Improvements to male romance options for Scott Ryder... How?

One of the things I would love is if, not to sound too revolutionary, in any future content, the gay characters are, and stop me if this sounds too out there, just characters who happen to be gay. You know, Dorian almost hit that ticket, but Sera, that bitch took it all the way home. She's a giant revenge-fantasy ensnared little prankster brat with a Robin Hood complex and jokes filthier than Tywin Lannister's latrine who just happens to love eating pussy. I would love that. My gay ass is sick of politics and gay issues and dead gay lovers and bi/pan men who never show interest in the same sex despite the fact that they can be romanced by men.

TL;DR: More character, less sad gay drama. Movies too, need spy movies with gay leads while i'm requesting shit.

The unnecessary drama bit is not unique to gay LIs in BioWARE games. I agree that they now have way more room to create characters with far more depth than before, so they can draw on more than one tragic event in their past to create rapport and attraction for the PC and more on the broader character development.

For me, Gil was semi-successful character. I really disliked Jill/baby subplot (because pressure in a decision to procreate is terrible), while Gil's interactions with Kallo, his cards obsession and odd poetry when he is chronically underslept were actually rather cool. Overall, he sort of acted overwhelmed to my eyes the whole game, so I really felt like having a talk with Jill behind his back. Well, that's imo.
