Weapons and powers feel terribly weak and generic compared with ME3

You really can't count half the launch powers in me3, they were totally useless in the multiplayer environment. PULL is still useless after all their attempts to save it. Charge broke your game. Half the grenades didn't work. Concussive shot was bugged, and barely usable. Carnage was useless. Three the powers were identical use once and get dr. Throw was bugged. Powers randomly disappeared. Combos only worked with warp as the set up.

The issue is that the current system needs data. Can you make a character with no health but high enough shields as the geth, or squishy speedsters like the drell. Mass effect three was all about never getting shot, so having no health wasn't as big a detriment in that situation. This game the enemies target you reliably, and overall health is more important. I expect the devs chose to exclude several of the races on the grounds that they aren't sure what the edges of the design space are yet. The event with 50% more shields but 75% less health shows them whether they can design a shield reliant character with little health, as geth typically are, and i remember that mission sucking. I would rather they use data from the events to release semi refined characters that work in this environment than one that is terrible, and does not have the right traits to be fun.

The maps are chaotic. But consistent. They play similarly because having a map that is radically different, but utterly sucks because of it's inherent design creates situations like me3 when everyone in your party dropped out because the map was glacier and magnet hands were utterly unavoidable death. Or the cover devoid maps with enemies like the destroyer able to gun down whole teams.

I like remnant. They are 10x the faction the geth were at launch, unless you forgot staggerlock primes, and oneshot hunters, or the opposite direction with the sitting behind a desk grab killing them all one by one tactic.

You may be right, and if, in a couple of months, you do turn out to be right you you may stand on the mountain top and declare BW to be the worst dev ever and do an 'I told you so dance'.

But you cant know that right now, and alot of people here are DIRECTLY comparing this game as it is, with no DLC or balance patching, to ME3MP once all the DLC was out...which is unfair. If you want to directly compare MEAMP to ME3MP then wait until all the DLC is out.

And again, before anyone tries to jump me again, I am NOT saying "don't criticize MEA or BW"...I am saying "Give them a chance and then, if they get it wrong, give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism"
