I did 80 hours and 93% done. The rest is basically the annoying tasks that have no marker or anything in the minimap and are a pain to find...
My speculation on the DLC's are as follows (in no special order):
Save Quarian Ark (either from the Scourge and who made it or from reaper indoctrinated occupants)
Stopping the Primus and what is left of the Kett in the cluster. With the Scourge basically cutting off long range communications with the rest of the Kett empire, we will now have to stop the Primus from either trying to get a signal out to them or from leaving the cluster alltogether, thus giving the Initiative and the Angarans more time to expand and fortify against the Kett's eventual return.
New planets with new gear (I want that white avenger from the screne shots/cut scenes!), possible new squadmates.
Something maybe more Milky Way oriented? No idea how though.

I'm really torn on the idea of a sequel. The whole Pathfinder role for Ryder in his first story did him absolutely no favors as a character. It's an over-empowering role for a character who is supposed to be characterized as "inexperienced" and "green". I didn't feel those two latter sentiments at all and I can't see Andromeda 2 happening without some kind of forced change or complete sterilization of Ryder :/
For DLC I would honestly like some more family time. Sister is up and moving around now and she's just gonna lie in that bed while I do 3 more story DLCs? No, come with me sis! We're going to a new planet or on some sort of prolonged Loyalty mission.

Has Bioware announced their plans yet? They were meant to be providing an update today. Update was completely technical in nature. Basically the first major patch comes out Thursday and will make some structural changes. They are planning basically two months of patches to address 90% of the major issues people have. That's all they touched on. However, in 2 months we will be into June and that is the time we would likely start looking at the first DLC. They would want this technical stuff resolved before they start rolling it out.

The Quarian arc DLC has to happen. Do not give me that teaser and then bring me nothing. And I want to see one of every race on that ship up and about. Bring me my Elcor and Drell! Then of course I want one about this benefactor. I'd love it to be a bit creepy like the Leviathan one was. When it comes to a sequel, I'm not sure I want to play as Ryder again. Don't get me wrong - I actually like the character. It's just.. I'm kinda fed up of humans being the ones to save everyone. But I know that given the choice most people will just select a human anyway. Still, it would have been awesome if we could have picked our Pathfinder out of the Asari/Turian/Salarian/Human options. There are so many awesome aliens in the ME universe and I get to play the race I wake up every morning as The biggest reason I got into ME3 MP was because I could roll as my lil volus adept or my cartwheeling drell. I realise with all the variations it could be difficult. So maybe keep to just the races of a similar shape to humans to make it easier. Although it'd be pretty funny to have a Volus as your player character. Just every cutscene with your crew would be of their knees I'd love to know more about the Kett. I'd be disappointed if they are nothing more than a conquering species who exist to mass produce. Also more about the Jardaan and their Remnants. Learning about the Protheans over the course of MET was really interesting for me. Especially when they threw in Javik and you got to see him crush the idealistic viewpoint Liara had of them.

Learning about the Protheans over the course of MET was really interesting for me. Especially when they threw in Javik and you got to see him crush the idealistic viewpoint Liara had of them. This game comes the closest to laying the foundation where I think it would almost make sense to play as another race. As I said above I think its totally possible if they skip far enough down the road, given the level of integration the iniative has required its totally possible you could play as a new generation of pathfinders and select your race. I also hope there will be more complexity to the Kett. I heard mention of a Senate which suggests power games which could make them an intriguing and complex race. The Jaardan and the Scourge Aliens are going to be very interesting to learn about. I have this sneaking susupecion though that the Jaardan may be an AI race.....not positive but I could see it. I think the Angara could end up being their attempt to re-create their original creators....Could be totally wrong but have been toying with that idea for a while.

1. Quarian Ark dlc. Very important 2. Benefactor dlc. Very mysterious 3. Jaardan dlc
Second game will be the pathfinder vs the kett empire for sure.
All of the above with some cool squad mate scenes and I'm happy.

105hours to read/complete all content on insanity. All the most interesting stuff was hidden away in random data pads. 1st DLC: Quarian Ark. There's 3-4 hidden multiplayer character slots that will be filled every 2 weeks and then DLC will introduce a new batch. They might stagger new races MP releases if they continue with this APEX story missions theme. 2nd DLC: 1-2 more Angaran planets. It was hinted at, multiple times, that there are other Angaran planets being kept secret from us. It's an easy choice for content. Two possibilities here: a) This'll be used an opportunity to learn more about the Jaardan and might explain why the Angaran's were created. The idea is mentioned that since Angaran's can pass down memory heriditarily that it would be possible to create 'sleeper' agents where a past life could awaken to take control of a present day Angaran. Expect this to happen now or in the sequel. The 'Boss' of the dlc might even be a rogue Jaardan who downloaded himself into Angaaran dna. Based on Angaran myth you'll be searching these planets for a cure for your mom. 3rd DLC: End of the Kett in Heleus. The new Kett leader is small-time. You've had multiple interactions with him, so he needs to be dealt with, but he's not sequel worthy. It's been revealed that the Archon was not sending reports home. The new guy will send a report home and the conclusion of his arc will set up where we stand with the Kett Empire in the sequel. MP: There was a datapad on Voeld showing that exalted Kett retain some memories/feelings. With the main force vanquished we might see Kett traitor characters playable in MP. Alternatively if they want to push for a 4th enemy we might see Kett reinforcements show up with new a roster (Destined is the only unit non-native to Heleus. Ascendant have adapted Angaaran electromagnetics, so if they do appear again they will have a different power set.) The Kett are really a great trilogy enemy because of the unit diversity allowed by the exaltation process. The Sequel: 10years. We'll have deciphered Jaardan tech enough for star system travel, but there will still be Heleus conflicts to resolve. You'll get to spend some time exploring what your outposts have become and resolve some side missions revolving around Heleus's new culture. I see the main story going one of two ways: a) The story starts with a new Kett invasion that you have to deal with in the first half and then take the fight to the Kett in the second half. You're setting off for the very first exploration mission in new star clusters, looking for new allies against the kett. Either way, expect a lot of Kett focus with a final mission culminating on their home planet (Sarhesen). Triquel: The Kett are broken, but not defeated. Remember they have Archon's all over the galaxy, factions will form. There will be more races to discover under Kett heel, but the main focus will be on the enemy of the Jaardan (or the Jaardan themselves depending how it all plays out). Other Sequel spoilers: Eos: One of the engineers already has plans written up for infrastructure and a vast railway system. Will be a cool place to explore. There will likely be a conflict scenario with Advent, the exile colony on Eos. Meridian: It was hinted at that the Archon wasn't killed, he just had his consciousness absorbed into Meridian. He'll probably gain digital consciousness, take over parts of the planet, and send remnant after you. Habitat 7: Won't be terraformed yet. There might be a mission to fix the remnant tech here. Or it might be saved as a last hurrah where the Ryder family settles here at the end of the trilogy. Rogue Remnant User: They started a program to create a remnant user outside of the pathfinder initiative. You'll have to deal with him/them at some point. Benefactor: The Benefactor has had very little presence so far. With new threats on the horizon it's hard to imagine him being a major villian. He is a murderer, but that doesn't necessarily make him Ryder's enemy. He'll likely have some lore and a side mission where you choose to expose him or leave him be, which will have benefits later on. One of the first data pads you read hints that the arks went off course 300 years after launch. At first I thought this may be 'benefactor' related, but more likely it lines up with the scourge event simply screwing with navigation sensors. Alien Races: If you side with the Salarian traitor he gives you intel on 3 races that will appear in the sequel (Kett have 12+ vassal species): Eealen - Exalted past viable population. Now nomads who document and share knowledge. (One could show up at the start of the sequel to set events in motion) Thusali - Once worshipped the Remnant. Engineers exalted for Remnant expertise. Sirinde ("Eat their dead with reverance") - Genetically poisioned themselves to stop exaltation. Now dependant on kett neuroscience to survive.

Imagine if the AI somehow manages to build an extra-galactical mass relay, fly back to to Milky way and discover that every other race in the galaxy was wiped out during the second krogan rebellion.
Curing the genophage to let the krogan breed thousands of times faster than any other species doesn't sound all that smart anymore, huh?

No doubt one of the DLC's will be based around the Quarian ark.
I'd like one to delve further into the remnant, an indiana jones style story to find some remnant artifact would be good.
i don't think we need a citadel style dlc at this stage
For a sequel..
I'd be happy for it to be based on ryder again. I hope they don't jump forward in time more than a year or two. I think they should keep the wild west vibe rather than jumping to the completed colonisation vibe. I hope we'll see some integration of remnant technology into the settlements.
The kett empire are clearly going to be an ongoing threat in any sequels.

77 hours? Well, I thought it would take at least one hundred. But that's fine as well, I hope. I, for one, want them to continue Ryder's story. I don't want to play as the sibling next game, please let us continue with Pathfinder Ryder, Bioware! And yes, we need to explore the galaxy. I hope we just don't get stuck for clusters in each game. Final DLC to Andromeda, we find a Remnant mass relay. I would like to play as Pathryder primarily as well, but I would still like it if there were scenes where you play as your sibling.

I would like to see a story heavy DLC focused on the Quarian Ark and a "Citadel" like DLC where we can spend more time and interact with our crew.

Although you'd have to pick Rix, whom I don't like, since there are no other turian pathfinders. You could make some great replayability factor with Raeka/Hayjer and Serissa/Vederia.

Doesn't quarian ark have 5 species on it plus a threatening signal? That is a huge dlc I think it should either like trespasser and an ending dlc or a whole new game. Maybe a year from now for that one. I think we need to deal with primus too. Primus is only on of the kett leaders. The kett have multiple archons and when they found out he died as well as a big chunk of kett forces in helius they will likely bring ALOT more ships and troops.

- First DLC with quarians is obvious at this point, the only question I have is what are they going to do with other minor species they kept teasing. It's their chance to drop them for good and free the space for more relevant to the setting natives. Return elcors only to delegate them to Shakespear parodies again? - Benefactor. Not sure if it's meant to be solved in a DLC or it's more of a long-term mystery, like Scourge and Remnants. As for the next game, I'm slightly worried that we already get to choose ambassador to represent Nexus outside Heleus, since I don't think everything is done in Heleus right now. x years later, when Vaults finished their job on terraforming and majority of Kett had to retreat for a time. I want to see Voeld as an ocean, I want to see what Kadara has become, was exiles issue dealt with or their numbers only grow, and how angarans feel about aliens now walking freely on all their former colonies. In other words a story more about internal strife than anything. Not an easy story to pull off, compared to regular world-destroying menace, but I want it regardless. The Ambassador will represent the rest of Heleus TO the Nexus. I hope the sequel jumps ahead 10 years. SOOOOO much because of exactly what you said. I want to see Voeld, Kadara, Meridian, Aya, after 10 years of work by the terraformers and the colonists. Going back to Eos to see what your first colony looks like after 10 years of building....so amazing. I can remember being asked by a guy who wanted to start a school what he should teach for history, go back to EOS to see that school would be fantastic. So many issues to resolve in Helues (though I suspect that will happen along with exploring outside of Heleus. - What happens with that independent nation on Eos? Your side quest clearly was meant to set something up there. - Kadara could go so many ways depending on your decisions. - Morda and the power core decision - Eladeen decisions means there could or could not be a colony there (I suspect it won't be there regardless in the next one....lol) - What about the Turrians, Salarians and Asari who don't have their own permanent colonies yet? That has got to create tension between them and the humans, especially with the humans controlling to core of the entire Remanent system which makes the planets habitable. Will Meridian focus on building up the colonies you started by helping their weather improve? or will they work to improve worlds for the other races? I really worry about all those outcomes. To keep them going (Kadara, Elaaden, etc) - means very complicated and different stories (highly unlikely). But to cut them off or tight in one resolution no matter what you choose - it's a total mood killer and "choices do not matter" all over again. Looks like the simplest way would be to move on with another protagonist and another corner of the galaxy with old NPCs (should we come across some) simply telling you (aka text only, mb Codex only) about their relationships with Ryders.

Anyone else thinks Meridian map will be 1-year-anniversary DLC? They basically teasing it with game dialogue "come back in a year and you won't recognize this place". Obviously plans can change but dataminign already revealed there's more Meridian map post-ending and considering this tease I think it's very likely that Meridian DLC is/was at least one of their planned expansion as final year-after DLC
