC, beyond the delicious exclusives (which I'm jelly of), since you can play on a PC just about exact same way as a console. The advantages are better gfx, higher fps, the ability to choose between KB+M or controller(silent scream), far wider variety of games, emulators, general versatility, but hey, the console, it's smaller... However, I'm not saying it's wrong using consoles, far from it, but I just don't get the hate for the PC here. I can guess the hardware can seem like a maze for the uninitiated, who cast away the fair life of celibacy for a more "normal" life, and result in some possible bad purchases though... Other than that, I'm at a loss. :| Aanyways, PS4 all the way still! The people hath spoken!

I don't think it's that simple. You will probably get the better resolution, anything else will be the same, as seen in DAI again. As for performance, we will have to wait and see. Xbox is my choice because of the history behind it, controller, friends and the inevitable Scorpio patch. Mass Effect, in the past, was more popular on Xbox, tho. Don't overlook that, just look at FIFA. Regardless, the player base will be sufficient for both consoles, that's not really the case here, it might even be bigger on Xbox if the original trilogy is an example to follow as well. In a nutshell, it's really which console you feel the most comfortable with it, there's no other argument.

In a nutshell, it's really which console you feel the most comfortable with it, there's no other argument. That is just for particular game, dark souls 3 runs better on ps4 than xbox one, and yes that includes the framerates : www.vg247.com/2016/03/28/dark-souls-3-frame-rate-graphics-xbox-one-vs-ps4/Like I told you, it depends on which games it is, but the ps4 is totally able to have a good framerates at 1080p. The DAI and Witcher having better framerates means Absolutely NOTHING. It was just a lack of optimisation, just like xbox one version of dark souls 3. BY the way many xbox 360 user due to the microsoft shit did in 2013 with the DRM switched to ps4, so right now, the game starting on xbox is a thing of the past. for a very long time. That might have been true for mass effect 3 on xbox 360, but right now Everybody knows the game is coming for all of them and many xbox 360 owners are on ps4.
