I mostly love the game so far, but their are a few things that bother me and I am sure others. 1. There has never been a bi female squadmate in a single Mass Effect game! Ashley, Miranda, Jack, Cassandra from DA: Inquisition and now Cora. I am so tired of them doing the obvious default choice for their DA and ME games. It's like they have a checklist Human - check / Female - check / Squadmate - check = Yes you are 100% straight. Liam is human male squadmate = straight. Cora is a human female squadmate = straight. I get having an option male and female options for both protagonists, but it doesn't always have to be the beginning two squadmates. Ashley and Kaiden + Cora and Liam + Cassandra = all straight, except who can suddenly turn bi in ME 3 but yet Ashley can't. Not all bi squadmates/companions that are bi have to be aliens or elfs Bioware. 2011 was the last Bioware Bi human female in Isabella, none since. How do you feel about it?
2. I no some like him/some don't, but I hate Jarun Tann's voice actor, he sounds like and amateur guy pulled off the street or something. This is just my opinion, I have actually never had a problem with a voice actor's voice before, until now. His voice just really doesn't fit well to me, anyone else feel that way?
3. I think that is mostly it for my problems, I am enjoying the game overall. I do wish character customization could make more unique characters, but can live with it. I love the squadmates so far and I am having fun.
What are your rants/venting problems with the game? What do you like about the game?

1) Why only 4 planets? they said it was 7 habitats and in the trailers they also said there was a bunch of explorable handcrafted planets. Sooo...i htink they only forgot to mention there was only 4, and let people think it was actually 7. That was deceiving.
2) They said planets were bigger than all of Inquisition but this is totally BULLSHIT, unless they were also talking about some kind of technical size, like in Megabytes or something because we can explore all of EOS for example in no more than 30 minutes and it felt much smaller than inquisition maps. Or at least aproximately the same size of only 1 map. i really don't get the "biger than all maps in inquisition" people were saying. Did i miss something?
3) Several animations are totally unchecked and i'm not talking about the facial animations here, for example: Whenever i leave the nomad, i see Cora and Liam falling from the "sky" while seated in the air until they hit the ground and then moving akwardly until they finally stand up normally. It's so damn ugly...not that this impairs gameplay but stuff like this is diminishing for the imersion and also kinda relevant when we are talking about a giant like bioware. Other stuff like when i go to the vortex bar and see stuff like a Turian drinking something and then he pour the drink in his own forehead instead of his mouth lol.... People scattered in the nexus and outposts doing nothing, just standing there as dead rocks with fish eyes....not counting the bugs i have seen in the you tube videos out theres, there's so many...
4) When buying or researching, there's no way you can check if you already have developed an item, so you can accidentally develop 2 of the same wepon, like say 2x Avengers lvl II. this is awful. Even in ME3 once you had Avenger lvl 2, the next one would automatically be lvl III no matter what....i also got surprised with the fact we cannot know how much of Iron or Element zero i have before deciding how many i should buy. WHY!? Whenever i went into a merchant i feel like: you know what? fuck this screen lets get back to gameplay....this needs fixing
5) Save files corrupted or missing. I played for like 2 hours doing non priority stuff like meeting my crew and the ship, talking to everyone in the first outpost, then i went to multiplayer to to some stuff and from there i dislogged. The next day, all my time and also some manual saves i did were missing....not sure what happened there, but have seen others complaining about this too.
6) About graphics in lower settings. Okay here i have to admit, i don't even get the proper minimum specs, since i'm running it on a gtx560 and minimum is a 660. Despite that, everything is under the requirements. And i'm not even complaining about stuttering or framerate, which is an issue for several players and i am experiencing it too but since i am running it on a low end gpu, then it's fine. The real problem is that i need to run the game on low and then the graphics are totally crap. It looks like worse than ME1 and i have been running all recent games on medium like Resident evil 7 for example with astonighing graphics, or witcher 3 whatever...Dude, even ME3 is way better graphically than that and i can run it on max settings. So it seems a gam of 2012 can be played on High settings and high fps with a great looking experience in my GPU but a game in 2017 cannot? I mean, shouldn't the Low presets be at least so good as ME3 was?

The next day, all my time and also some manual saves i did were missing....not sure what happened there, but have seen others complaining about this too. Can't speak to missing, but will talk about saves appearing corrupted. I was on Eos (after a plot point), and made a manual save after doing a side quest. Left to do something. Came back and got stuck in a load screen seemingly forever. Quit and tried again. Previous manual save loaded fairly normally, as did one previous autosave. Then I tried the newest manual save again... and subsequently noticed my load attempts of that save had been overwriting autosaves. In any case I was unhappy and exited after it looked like I lost 25 minutes of driving and talking and went to dinner. Came back and hit "resume" not thinking about it and for whatever reason that manual save that seemingly didn't work before actually loaded. The tldr version is I am not entirely sure what is going on with the saves and loads, but I think sometimes the loads are excessively long for no apparent reason even if they might not actually be corrupted.

1) Jack should have been an option for a FemShep romance. Missed opportunity there. But honestly, if Miranda and Ash were options for FemSheps, I don't think I would ever play male Shep again.
Since you brought up the DA series, you forgot that Leiliana was an option for both genders back in DA:O. And Merrill could be romanced by female Hawkes, right? I never did it but I'm pretty sure every romanceable character in that game was playersexual.
2) It's not so much that I enjoy listening to him, but I like him for what he is: a sleazy, conniving politician. I expect him to betray me at any moment. On that level, I think he does a great job.
Rant? Um... mining in the Nomad is tedious. That's about it. I pretty much love everything else about the game that I've experienced so far.

Besides that, i noticed that you can spend hours without the game making a save. The checkpoints seems to be activated when you actually advance in the priority missions but not regularly with time. So if you spend hours talking and exploring, which the game is all about, and then leave or have a power outage, then bang! everything's lost

For me it autosaves pretty regularly, sometimes within seconds. I'm on PS4 though, so maybe this is a platform problem.

How many forward stations do you have on EOS? What's the current viability? Have you set an outpost there yet? I believe the way squadmates spawn in your location is by falling from the sky. Personally, I've never actually seen it happen - perhaps because it happens too fast on my rig for me to notice. I've also not seen the other funky animations you report here. I've noticed that different levels of gear require different amounts of resources to build. This is perhaps the reason why they make all that you've unlocked available to you. It isn't like ME3, where once you've unlocked a weapon level, it's permanent. You can still develop, for example, a Level 1 Avenger if you wish even if you've unlocked Level 5. Aside from the too frequent (imho) autosaves, and inability to manually save at times, I've not experienced any problems with save files thus far. I believe that sometimes people have mixups with Origin cloud saves on PC. I have noticed that sometimes loading a save file happens very quickly, and other times it seems to take forever. It doesn't really work that way, no.

another one i just realized: Where are the sexy girls? ME3 had all those hughe boobs and butts, and all kinds of female models were rich in feminine attractives so to speak, no every woman looks like that nerd form the school who is still virgin at 30....

i have 80% viability after putting the prodromos outpost and completing one additional quest. Still has an uneplored part though, but it doesn't seem so large. I'm not complaining on the fact that the lower lvl wepon can still be upgraded but on the fact that we don't have a proper way to know if we already have developed something while on the development screen. So if one is not careful enough he/she will end up spending useful resources developing several of the same stuff and probably loading earlier games to fix that mess....

My feedback is that I'm really enjoying the game so far. If I had one gripe it would be that all the Milky Way aliens sound too human. In the Original Trilogy, Salarians had faster speech and just kind of a different manner of speaking. This wasn't always true, like the Salarian at his bachelor party, but I felt for the most part you could tell when a Salarian was talking without seeing who it was. In MEA Nakmor Kesh just sounds too human. I know Urdnot Bakara was a Shaman and might talk differently than other female Krogan, but Kesh just seems too human. Tann as well. Kallo seems about right, though. I just like when the aliens have certain traits that distinguish them in how they speak.

Bear in mind that you can have (and equip) multiple copies of the same weapon, and give them unique names. This is probably due to the various augments which, along with mods, can make each copy of a basic blueprint you build behave very differently in combat. Also, you can disassemble gear and will get some resources back.

there are the same boring fetch quests as in DAI, go there, collect x amount, go talk to A, then talk, then talk, and maps are unnecessarily big, this game should be only th main story missions, the loyalty misions, 3 - 5 intersing, real side quests fo each main mission, and then few minor side quests, like funny things or explore, that's it, enough,
80% of the game is boring

I should start by saying I think this is a GREAT game, and I already spent 84 hours in it and still not finished the campaign. But, the issues are there in this game too, naturally, as with most games.
1. Character generator and facial animations, this is such a weak part. The eyes of the protagonist look like he's on drugs (dilated much). Dead stare, all of that stuff. It's poorly made and what I consider the biggest flaw of the game.
2. Combat, I dislike that we don't have access to more skills at once, like 6 skills would be fine. For consoles they can keep the 3 and do the favorites swap, but remove the cooldown reset that happens so people can actually have fun with the skills they level up to get. On PC we can have 2 favorites with 6 skills each. We got a keyboard for a reason.
These are my only two real issues, but I'm still absolutely loving the game. I really am.

Enjoying the game. Appreciate the Mass Effect roots and although the premise seems improbable, I appreciate the notion of exploring new worlds....
Please fix the following issues in a patch:
*No more funny sounding grunts when your squad mates use their jetpacks *No more clomping-boots-on-the-floor sound everywhere Ryder goes on the ship (clomp, clomp, clomp) *Make the ATV more user-friendly - can't get mine to even climb a hill...so annoying *Make the font legible - CLEARER, LARGER FONT PLEASE!!!!!! (I have tried to contact Bioware and EA about this- without success- because it is really impacting my ability to actually play the game) *Saves at anytime please
Yes the dead eyes that stare blankly, the facial animations (so much better with a male Ryder) are shockingly bad - but not sure that is fixable at this point.

Graphics disappoint me on PS4 (I double dipped when my PC crashed). I'd love to see more optimization with patches, and, if need be make a new "high fidelity" mode where the graphics are 900p but with high lighting and textures and then cutscenes go checkerboard with good DoF quality.
It looks so crappy compared to on my PC when I enter a cutscene and it has that low-level blur and even that puts it in 900p so it looks extra blurry... with only medium settings. The faces look notably less round and the textures are not very high-res.

So far, I only really have a few complaints. Here are some of them:
- Manual save being disabled for priority missions and that Quicksave is not avaliable.
- There were more than a few scenes where I felt the facial animations should have been more expressive to better fit with the scene. I should note that there were other times where the characters were expressive and said expressions fitted the context but a lot of times where they didn't.
- More than three abilities avaliable at a time would be nice.
