Just started my first NG+ and wondering if I'll get a lot of replay value out of the game compared to the amount I had with the Mass Effect trilogy and DA:O. There's a lot of things I'm sure I missed and places I wanted to investigate but didn't want to get sidetracked. And this game does seem to 'ambush' you a lot when you're concentrating on a single quest (like Contagion).

The only reason I would replay this game is to try out specific profiles for combat to be honest. I haven't finished the campaign so I can't say much about decision making and the story in general, but so far, it's pretty meh to me. The roleplaying in this game seems pretty restrictive compared to other Bioware games. It's not like I could make different Ryder's and see drastically different responses from characters like I could with Shepard or the protagonists from the Dragon Age games ... so what's the point? Again, I guess people could play it to choose different paths from the story but I personally haven't experienced any big decisions yet for me to wonder what the other outcome would be.
Going back to your question, this is the replay value for me from most to least in the Mass Effect series:
Mass Effect 2 Mass Effect 3 Mass Effect: Andromeda Mass Effect 1
Not the best, but with a couple of more patches and story-driven DLC ME:A could move up.

I can say after doing more than 10 NG+s, there's a good amount of replay value.
SP is literally sandbox mode.
Sky is the limit in this game, a lot of different builds you can make, augments to get, grinding to max out all your profiles, research data farming, level grinding up to 80 so you can craft level X armour and weapons.
Play a melee build and do your best kei lang impression with them fancy swords. In corporate the old school charge, nova build like back in the ME3. Honestly do whatever you want. There's always something to do.

Poor to nonexistent. IMO to be a good RPG you have to have control of character personality and some control of story direction. In MEA I feel as I have NONE. So why do I need to play it again if everything is exactly the same the second time through?

Depends on what you like to do. If story is more important, then don't bother because nothing really changes. If you want to try out other builds or whatever, then have at it. For me, it was a one time deal and have no interest in touching it again, even with DLC.

1/10.
Let's be honest. The profile system kills replay value since you can play anything you want from the getgo. Moreover, the game is too long filled with gated quests and fetch quests like inquisition and ultimately there are barely any choices and major decisions to be made in this game, the ones we do have are low-key and don't matter.

Replayablity is decent but less than that of the trilogy because of the profile system. In the trilogy it was worth it to try multiple playthroughs to try different classes, but with the profile system it's just not there. Or at least, it's not as strong a pull since you can just respec within the same playthrough if you want to try different builds. No need to start a new character to do that anymore.
I'm on a new game plus now and I'm enjoying myself for the most part but I must admit, having all the skills at my disposal with one character hurts replayability.

I don't see me getting the replay value out of this I did the OT. I finished one Scott game and am already struggling to finish a Sara run. If I manage to force myself to finish that I think that will be it.
That's not to imply the game is bad, just not a lot there for me to go over again once I finished it. I used to replay the OT if for nothing else than to see the different romances or try a different class. MEA you are already all classes from the start and the romances just aren't that interesting to me. Since little changes in the way of decision making I'm having trouble finding a reason to play again.

That's a difficult question. In regards to NG+, I only ever used that feature on ME1, as it was required to get to max level, get some achievements, and get the best gear. I never used NG+ on ME2 (if it even had it) and ME3 since I imported and always maxed out. I've already began a NG+ run on MEA, so I'd say I'm enjoying the game quite a bit, especially with the incoming patches improving the game.
As far as replay value, I really enjoy the gameplay and the characters are interesting enough to keep me coming back. Do a few different romances and make a few different decisions and I could probably play this game back to back multiple times. I doubt I'll do a completionist run again, specifically in regards to the task missions.

You aren't going to find anything is really different with making the few decisions you get to make. They have minimal impact on anything as compared to the OT.

One pass is enough for me. No replay value unlike the other Bioware titles. I'd probably check in again after two years.

I replayed it once in five years. As a casual gamer I'm only 50 hours in on my first playthrough of meA. Having alot of fun and really enjoying it. It's nice to be able to play my favorite gaming IP again. So replayability looks plausible.

So why do I need to play it again if everything is exactly the same the second time through? For me it's purely to beat it on Insanity, and will be a VERY streamlined play though. But I'm not going to start NG+ plus yet, until a few patches come out.

Almost no replay value for me. Which is sad because I played both ME and DA titles at least 4+ times. I started a NG+ with MEA to play on Insanity and to at least try to roleplay my Ryder once, with a lot of headcanon, but I'm not eager to finish because I wait for the patches now. The only other thing I might try in the future is a female Ryder, but that's very low on the priority list. I desperately want to play the trilogy instead again and will continue to do so.

Oh boy I can't wait to finish the last mission so I can do a whole new 65 hour play-through as logical but mostly funny and nice Ryder instead of emotional but mostly funny and nice Ryder.

I really love the game so I'd give it a pretty high rank, well over ME2 and even ME1 for various reasons, but right now I'm wary because of issues I've been reading about NG+. I don't find myself compelled to go back to the original trilogy anytime soon, but then I kind of burned myself out. After another playthrough or so I may go back to Dragon Age instead and wait for updates to this game.

Same as MET for me - two replays, for male and female, and in the MET case it was Renegade/Paragon, in this case it is the Left Sided vs Right Sided Ryder. I wish they had time for the Third Ryder, a Ruthless Conquistador along with the current Good Heart Explorer and Loose Cannon Rogue.
Better than DA titles, of which each is good for one run for me, save maybe for DA2.
I have no idea what NG+ is, lol.

Depends on how much you like the combat. If you like the combat then there is a lot of replay value.
The story is kinda fixed, nothing much will change regardless of what you do and I think they did this on purpose so that if they ever decide to do another game with Ryder as protagonist, they do not need to deal with all the different decisions/personality like in the trilogy.

Aside from romances and Sara vs Scott? Very low
The choices don't reflect in the game itself and the final mission only gets more rewarding the more you 100% the main game but there's never any real choice where you choose one or the other. The only ones in the game that are like that either end abruptly thereafter with "QUEST COMPLETE" or have an NPC show up on the Nexus to remind you that you made that choice or you're just given a pat on the back and that's it.
There's a little bit of replayability in whether you go to Havarl or Voeld first though and in trying out different builds. I hope DLCs can make more out of the experience and in particular I hope there's an epilogue DLC that makes the choice of whether Eos was military or scientific feel like it has an effect and not just some random people making a protest.
