In my 1st PT I got nothing as well in the Vortex. The latest patches have fixed it for me though.

At first, I thought that doing the quest for Dutch (bring him some ingredients) would make the Vortex more crowded, having more events, people dancing & loud music like the Afterlife or Purgatory... The Vortex felt like the worst club in ME history, and the rest were shite so that's really setting the bar low. <_<

I did go in regularly but other than a woman awkwardly standing on the stage, Drack hanging out and Gil having a chess game not much happened. Liam kept banging on about new flags going up for the new settlements with unpronounceable names, and every damn time I'd whirl the camera around looking for them...never saw one. -_-
