Vetra and Jaal are the only romances I couldn't do. Jaal is just too much and Vetra seemed too much like a sister. So my vote is Suvi, it's a really nice romance. Liam's romance is also a good one and gives you a better feel/insight into him as well. My current stalled PT is a second Suvi romance. Liam I did my first playthrough, and I’m glad I did. It’s cute and fun. Jaal I did my second playthrough, and you’re right it is a little... theatrical. I had player characters dedicated to each romance, but the saves got corrupted and I lost them all, so I chose PeeBee for this run. I can’t believe I had at least 6 characters lined up, haha PeeBee is the romance I have chosen the most being both a Scott and a Sara romance but Scott otherwise always romances Cora. I like the Cora romance but I hate how compared to PeeBee and Liam there is really no early actual physical/emotional interactions. Cora NOTHING happens other than flirting and a hug after her LM. I have played 15 times already so 10 Sara PT's and she has always romanced PB except for 1 Liam romance and 1 Suvi romance.

That’s frustrating about Cora’s content.

I also like just exploring in the game.!!!!! I can't remember what hours I am up to and it's currently uninstalled but I am pretty sure it's around 1200hrs. I was the same with DAI when I played before MEA and have well over 1,000hrs in that with about 10 or 11 PT's I think, I tried to play again a year or so ago but I have done it to death and stopped at Skyhold. Same with MET, cannot even remember how many PT's of that I have played. A bit obsessive with games I like. Almost at 800hrs I think with AC Odyssey ATM.

you know...about the data core gathering quest I dunno if it's intentional or not, but during my last playthrough I got nearly all of them from fighting Architects with Peebee in the party during my first playthrough I was 1 shy of completing the quest and couldn't go backtrack to previous areas There are a few located in other places. like the Voeld Vault that you have to solve the terminal/pillar puzzle to get, there is one in an unmarked vault on Elaaden, there is one for doing the random spawning mission on Voeld called Subjugation I think as well and one behind a locked door on Khi Tisara that involves you having to do some climbing to find the terminal to popen it. Yeah, I got the one on Voeld from the Vault, also the one with the Subjugation quest. I also got the one in the unmarked vault on Elaaden (that's 3) then the first one from the Eos vault which you get for free (that's 4) Then I got several from fighting Architects (also 4 since I didn't fight my last one with Peebee in my party) no idea where I got my last one...probably another vault somewhere

Finished up lots of odds and ends today. Saved Sloane’s life, no biggie; threw Spender’s ass in jail - not about to let him congregate with his exile buddies and mess up my deal with Sloane; played a little soccer with Liam - good to see him smile.

I feel like I always play pretty much the same way, but... I can't turn my back on the krogans and no one wants Reyes in charge. I might change it up next playthrough, but I don't want to hate my experience.

Neville Ryder landed on H-047c. He stumbled accros several exile bases. Since the exiles insides where unanimously hostile, he had to kill them all. Later he found out that they were trying to mine fuel in order to make a bomb and attack Eos. Well, they said 'Nexus Colonies', but there is only one, so . After that Ryder ventured into a remnant bunker to press some buttons and activate something that generates more fuel for the nexus. He, Cora, and Liam encountered a devastating destroyer, but luckily Ryder just had found a Cobra grenade. That was enough to finish the destroyer, after several biotic explosions had already blown off its turrets. Also: The fights against the exiles, especially the last two bases, were extremely hard. One of the domes was almost exclusively manned with snipers (and a pariah and Turian for good measure). Equipped only with a ricochet Charger, that took a dozen or so tries to finally survive that base. And Krex + another Berserker + Pariah or Anarchist and a random other outlaw is definitely too much for my Ryder to handle at once. The Progenitor was really much easier. Liam and Cora focused on the minions, while Ryder set of biotic explosions and shot it a bit. Well, maybe more than a bit, considering I hadn't have any ammo left afterwards But that was enough to drop its shields relatively quickly. And a single Cobra killed it. IIRC I needed two or three of those last time!

I might change it up next playthrough, but I don't want to hate my experience. I used to always save the Krogans because I didn't want them being exalted, however Raeka is a great character. Now if I save the Krogans it is more because I hate being told off by Drack after he admits in game it was the right thing to do as we owed Raeka one after she "saves" Ryder and co earlier on. I rarely save Sloane, I don't like the way she runs Kadara port, yes Reyes has some shady operations too but at least he doesn't beat civilians in public for rent money. He is also not an arrogant arse like Sloane who abandoned her post on The Nexus and joined the Rebellion. If you haven't read the book Nexus Uprising I recommend it. It actually paints Sloane in a better light but it for me also highlights why she should not lead people and highlights that her views don't match her actions in how she runs Kadara. In fact all the books are good in my opinion on goving background to the game and it's characters in particular Sloane, Alec Ryder, Cora and Addison and Tann. They are not award winning literature though.

But like, the nexus isn't going to do anything with the drive core and I need an outpost. Like I think the only time I'd keep the core was if I was doing an intentional fail playtrhough where I sucked as a pathfinder.

Hrmmmmm I may have screwed up my PeeBee-mance. Fought the Eos architect today and the dropped data core says it’s only number 4. Thinking I’ve cleared the vaults on Eos, Elaaden, Voeld, and Kadara, and fought the architect on Voeld, shouldn’t I have way more data cores? I go out of my way to find the extra areas and always grab the containers that open during the purification process... I might not have picked up the core after the Voeld fight; I feel so dumb.
Guess I’ll fight all the other architects and see where I end up.

There is a hidden vault on Elaaden Paradise Sands, the unmarked Remnant ruins west of the Southern Monolith on the eastern edge of the huge sinkhole. On Voeld you must destroy four suspicious Kett devices, then you get a nav point to a mission leading to the data core. Near the angaran science Hjara Station. You get nav point and enter down a gravity well, be prepared for hard Kett fight.

PB is easy to romance, you just have to choose the "heart" dialogue choices most of the time, that is flirt with her. It's pretty much all dialogue choices an doing her Loyalty mission and not getting cranky with her. Maybe it helps doing the Data Core mission on Elaaden and what you choose with regards to saving or not saving Kalinda but I don't remember any of those choices mattering.

I was sure I had the outpost first, but I think I might’ve accidentally walked away from the chest after defeating the architect.

I have to say weirdly, one of my favourite parts of the game is just driving the nomad around looking for mini-quests that I stumble upon. Like just shooting random canisters and causing explosions on Elaaden to see if SAM will say anything, or finding that scientist's research on Eos and opening the mini-vault (which was very sad, but still fun).
I never used to be an open world girl. I wanted the story, and to get through combat as quickly as possible.

I loved ME1 and was quite disapointed in 2 and 3, but Andromeda brought back the feeling of unknown, exploration and vechile among other positives. I found it as 1 is best taken in slowly as really there is no rush, usually in the missions. Inhale atmosphere, dodge bullets and exhale marveling the beauty..

I only played ME1 the one time, everytime after I used the choices comic for ME2. I like the story, but not so much the gameplay of ME1.

Yeah the combat and walking is a bit iffy, but I even prefer its overall combat over 2 and 3rd - especially 2nd, though headshots would've been good to have. I'll take Nomad over Mako anytime! Both 1 and A have the unkown&startrek kinda feeling and freedom to explore which I've always wanted in games based on sci-fi.

I can't drive the mako, lol. I have no navigational skills, like zero sense of direction, so I just kind of zoom all over in the nomad. Drive up "paths" (read straight up vertical cliffs) just because I can. And then BioWare says "oh no, can't go that way" Like why make it look like a path then? Jeeze. But it is fun catapulting myself off the top of peaks.

True, I always enjoy launching Nomad from various high places, such a thrill. Especially on H-047c I let the gas hit the floor and try not to die when flying uncontrollably around laughing like a kid Yeah then BioWare says "cant go there but you can see clearly it goes on like tens of kilometers..." but I understand.

I raced against the boundary line the other day when I wanted to see how far I could go in Voeld and where the map ended.
