Does the mp feel satisfying to you?

I've been playing only outlaw firebase zero gold for the past week. I'm having lots of fun and getting a lot of xp and credits. Fighting and winning against the other enemies on gold with randoms is impossible. It makes no sense to play anything else.

Honestly, I am suffering from video game fatigue, so it is hard for me to give an accurate opinion on it.

Do I like the MP if I'm using a good gun? Yes.

Or if I'm using a krogan with juggernaut shield and strength enhancer consumables? Yes.

If none of the above? No. I'm hoping that getting better guns will make it feel better, but as far as power-centric kits go, I'm not really feeling it compared to ME3. If you were using something like the Drell Adept you were pretty much good to go, just had to hug ammo boxes for grenades. That and the RRRRRWEEEEOORRWWWWWWWWWWW sound Reave made would sometimes stick around, but still, was fun. Or the Asari Adept with Stasis to stop the pesky phantoms, one of the most used ways of killing them back in vanilla ME3 MP. Or even the Novaguard(if you were hosting). It was super spammy but fun.

The way powers work now is...eh. I like that there isn't a shared cooldown anymore. I don't like how power-centric classes like Adepts or Engineers got shafted because of not being able to set off combos as well, in addition to said combos tickling even on gold, or especially on that one APEX mission that gave 100% combo detonation damage. If they tickled even with that affix, there's something wrong. :<

TL;DR: I like the MP if I have a good gun, am a krogan, or if the game is being kind to me and not lagging/crashing/disconnecting.

I like it. It's not as fun as ME3, but I also spent the first month or so of ME3 in SP. By the time I hit MP the first DLC was out so there was already lots of fresh kits/weapons. I currently am switching up my play style pretty frequently and it keeps things interesting. I just hate being "that guy" my first game with an unfamiliar toon...

It will become more fun with more maps, kits, weapons, etc. That will take time unfortunately.

Overall, the mechanics are sound and judging from a few of the kits, they seem more willing to add more mechanics outside of guns/powers (Ascendant comes to mind, even if she's not strictly good). However, the technical issues are annoying, and the imbalance makes it hard to really experiment and try new things when most of the new stuff is barely viable. Powers don't feel like they have the impact they had in ME3 or ME2 (especially ME2), but now that they don't share cooldowns, it does feel faster paced overall. And I get it, they need to come out quick in a fast paced game, but I missed the bit of windup and cinematic flair present in the past titles.

If they clean up the technical side and start making some balance changes, that'll definitely go a long way toward keeping the playerbase intact until the inevitable DLC drops.

i unlocked very few characters and weapons, but still, i try to survive/win with what i have
today i unlocked the asari sentinel, adept and the charger smg, beautiful

We're actually playing the paid public beta right now. They didn't cancel the beta, we're playing it right now.

The idea of the game is awesome, the implementation is the worst ive seen in the past 5 years of video games.
If there was a balancing, no lag, no crashes, no discos, the game would be quiet enjoyable.
At its current state. Purely unplayable.

I can handle Gold/Outlaw on any map at this point, so long as I play Human Vanguard I've come to find I can PUG or group with 100% success even to go as far as essentially solo Gold when the 3 randoms in my lobby lag out/crash and I'm left soloing a disable objective wave and no one rejoins the match until wave 6 is half over. Thank god the one time that happened wave 6 was an elimination.

+100% on that, I mean I enjoy it and the sentiments with most of the people I play with are "I want to love this game, but I can't"

Most weapons and skills are largely useless, detonation combos deal next to no damage, hell if you don't have a Vanquisher the only way to play Gold and extract reliably at the moment is to play Vanguard and spec full melee/siphon/bastion.

What happened, did everyone who worked on ME3MP quit/get fired? I remember playing ME3MP and being able to jump into Gold with any character and do moderately well, not feel like the game was next to impossible in difficulty and not feel like I had to be carried by the randoms I joined.

Andromeda MP is like if you play Gold and randoms join if there not a Vanguard past lvl 10 or an Infiltrator with a Vanquisher in there hands its an insta vote to kick.

It is alright.
What i really loved from ME3MP was the Krogan melee build and sadly Andromeda doesn't have one that feels such as satisfying. I do not like just headbutting stuff, i miss the charging melee animation which i have seen Drack use in SP meaning the gameplay of that is probably in the game. Crossing fingers that future characters will include old school Krogan melee build.
