500 kroner, which is about $70.

Where were you when ME2 came out and you had to help people like Ish retrieve his packages?  Not having a go at your opinion, just curious why this is suddenly such a big issue now.  A spectre, trying to save the galaxy from reapers, had to go out of his way (or along the way) to retrieve some packages for a random stranger...for some credits.  I didn't hear anyone complain about these menial side quests.

No, the boring fetch qusts, gigantic maps with little or no content, mor than scanning or minerals are the problem,

 Ok so one aspect that people found terrible writing means that the entire writing is bad? and the comments are full "Bioware sucks! This game is bad!" 

I'm playing the game right now and I'm really enjoying it. 

I dislike this game because;

1- Facial animations are bad. I mean in old ME series facial animations were much better but in Andromeda they seem just copy paste with only extra tattoos or something. Eyes are really bad, like they have a mental disorder. Shepard was very good and now these ones. Big eyes, jelly hair, ugly faces. Check other games like Witcher 3 or Final Fantasy series. 

2- Bugs. Seriously? You spent 5 years developing this game and even Priority missions have bugs. I restored my previous saves several times and lost lots of my gaming hours due to stupid bugs. Also when you get out of Nomad my team members are dropping from the sky. Literally they are coming from orbit. It is like watching Warhammer 40K droppods without droppods.

3- Non skippable travel cutscenes. Old ME games were very good about this but now every time I go to another planet I have to watch this stupid cutscene. It was awesome at first 3-4 planets but then I just alt-tab while it is going to another planet. Also scanning planets are very boring.

4- Puzzles. I hate them. I hate them all. It is not like that I cannot solve it but story wise it is plain stupid. Ryder has a powerful AI with quantum computers in his mind and he solves Sudoku puzzles. I solved first one and then gave up. I just looked solutions from internet because it is stupid.

5- Character creation. Why no proper selections? What is the love for black people? I want my character like Shepard not Gordon Freeman. Selectable options are very low and in the end it turns to monkey face.

6- NPC faces. I am not sure who was lead designer and who approved his/her decisions but I wish everyone approved face animations and variety should be fired from BW and banned from game industry. They can work with Hello Games only. We had Liara, we had Miranda, we had Jack but now we got something which is not a Asari. Also a human asari commando.

7-Movement bugs, NPCs stuck in weird positions, like they sit on a invisible chair and posing on top of it. Also when you try to jump between boxes or areas you usually stuck.

8- Mine scanning. It is sh*t. Can't say anymore. ME3 scanning was the best

9- Why no weapons on Nomad? Why is it not like Mako? You are going into hostile planet without any weapons? Where is the logic in that? You got shields, you got speed but you got no weapons. Also when you run over with that Nomad enemy is not taking any damage.

10- Quests need more clarification. Planet is big and I need to know exactly where I should go. For example this is my first playthrough and my game time is around 50ish hours. On EOS I found only 3 scannable life forms and I need 10. Or this find asari bodies or kett devices quests. Where the hell are they? I opened only two planets because I am looking under every rock, cave, kett base, remnant base, etc. Voeld and Eos done %100 but still couldn't find where to look for them. 

11-Romance. What is the love for gays? I know we live in modern world but Ryder shouldn't be talking every man with flirty way. Also for normal romance quests why the f**k did I end with this Peebee something? I wasn't even talking to her unless it is necessary but I talked with Cora like everytime. I even brought her to every mission, spoke to her whenever I got into Tempest and now she said "Peebee, really?" and I was like WTF?


I will try to finish this game just once and try to finish every quest in this game and then I will uninstall it. I will play ME3 with extra mods again.

jesus i tryed, Really tryed to restart and play the game over again because i spendt 70 bucks on it.....but i cant i just Cant this game (even IF you could call it that) is so bug ridden, stupid, lazy, half ass done that i cant even get to the fcking 3 hour mark.

I am sitting here doing my very best to ignore the major bugs, stupid god awfull facial animation and trying so hard to focus on the story content but to me it had become like this grinding god awfull noise ringing in my ears, you can stomach it for a time but you know just Know that you cant take much more of this shit before you go nuts.

Not even 3 hours in before i sucumb to.

Bad facial animation.
weak ass story.
the bugs OH god the bugs.
the lack of customization of your face.
tryed customizing my sisters face so she dosent look like a freaking cow but no matter what i trye she ends up with the skeleton tatoo when i am done, got to be another bug.
walking around with the scanner on just so i dont miss anything.
the game play itself feels like its actually missing polish or....something.
combat well, there are some good bits but not much, made a biotic with a gun for max power usage but just kept using that gun and ran out of bullets pretty quick.
The game in it self dosent feel like a ME game more like a half ass attempt of one.
i run the game on ultra setting with the latest drivers just so i can get the most out of this game but god fcking damn it still looks awfull, sure there are some places where you can look out and go "niiice" but still....awfull.
Not sure if its just me but if you really pay attention to your char when you are walking on the ship that it looks like something out of South Park, Imagine a photograph from MEA with a South Park char cut out and lain on top of it.......thats your game.
got to say something positiv about the game......................... .......................i like the armor ryder is wearing so we KNOW that who ever made the armor looks didnt make the faces of all the people.
speaking of Ryder ffs shave that god awfull ugly half beard you got there, its not even a beard but 20 hairs sticking out of your face at random.

I can truely say with all my heart that this game has been a complete and totally WASTE of my 70 bucks and if i could throw this game in the face of its makers and Demand a full refund i would, But sadly i cant i can only tell every1 i know, post a few comments on twitter,facebook instagram etc warning people Not to buy or go near this game even if the price of it dropt to 20 bucks.

If YOU like it great have fun and enjoy! but for me personaly i would have exspectet So much more from what was surpose to be a 5 year long made AAA game from bioware set in the ME univers and in which the company who made it have 3 ME titels to its name should KNOW what their fans and customers whant and plan accordingly, But sadly they done gone and FUCKT IT UP!!!!

My top-3 list of Bioware trash:

1) Dragon Age 2.  This was a steaming pile of garbage.
2) Andromeda. A close second.  Completely uninspired, writing aimed at high-schoolers, generic, cash-grab.
3) Inquisition.  "Open world" fetch quests x 1000000%.

I've liked everything else. 

My top-3 list of Bioware Brilliance:

1) Baldur's Gate 2. Excellent companions, challenging combat, wonderful story and writing in general.  More open world than anything Bioware has done since.
2) Dragon Age Origins.  3D version of Baldur's Gate, only not quite as good, and nowhere near as open.
3) Mass Effect 3. Loved the story and writing.  Even multiplayer was excellent.

The characters are pretty childish whereas the trilogy crew were more grounded, hell even Tali in the first ME had more maturity than half of the Andromeda crew.

Also unlike Ryder, Shepard earned his/her status and didn't get it through nepotism.

Heavy melee animations were so underwhelming, compare the animations from ME3 to ME:A.
