Keri T'Vessa (Official Thread)

Been hoping a Keri thread would appear, thank you!

Here's complete Keri T'Vessa Romance, be aware of spoilers. It's a bit underwhelming in my opinion.

She has the same face as Lexi, just purple instead of blue.

I really liked Keri. She seems like a nice person and her romance is pretty cute. She is my third favorite Asari in the game, beaten only by Lexi and Vederia.

Well, if you're using default Scott, who's ugly as shit, then it's an appropriate pairing. Sorry if it's an OC.

I think Keri had the best paced relationship in the game. She might not have the most content, but the way it was parceled out really worked in her favor. Also really liked the dialogue on the date with her and thought it was on par with the longer dialogue you get with the standard romances.

I'd wondered if you get the same scene if you only picked one of the flirt lines. I'd been using all of them, so it seemed natural that she'd assume Ryder was interested, but if all it takes is having chosen that first one that definitely sounded like it needed an extra option.

Yeah, I remember having that option in an earlier conversation around mid-game, but that's usually at the point when you're not seriously seeing anyone. That's why I think it's weird you don't have the option to end the fling after locking-in a romance with another character though, since the game does lock you out of flirting with people afterwards?

Keri even talks in the date scene about asking the barman to keep an eye out for "You know who", so it's clear she knows that Ryder might be seeing someone else. She also mentions several times throughout the romance that she's fine being Ryder's bit on the side, so she's not viewing this as an exclusive relationship (possibly for either of them).

If she doesn't think their fling is necessarily that serious, why isn't there an option to terminate it at any point?

I hope Keri is given more screen time in any DLC and or squeal.

I'm going by the dialogue more than the Codex, but that may be because I'm hoping for it being long-term since I like Keri more than most of the Tempest LIs. 

I'd been assuming they used "fling" just to mean it wasn't a core relationship, because the dialogue definitely implied that she was becoming Ryder's mistress (or girlfriend, if you weren't in another relationship), but I guess to be sure we'll have see how it's treated in the future.

Whichever it turns out to be, I've definitely been thinking of her as Ryder's mistress.
