You little, evil, man! How can you eat Kangaroos?!? Funny how everyone in the world but Australians gets upset about killing and eating kangaroos. When you've spent yet another $5000 fixing the latest Roo impact to the front of your car this year (despite the big fancy bull bar you put on) you become a little numb to the plight of Kangaroos. Just saying...... Nah I know how it is, how you guys feel towards it. It's just that, in the end... You're eating one of the most adorable things to ever grace this world, and I just can't make myself accept that. Crocodile does taste delicious, tho!

Only people who haven't faced an angry Kanraroo would call them "adorable". Just like people who haven't touched a Koala would call them "fluffy". Kangroos at best are stand-offish and wary and an average male can disembowel you if you annoy it enough. Petting a Koala is like petting a wire brush. I'm not picking on you specifically Deerber, it's just a pet peeve I have. Being an ex-pat living in Canada I have had a lot of people who wouldn't dreaming of trying to hug a grizzly (because they live with them and know not to) think something they have no experience with is "cute" and huggable. Wow. That escalated a bit. Sorry guys. I'll just put my soap box away now. Move along, nothing to see here......

I mean not the fluffiest animal in the world, but they're definitely fluffier than a wire brush And Kangaroos are adorable, no matter what you say Any animal gets angry if you anger it, but Kangaroos aren't aggressive if you don't, and let's face it, the way they are made and the way they bounce around is just adorable

Just a show of dominance, it's only serious when they get their legs into it. And as to Kangaroos not being aggressive, sure, they're not aggressive if you stay kilometres away, but if you get anywhere vaguely close, they get protective. Also, I'm not a dog person, but Xen's dogs are beautiful

In my experience they are great dogs, easy to train, smart as hell, and I've loved all but one that my parents and grandparents have owned.

I've never seen any in my neighborhood or anywhere and maybe only like 2 while working at a veterinary hospital. They're very rare. Darwin is definitely very well behaved even though he has knocked me over a couple of times. My favorite trick of his is to bark on command. None of my other dogs learned how to do that. I found another pic even if it's super blurry. But I like it because he's trying to lick me in this one too.

My cousin just visited from Germany and he even said you don't see many of them there, mostly Shepards and Great Danes. My parents females are constantly giving "secrets" by licking our ears whenever possible, they're really affectionate!

ERMAGHERD DOGE between you and canozzie68 there are too many pups on BSNuf that aren't mine, so let me tell you about my doges everyone they are doges, and like most doges they love sleeping, borking at random shit, belly wubs, food and farts Bro you seriously have a husky? Mine is such a pain in the bunz, but great for a jogging partner oddly enough. I cannot get him to calm down and he's 6, ugh, any tips would be greatly appreciated. Only thing that works is me taking him out on adventures on my days off and he becomes a cuddle monster. Seriously, cats would've been easier.

Only thing that works is me taking him out on adventures on my days off and he becomes a cuddle monster. Seriously, cats would've been easier. I had a Husky cross German Shepard mix many years ago, and I can tell you, they have stamina like nothing else, but it is also the only way to calm their poor little minds. Its what they are bred to do. I used to use a bicycle, natural instincts of the dog helped, could ride for hours. The secret is, you will not outlast your dog, don't even try, you have to be sneaky about it, make them run, a lot. They will love you all the more for it, and it helps them stay focused. Working dog breeds were never meant to be "weekend" or "after-work" pets, leaving them in a house or yard for most of the day every day will drive them crazy, at the very least, tire them out absolutely on the weekend, it will help, and walk/jog/run with them every day. But even just tiring them wont do it, they need something more. Maybe it was the Shepard in mine, but it also needed mental engagement, it wasn't fully content with just physical activity (though they loved it), try hanging out with your dog after your jogs and try training them. Teaching a dog tricks isn't about showing off, it's about engaging their mind, many dog breeds are very intelligent, and need puzzles to solve. Or, you can get lucky have have a dumb-as-a-doornail ball of muscle like the staffie I had, I seriously think she had some kind of mental deficit, not saying staffies are dumb, saying my staffie was dumb. Only thing that could be done for her was tiring her out, and running was good for that, her little legs had to work extra hard. ------- TL;DR Basic doge stuffs, spend time with them, tire them, and train them, being with a happy dog isn't hard, they have basic needs, and as long as you provide for their needs, you will have a dear friend for life.

Bro you seriously have a husky? Mine is such a pain in the bunz, but great for a jogging partner oddly enough. I cannot get him to calm down and he's 6, ugh, any tips would be greatly appreciated. Only thing that works is me taking him out on adventures on my days off and he becomes a cuddle monster. Seriously, cats would've been easier. Thank you brother and my Rox gets so much attention its crazy, I'm more full of energy than he is (why I decided on a husky). Remember I'm a US Marine that ran a perfect PFT, 3 miles under 18 minutes and still do, so I drag him if I'm going for time and for distance...we've ran from 5am to noon, odometered on my car for 28 miles. If I could tire him out every day, I can and do...it's just life and I'm so busy...if I could make money playing with him then there would be no issue. I love my Rox, I just feel he's always trying to prove himself to me. We're both stubborn to no end so I guess it was a match made in heaven. I love him, he keeps me young. I wouldn't trade him for the world though, he gets the final say on my dating life.
