The Professional dialogue choice at the end of the Excess Baggage quest on the Tempest will vary based on what you know of the other pathfinders.
If you haven't ascertained their fate then Ryder will say, "We need to find them".
If all original pathfinders are dead then Ryder says, "They're dead, and this 'Ryder' isn't even the original." Suvi will try to comfort you by saying, "You've added new names to the list."
Not sure if there's a 3rd outcome if you choose to save Raeka instead of the Krogan scouts.
It's really easy to complete this quest early on in the game, so some folks might miss these lines. I appreciate it when the writers and devs go the extra mile to add these little details.
--- Kim Connors, Prodromos' quartermaster, has a bit of a past in the Milky Way. Not sure how much progress you need to make in the campaign for her to open up but after some coaxing she tells you that she was a millionaire of a larger corporation. One of her Asari rivals started putting her family out of business so Connors bought some kind of Asari insurance to protect her descendants for the next few centuries. Now she can rest easy knowing her rival chokes on bitter tears.
If you find the survivors of Hope and Resilience, then speak to Darket Trivian, she'll reveal that the Turian pilot is her brother. Family reunion right?
Just lots of nice tidbits scattered throughout the game, there's no incentive to back track and find them but still pretty cool. One of the downsides of the dialogue system is that the choices remain greyed out even if there's something new to hear.

So when did the datapad appear in the toilet on the Tempest and why? I have never seen it in my previous play throughs and I often use that door to get to the sleeping quarters so I don't think I could have just missed it:

So when did the datapad appear in the toilet on the Tempest and why? I have never seen it in my previous play throughs and I often use that door to get to the sleeping quarters so I don't think I could have just missed it: -snip interesting story pic- After talking to the Science team to get the Ghost-storm technology. Guessing Professor Herik slipped Pathy some toilet aid. Kett fighting is rough on the bowels after all. Please post if you find other chapters, this was a good read ~~~ Found some new stuff as well. Or well, new to me. Some extra Crew Notice board entries, one about Drack cooking some juicy roast, Kallo lost his Opera OSDs and Lexi has a fugly sweater.

100% convinced the lighting on the Kett base on Eos has changed. Video link of someone's old playthrough: Brief video from current playthrough: Definitely looks different, as per your post in the other thread I found the EOS Kett base really easy even on hardcore this tiome as well. I have through various play throughs found combat to be erratic at times and Voeld in particular seems to be depopulated of Kett and Remnant sometimes. The intensity of the combat on the Defeating the Kett mission varies quite a bit depending and when and where you decide to deactivate the alarms. You can also get slammed with even more of them if you opt to walk out of the base mid-mission. Same with the Remove the Heart base on Voeld. Combat all over on the various planets does also seem to vary depending on what issues you have already resolved elsewhere and how you have resolved them.

It seems to be linked to playing on hardcore or Insanity but when I played the game on hardcore I didn't get the cheese to appear but it may have been because I was doing NG+ not a fresh start.

I think initially it only showed up in NG+ because I scoured every system for it in my second game but couldn't find it anywhere. When I did NG+ with that character it was there. However, it was also there in my last game, which was a fresh start on Normal.

However, it was also there in my last game, which was a fresh start on Normal. Good to know, I discussed it with several people ages ago and the common thing for people who had seen it seemed to be playing on hardcore or insanity. I have played on casual, normal and hardcore and have never seen it so I wonder if there is a different trigger??? The other debate was when it appeared, it seemed if memory serves me that it was linked to visiting Meridian but people couldn't recall if they saw it upon arriving in Civki the first time or after going to Meridian. melbella I am assuming you have to scan for it, yeah? I have just done the first trip to Meridian and it didn't show up in a scan, if I can find the time tomorrow I'll get back to MEA and scan again when I return to civki.

dazkYou should be able to scan for it as soon as you get back to the ship. Suvi will mention something on sensors. You don't have to leave the system and come back.

Anyone know what causes the Space Cheese to appear in the Civki system? I damn well never saw that before I can't prove it since I've always had it come up in every playthrough I've done; but if there are instances where it simply doesn't appear, I think it would be logically linked to clicking on the Spacex Rocket Model in Ryder's quarters since it's an easter egg regarding this: www.space.com/10459-wheel-cheese-launched-space-private-spacecraft.html

Hey noticed one of the emails on the terminal says:
"Came here to be someone" L. Lowell & V.Jess
Anyone think it has something to do with Reyes comment that "he came here to be someone"? Is it a clue to who the Benefactor is?

I thought it was a DA reference, since that team clearly has a reverence for cheese-wheels. I was even going to suggest that it's appearance in MEA could be dependent upon DAI being linked to the player's EA Account.

It's right next to the Deluxe Edition/Preorder stuff, so I'm guessing you did it as soon as you boarded Tempest.
