Angara Avenger?
- Has a 775 damage melee power ability.
- Stealth Grid can give a 80% melee damage bonus
- Passive gives 80% melee damage bonus + potentially 65% damage bonus to melee

I wonder what's additive and what's multiplicative in all those potential buffs
