I never got the DLC that had Kasumi in it; but of the ones I know it'd be Jack and Zaeed. The others tended to be pretty dull compared to the alien characters (sort of a pet peeve of mine actually: humans can be fun too).

I like Kasumi and Cora best. Miranda was okay. I fucked Kaidan because James Vega wasn't an option, but poor Kaidan has the personality of an answering machine.

ME1 Ash and Zaeed coming second, ME3 Ash bimbo mode I don't care for.
Cora and Liam I wanted to kill after the first intro mission, haven't found a way to do it yet. If someone knows of a way then please do tell...
Freaking hate their douchebaginess, same with Vega and Taylor... Ugh...

I just came here to say, screw you Jacob, but more importantly, screw whoever wrote Jacob; the way he was written in ME3 was just really sad (at least if you romanced him). I'm a Garrus kind of girl, but it's still not right what they did to the 5 people that actually liked Jacob's romance.
OT: I think of all the human characters, Jack would have to be my favorite. I really liked the way her character developed from ME2 to ME3.

He started off friendly enough in Mass Effect 2 but seems to transition suddenly to being unnecessarily standoffish right around the time that Miranda starts to drop the Ice Queen facade. It's like they swap personalities. Since I've only completed the trilogy as male Shep I never played through of any of his romance arc, but I've seen enough of it on youtube and memes to know it deserves much of the mockery it received. How that arc ends in ME3 was also just plain wrong. I get that he was by far the least popular romance option, but having Jacob cheat on Fem Shep between games just so the writers didn't have to bother giving him content in ME3 wasn't fair to those players who did like the character and had Fem Shep romance him. |

The opposite holds true for Miranda, as see her vulnerable side multiple times. I don't think I even need to detail how screwed up it is for a romance to end with the supposed love interest cheating. Imagine the rage if someone like Liara or Tali cheated on Shepard. |
