Usually I listen to either Rammstein or clips from the Opie and Anthony show. I shouldn't do that, Ant and Jimmy raging out makes me miss entire clips.

I am tempted to try something like but I suspect the video bandwidth would give me game lag, and that the volume would keep me from hearing enemies. (Plus, ads... but hopefully not too annoying...)

Mass effect Andromeda is some of the only "free" time I have to myself, I'm not a religious person at all, but nothing helps drive me through the day as much as some House and Gospel House music.
