My current PT my aim was to blow up every cannister I came across even after combat was finished, as Odyssey has become almost unplayable with my PSU having problems. Reinstalled MEA last night to see if it happens there and I am on Elaaden which is one of my favourite places to explore with the Nomad, and its fun to get as close as possible there to the "worm" Did you find the Batman Easter egg on Elaaden? This was the highest point I could get the Nomad to on Elaaden This was my best park ever in MEA and happened on Elaaden

Those are great pics. I wish I took video when a mod possessed my nomad. I got ejected out and it shot itself like a cannon into the side of a mountain.
Another time it drove so fast I lost control and it drove itself off a peak, it was like flying. I crashed through 3 seperate villages and squished a ton of Angarans on Voeld.

So there was this teeny little remnant site in a crater that Jaal pointed it out and I accidentally drove over it. Turns out observers aren’t big fans of knocked over by the nomad. It was very territorial and offended. It had an air of “you drove over me, how rude!”

Thanks The Nomad has been known to do some strange things, I haven't had it happen but people have had it spawn inside the vault on Voeld!!!! I have had the ejection thing happen on Eos driving up to The Kett base!!!! It's quite a shock hey!!!! The remnant sound really pissed off sometimes including when hit with the Nomad. They make a really cranky noise. I haven't had the really fast driving one though, not sure if I am happy or sad about it. Well got to play for about 2o minutes, man had I forgot a lot and had to drop it from Insanity to Hard just way too much to start off with. Then of course my PC rebooted due to the PSU, have to try and get it fixed/replaced next week and hopefully the turn around wont be too long but I suspect a week. Also worried I may have a sound card issue and both are damn annoying since the PC is only 20 months old. The sound card issue is weird, I have a static noise and in games it isn't constant like when in menus etc. but just in certain parts of game play.

Just finished the Subjugation quest on Voeld. Man that one felt good. Picked up the core, put down the Kett’s wicked plan, and solved the container puzzle all by myself.

Oh man that sucks. I hope your PC is fixed quick and that it’s an easy fix and cheap Thanks It's really frustrating. Hopefully it can be done under warranty, as I got approval from the manufacturer of the PSU but it has to be tested by the store that built it. It started happening about 4 weeks ago but was really intermittent and the store I had build the PC were closed for COVID and were swamped with work. So I said I'd wait but it is now not only happening more often but it's not letting me even start playing any games after it crashes, it just crashes straight away on starting the game. I forgot how good the music is in MEA (and my new speakers are so good!!!! ) and just dropping straight into it on Elaaden and almost getting smashed by the worm and the scenery was so impressive after a break.

Neville Ryder landed on Elaaden, met with Jorgal Strux, and then drove to the Krogan colony to meet Morda. Morda seems to act pretty hostile, Ryder doesn't like that - or her. According to Strux' friend she tried to get a remnant drive core from a crashed ship in order to build a bomb. There really were dead krogan inside that ship. And a lot of not- yet-dead mercenaries and remnant. But no Drive Core. Someoone already had removed that. Following trails all over the planet, Ryder eventually ended up near the so called 'Flop house'. Inside a bunker was the drive core - and Strux' people! Ryder killed them all and secured the drive core. I actually intended to clean the flop house, too but couldn't. I tried going in from the other direction this time, which clearly was a bad decision as that constantly meant that enemies spawn behind me. That one can't save during that part is really bad for someone with bad aim and crappy weapons!

Here is what i did: A good strategy is to run to the building on the right, if you come from the narrow canyon. Then proceed to rock on left giving cover, then the truck seeking cover. Now proceed and seek cover in the pipelines, you find amo crates and fight the enemies in cover of the pipelines - eliminate the Atlas etc, careful as you need to expose your self. Do not let the hard enemies enter your cover among the pipelines.
Hereafter up one level and disable the alarm in the house, fight over the gangways to the housing furthest back, remember to disable alarms. Huge award boxes in the house unlocked.
Your back is now clear and you can take on the fight with the mini boss, uses the covers around inside the house, use the stairs and levels to move around.
I find, the fight at the flop house is one of best fighting in the whole game.
Edit: The spoiler got split into two.

I have done this exactly the same way as you described the last time I played Before it was full-on frontal assault which isnt so nice on the 2 of the last difficulty levels, at least not 'right away' when you get to Elaaden. Last time I also did a lot of "hmm, not gonna do that first, I'm gonna explore a bit around etc."

Those are good suggestions. Though I will drop the ricochet charger for a regular one before trying that fight again. The idea was to make the game challenging, but it becomes more and more tedious the higher Ryder's level gets. So for now I ignored the Flophouse, and instead went back to the Krogan colony. As Ryder put it: The fight between Morda and Jorgal Strux was 'something else' This time, I decided that the krogan do not get the drive core, so no initiative outpost on Elaaden either. Surprisingly, Drack was not upset about that in the slightest I'll probably start doing Cora's loyalty mission next. Or rather, all that meeting random people for her mission to start.

Got PoC back for PeeBee, man Hayden wants to smack Kalinda upside the head everytime she calls PeeBee “babe”. And now poor Peebs is having all sorts of awful thoughts and insecurities about our relationship!
Went and flew around H047 and had a blast charging over craters. Screwed up the outlaws plans to build bombs and got us some awesome fuel, and also rescued silly Sid - helped save their relationship and Vetra’s midlife crisis. Hayden’s feeling pretty good about herself.
Then went and took down the archon. Still upset that Raeka didn’t make it - especially since she saved my back, but Hayden couldn’t let those scouts go through that monstrous exaltation. And she really was sure Raeka would manage to find a way out... Also Hayden is really over the whole coming back from death thing.

Or you just be bad ass and don't use cover at all and shred enemies with your OP'd modded Valkyre and tech abilities!!!!!!! I agree the Flop House is one of my favourite fights but The Kett Base on Eos and Voeld are also good. But my absolute favourite is the Archon's ship both for the combat and the atmosphere and also the missions story.

So a quick re-cap of the last few nights. Please no one take this too seriously So had a bit of a rough landing into Habitat 7... I don't think we are in Kansas any more, Toto... And this guy was kinda low key mad that he was about to clock off five minutes early from work, and of course, customers turned up. And then pops decided he would definitely test out the "wet paint" sign... These guys, who just hung the "wet paint" sign, were understandably unimpressed. Stop! In the name of looovvveeeeeee epic karaoke battle ensued. Up for grabs was this hot piece of real estate, no one read the fine print that it was a real fixer upper. Turns out part of being an N7, means you can neither sing nor dance, and our intrepid heroes had to run off with their tails between their legs. Which brought us to this guy, who 100% lied about having "intermediate" MS Office skills. Who was lucky to have this boss, the Original Karen, who was also mad that this woman turned up wearing her "Can I speak to the manager?" haircut. And also has not stopped fangirling over Asari Huntresses. Lucky Amazon prime was still delivering, but Ryder should probably have double checked the size specifications before ordering remote controlled toys. But at least this bad boy still had that new car smell TL;DR - stuff happened and it was a long day at work.

Hhmm. I am "old school" player, so do not like biotic powers for soldiers/infiltrators etc. The same is with MEA.
Started as a Soldier Class several times, only for some reason it was boring to play (unlike in MET). Still try to get some combinations as a "pure" soldier. Use only MW Galaxy Weapons (tried new ones, but do not like them at all, even if they are better - and it is really so).
Finished MEA with every class but pure soldier.
Well, what I did today in MEA? Tried X time to chose some combination of powers and weapons and still "not my thing". Too bad.

Sentinel is fun to play as instead of pure Soldier but Soldier Profile and the right armour is the most effective gun play combo especially with augmentations enhancing damage. You can pretty much take down a Destroyer with two clips from a properly augmented Valkyrie and the right armour. I like exploding things so playing as Sentinel and using incinerate to Prime and then Energy Drain and Overload or Invasion (?) to Detonate the combo I find is great fun.

Maybe someone can confirm but I am pretty sure you can shoot Kalinda and it doesn't impact the relationship as when you talk to her after you can justify doing it. I usually save her though.

Can't argure with you about Sentinels. Have one very fun Sentinel build, with Valkyrie + SG + some augmentations and Sentinels are indeed in MEA are really powerful, enemies just melt down. Though I really wanted to play exactly soldier. Maybe in MEA it is a downside for me only? As a Soldier is still a great class to play. That is why played ALL other "pure" (old school) classes, but Soldier is the only one left. Or just still searching exactly what you have mentioned in your posr about soldiers, only for me to be fun. Thanks.

Maybe someone can confirm but I am pretty sure you can shoot Kalinda and it doesn't impact the relationship as when you talk to her after you can justify doing it. I usually save her though. No, it does not, our easy going Peebee accepts both outcomes.
I had fun with Peebee in the escape pod, after I had shoot Kalinda!
If you do not kill Kalinda, she will giving in gratitude all the Remnant technology, she and her team has found. And she will appear as helping fighting allied in the endgame.

I got inspired by all the good posts here to start a replay of Andromeda again for the 3rd time, this time as Sara and with security skills. The others two times I played as Scott with technician skills.
She will be science and exploring oriented. I tried to make Sara with long hair, light blue eyes (as the image in the Opening Scene below), but somehow the game made her in another look, I am quite sure, I did everything right and confirmed to save my changes... well, with the look she got, she reminds my of aunt of mine and she is quite cute. The opening scene and first flight with The The Tempest and the entry on Eos are all great cinematic theatrical scenes, be sure to watch in full screen 1080HD. Spoiler alert, if you do not want to see, what happens after activating the vault on Eos. Mass Effect Andromeda - Sara Ryder - Eos Vault

Auuugh I really really really wanted to shoot Kalinda, but this Ryder values life for some reason. Grrr. Stupid naive Ryder, but she values PeeBee and didn’t want to upset her. Maybe someone can confirm but I am pretty sure you can shoot Kalinda and it doesn't impact the relationship as when you talk to her after you can justify doing it. I usually save her though. Oh, no I know you can. Just roleplaying purposes, I didn't shoot her specifically because PeeBee says the tech isn't worth her life.
