So, I jumped into the multiplayer and, while waiting for everyone to hit ready, I tabbed into the store to open all the pretty cartons/boxes whatever they're called, while I waited. Because I've never played multiplayer before, I didn't realize that opening the boxes was just the first step and you have to click on the cards, too. I opened all my boxes quickly, figuring the contents would go into my inventory and I could look them over and sort through them later.
No such luck. Apparently if you don't click on the cards that pop up, the inventory goes away- with no warning at all. Can someone help me please? That was a lot of boxes.

I would imagine you didn't lose anything, you just didn't see it. It will take some time to figure out everything you got, but you can. You just have to look at every part of your inventory, since you could have acquired new weapons, characters, or mods, or upgraded ones you already had. You could have gotten consumables or supplies or upgraded your carrying capacity of supplies per mission.
It's a lot of stuff, but it's there.
Also, I find it hilarious that EA help would send you to an unofficial site after nuking their official forum. Great job, guys.

Hi and welcome! As BansheeOwnage mentioned, it's likely you didn't lose anything You don't actually have to scroll through the cards to have them get in your inventory. Iirc you should have gotten at least a character from the last DLC and an N7 weapon from your initial packs, you could try setting up a private lobby and looking for either of them (the character you unlocked would be the last in line in its respective class; once you have selected a character, go to the "weapons" menu, and look for the weapon you should have gotten in the correct slot - apologies if this is all known to you!) A good way to keep track of your progress in filling your manifest is through the N7HQ site, so that's another option for you to check and keep track of your inventory. I went through everything I could see and the only things that were available (I opened like 6-7 boxes) were the things from the 'yay you completed a mission in multiplayer, here have this basic box to open' container that I opened and did correctly- but I'll try the private lobby and see if I missed it by any chance. Upon further review...appparently I have a ton of consumables and an extra character. So the stuff IS there...I just didn't know what I was looking for and I'm rather unimpressed with my luck but that's ok. At least my over-eagerness didn't lose the stuff. Thanks for the help everyone

So, Origin support directed you to this website? A non-official, fan-made forum that was established because Bioware wanted to purge their own forums and get rid of their "toxic" community. And now official sides direct you to the forum where a good chunk of said "toxic" community found a new home?
That is hilarious af. Next thing you know they are gonna re-activate Biomod 1-3 + Ninja Stan on here. And the devs post balance changes here. And ask for feedback and everything because they don't havea forum anymore and "interact" with the community through twitter now (works really great as it seems).
I'm sorry, it's not really related to your question, but I do find it funny as hell that they re-directed you towards this forum. What a joke.

This is now literally the second time I have heard of EA support sending people with problems here for an answer. Not EA Help or Answers HQ, but HERE. Now, when the first incident was what sounded like Chinese EA support sending them here, I wrote it off as maybe a language barrier and that maybe they thought we're actually somehow officially affiliated with BioWare. But this sounds like not a language issue this time but someone in EA customer support honest-to-God directing people to an unofficial fan forum for help. I suppose we're not too "toxic" to offer technical help, huh.

OT: you can have a look in prestige>collections what you have unlocked exactly. Might help you identify the stuf that are rank II or uncommon which were most likely in those boxes. You have filters on the bottom of the screen. And was it really support that sent you here or the answer hq thing? In any case I'd love to see a screenshot of it.
