It's just herpes not cancer. Chop your dick off and you should be fine.
Seriously SP forums are for trolling purposes only. Drop a controversial topic in there and slowly back away. It's like putting a load of elephant dung in the monkey pen.

Premise: The Andromeda Initiative is a front. Staged to appear as a joint, cooperative effort between several Milky Way races, who in fact do come together to make it possible, it was originally conceived and funded by Cerberus. Amidst multimedia propaganda claiming that the journey was simply to "expand, explore, and seek out new homes", the true purpose of the AI was to arrive at a very specific, predetermined part of Andromeda. The Heleus Cluster contains an anomaly which may be studied, new science and technology learned, and brought back to the Milky Way, to ensure Humanity's domination over the war-torn galaxy. It is by no coincidence that the AI arrives at just that location, as the Nexus is really a Citadel-sized Mass Relay which, when completed, will facilitate much quicker transport between the two galaxies.
Once the AI arrives in Andromeda, each of the so-called Golden Worlds are discovered to be shams, and the true nature of the AI eventually is uncovered. People feel used, cheated, and angry that they were sold on a lie, and tricked into aiding Cerberus' schemes for galactic domination. A Rebellion ensues. At the center of all this, is Alec Ryder, a former N7 operative, who is thrown directly into this conflict when his twin children are killed in an explosion. He vows to find the people responsible, and exact vengeance, but what he discovers will change everything he thought he knew.
Cora Harper, daughter of the Illusive Man, will stop at nothing to ensure that the true purpose of the AI is achieved. With the aid of SAM, a Cerberus-constructed artificial intelligence infinitely more advanced than EDI, she will crush the Rebellion at any cost. Alec Ryder finds himself torn between his desire for vengeance, and the need to stop Cora and the Cerberus Agenda. An uneasy alliance forms, as Alec and the Rebellion team up to confront her, and put an end to the madness. But once this is done, he has some unfinished business to conclude...Or we could just have a generic evil alien bad guy who doesn't want you to use the magic weather control machine to make uninhabitable worlds habitable, because he hates your face. Yeah that works. Remember these are general audiences we have to write for now. Can we maybe get that instead the current Andromeda plot ? Pweessss ? No ? Ok let me go on playing space farmer.

I decided to look at SP forums bc I started the campaign and I think I got cancer immediately. The game is a trainwreck of biblical proportions and their biggest concern is the sexual preference of a squadmate. . .... . .... The word you're looking for is insulation. Trapping yourself in a hugbox echo chamber tends to produce it, whether you are a consumer or a producer. No one is immune.

The game is a trainwreck of biblical proportions and their biggest concern is the sexual preference of a squadmate. . .... . .... have you started planet scanning yet ? don't get me wrong its really really good graphics and the angular movements are super sweet, but why oh why cant I open the map select a zone to zoom in on and them select a planet instead of having to travel to each sodding area in order to pick the destination (I get it for scanning you need to be localised) also way way to much time taken up just navigating around a single zone, and why do you park sideways onto the planet before moving backwards to a distance where you can scan from ???? Which is exactly why it is getting addressed in the next patch. I just wish everyone would calm their tits, being mad at what other people like on the nerdiest forum imaginalbe (or are we supposed to act like Mass Effect (lol) Multiplayer has ever been a serious business?) is the real both fun and sad thing. We're all huge nerds, what is with this infighting. btw weapons suck, spells suck, matchmaking sucks, lag sucks, rng store sucks, everything sucks P.S. Also what's up with the people acting like Mass Effect has EVER had a good story? Do games ever have a "good" story? (Well, maybe in Japan, but western game stories are mostly the same thing over again with different keywords) It's all completely subjective stuff, you either like it or not. Light hearted adventure is what i expected from Andromeda and i got it, and had a good bit of fun. I can't imagine being toxic about it because some higer divine council proclaimed that writing is "bad". If anything, i could say it makes more sense than OT, especially if we consider that Bioware writes the same thing over and over again, at least this time they bothered to change the mood.

If anything, i could say it makes more sense than OT, especially if we consider that Bioware writes the same thing over and over again, at least this time they bothered to change the mood. you misunderstand my point, I love the graphics of the movement around the planetary environments I just don't understand why its so clunky and the ship needs to move all the time as well, I mean you just fired a probe surely its got a camera for you to 4k through to the end point without needing the ship to move... and its not like that wouldn't of been obvious to anyone who tested the game if they weren't scared of offending anyone, there was a way they could of done it so it felt less painfull and it would of taken less work to achieve it that way instead of the dodgy stuff that we ended up with, I mean anyone who played the game would of noticed it almost imedaitly that you loose literally 30 minutes scanning and moving about a single solar system, yet your unable to move to anything that's not been preselected as viewable ... far better to have shave 45 seconds off each manouver by not having it clunk clunk clunk with the strange reorient ship location reoritent ship reorient ship start activity... and what is with space instead of esc to zoom back out or leave current screen, they keep changing the keys and its annoying to keep opening the menu when trying to zoom out .... its great that there is a patch to fix things so long as it actually fixes them instead of just skipping everything, make it seemless the ship enters the solar system at the apex point (where you always zoom out to) it stays there until you decide to actually land on a planet, but you the user get to scroll through and click along the path of the probe (so you can still have the amazing graphics) without the additional clunking and minutes of time wanna bet they just put in a skip sequence button instead /

It's not that they are wrong about the bad facial animation (or lack of explicit gay sex, I guess). It is their insistence that those items are the worst thing to happen to them in the their entire lives, and they are justified in murdering (or at least ruining the careers of) the people responsible.
We have our own stupidities, like raging over how bad a Carnifex is when you can't host a game, and CTDs on Wave 7 are common place.
Priorities.
If I cared a lot about SP (which I'm sort of slowing playing when I'm tired of CTDs) I would be much more worked up about the script and dialog, than how many dudes or gals my Scott can bang.

Instead of feminazis and SJWs we get the 'ME3MP was better' and 'MP will always suck even though we have had any balance patches yet' lot. Same shit, different sub-forum Lol I never go on the SP forum but I have no doubt the great gamerdouche culture of the MP forum is much superior. You just can't beat misogyny Oh good god. I wouldn't call it a train wreck. I've enjoyed the story so far and I never sit there crying my eyes out over the animations. I don't ever even notice how bad they are. Maybe you should all remember it is just a game? Even if the animations are the best ever, the game would still not be real. From yesterday. Repaired game and tried 4 times to give it a chance. This happened everytime. Had several other animation issues and other technical issues like having to do with not being able to start convos/being stuck in a conversation and not being able to choose a dialogue option and having to restart my game. On top of that, intended features in the game such as not being able to manual save during certain types of missions, planet traveling, emails only being on the ship and having to go through cutscenes just to get back on the ship and back on planet, etc. brought down my enjoyment of the game. Oh yeah and did I mention there was a gamebreaking glitch that I couldn't have for the life of me noticed until it was too late and had to restart after playing the SP for 50hrs? Had to repeat all of that because of a progression bug in one of the character plotlines. Sticking with MP as it's pretty fun till they patch the mess that is the SP side of their game. That said SP is overall enjoyable barring the technical issues, inconveniences, etc. present in the game, but these have hampered my experience too much to just tell myself and others to deal with it. Hopefully upcoming patches will greatly improve my and others' experiences in SP. On topic: There are so many issues with SP that it just baffles me that virtual sex is some players' main concern. Perhaps it's in part due to Bioware for emphasizing romances in this game and in some of their most recent games. Missed the days when romances were not being hyped up in their upcoming games and it was just some side content that people could be pleasantly surprised when they are in the game or be "oh well" if not and not have expectations set in regards to inclusion of their demographic, amount of content, type of content, etc. Instead, we have players that feel personally attacked/insulted when Bioware doesn't include their demographic or doesn't include them as much as others. For the players feeling this way it's pitiful. For devs it's stupid that they are emphasizing this aspect so much as romances hardly make up that much content in the game itself.

My biggest problem with the SP campaign was that I came from finishing Horizon Zero Dawn, and that game feels so polished and incredibly funny because Gerrilla Games took care of every single detail to make an AAA game that Mass Effect Andromeda just felt like a sub par product.Don't get me wrong, I have finished the campaign and took me more than 65 hours but , even if its somehow enjoyable, unfortunately it is an unfinished and rushed game, far far away from ME trilogy.
If I had to use one word to describe Bioware's work I'd say:LAZYNESS.By today's standards it's not acceptable to release a game on such a bad state.bad mission desingn, terrible animations, even worse facial expressions, cheesy dialoge, boring and repetitive side quests......the list goes on and on...and despise all that, I finished it because I really wanted to LOVE this game.I simply couldn't
It's funny to read the SP forums because it seems that we are talking about a different game. This is only a fucking videogame that is suppose to be fun and entertaining, every single time I read something related to SJW or feminazis with all the political implications it gives me testicular cancer.....they don't care about gaming at all, they saw an oportunity and BW has been dumb enough to follow their lead.Shame on them

the SP is loads of fun.
I must be playing an alternate version of a game that's basically Mass Effect 1 with better exploration (and a less interesting art style that was dropped with me2 releasing)
