Done recruiting allies. Cerys was named queen again. Rescued Thaler and then talked to him again to play gwent, only to realize I hadn't activated the "Old Pals" quest. Went back to play Zoltan but I'd already sent him to Kaer Morhen. So that quest will have to wait until later. Did manage to get Lambert's card during their witchers' night out party though. I think I'm ready to head for the Isle of Mists.

Finished sequence 11 and picked up all cool stuff I needed. Decided to give Robespierre few extra days to live and finish rest of side missions and collectibles.

So, after having gone back to Mega Man Legacy Collection(Mega Man 1-6) to grab some chievos from doing challenges, I've reinstalled the Mega Man Legacy Collection 2(Mega Man 7-10) to get a further batch of chievos from doing more challenges. To top it off, the Mega Man Zero/ZX collection comes out tomorrow, so I won't have any shortage of Mega Man goodness to occupy my time. Been playing through the Z/ZX collection and already played through the Zero 1-4 and get all the associated chievos in them, just have to start ZX and ZX advent sometime. In the meantime, I reinstalled Mega Man 11 and snagged four chievos that were pretty simple to get, so simple that i'm not sure why i didn't hunt down them down when i first got the game, but better later than never. Oh and i bought my first ever Dragon Quest earlier today, number 11(It's not only Mega Man that's made it that high) for half off, just an hour before it's sale was over. I look forward to starting it sometime, as it looks pretty enjoyable for a JRPG.

So frustrating day yesterday in The Division. Had fun running around clearing random stuff and restocking a few Control Points I'd cleared and put under friendly control. Then decided to do a main mission but on the way passed an enemy held control point and thought I'd clear it. After a difficult and protracted fight, had taken down the Boss dude (Elite) and had his second down to one half of a health square (one more bullet would have killed him) and the F$%king game crashed and shut down my PC. Restarted and the game remembered where I was at but it shut down my PC almost immediately two more times. SO after looking up much useless advice on Google that didn't work, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. This time the game kicked me to a Safe House and was OK for 5 minutes and then crashed my PC again. I turned off a recommended setting change re DirectX 12 or something and started again at The Safe House and this time it was stable for about 15 minutes when I turned it off and then on again and off again to hopefully have a clean save. Wasted 3 hours and got almost no game play done!!!! So back into the fray today, will try the Control Point again and see how I go or maybe not. last time was a real struggle so might wait till I gain a few levels. Pic's Stumbled on this Elite Guy and killed him and his crew and got no loot!!!!!! WTF???? Rescued a Hostage that I again stumbled on while roaming and looting New look, new gun I bought "The Honey Badger" Ouch, looks like a bad way to die

So more of "not really planned" Divinity 2 The Original Simmering. In spoilers mostly due to length but also spoilers and ranting. Turns out Alyssa is fairly decent at killing religion. Ifan and Sebille a bit less, but nothing a few 100 resurrection scrolls can't fix. Hoho. Another one on my list to strangle with their own entrails appeared. But I don't think I can and that makes me sad. So took that sadness out on Slane the chilly dragon. And also because I'm bitter that I need to talk to him to avoid unwanted throat-tongue-bug action and that just pisses me off. So gave him hope by freeing him while bing bang the witch is dead, but sorry sucker you are not getting your source back and your life is over! Took two tries, since huddling around a dragons feet before combat is a very dumbass move. But Ifan was very valiant in both attempts, stripping that armor both times. And in hindsight could have won the first round if I'd let him use some of the stockpile of knockdown arrows we've been jealously hoarding for no real reason. Decided to take out Yarrow as well, since I can't find the hiding Magister and she's been annoying me for way too long. Watched bacon take a bath and become a snack with merchandise. Nice. Then checked the final liches wares, told her she'd not get her jar back then had a fatal snack in front of her. A tasty end to a tasteless stay in Fort Joy. Booo. Game does not acknowledge if you don't tell Gareth that the Shriekers are history. Not that I'm begrudging his appearance on the ship, but it would be nice to have a little, you're here? Which does make me wonder what happens if you never meet him at all... Either way, reloaded and told him stuff since I figured I might as well get that juicy 5k xp. As expected leaving Fort Joy was a big ol' kick in the gut difficulty wise. Suddenly everyone and their mother is melting my armor like butter and then kicking my hide like a really deformed football. Which did put me in a bit of a sour mood. I do remember the ship battle being quite long and painful, but now it only lasted two rounds before the Hammer went LOL JK and farted off into the sky, making us move to the next story segment. And I'm not sure if I'm mad about that or not, because the combat would've kicked my arse, but still, like, let me try at least... Anyways, next story bit made my mood even sour with it's "Thou must enthusiastically accept the plot and retract thine statements of defiance like they never happened". Ugh. Just let me begrudge my life and move on with the plot dad. :C Then a bit more Malady and her wringable neck before being sent to the Reaper's Coast absolutely fuming. So the session kinda died out there. Kinda like last time I tried. I just feel very overwhelmed in all aspects on where to go, how to do combat and how to feel. And it sucks and I hate it. Then stupid sexy Ifan had be all dreamy and stuff and I'm a weak thirsty pile of goo. So ended up loading the game again, backtracking a tiny bit and leaving the town. Went to the bridge instead and had an epic combat with some voidwoken and adopted a little murder chicken but lost him on the way. Went to the graveyard and save scummed out of some encounters, instead opting to move on into a new area with even higher levelled goons. So also scummed out of that and made my way back to town. So like it was basically just a long walk pondering about stuff. So went and met a man in white and ooof I hope his neck becomes wringable in the future. But got a massive chunk of xp for tolerating him, so that was nice. Got a plan of respecing Alyssa's civil skills to persuasion instead of bartering, because the woman is a beefy pile of muscles and failing strength persuasion makes me see all shades of red and we got a bunch of talky talky ahead of us. And Ifan.

They released the new expansion pack in the wee hours of the morning (at least Eastern timezone March 3rd) so there might be something causing the problem there, but I do recommend turning DX12 off it seems to cause more problems then what it was worth when I had it on. Currently their patch server is being hammered so I doubt I will be able to play today to see what Lower Manhattan is like.

DOS2 I continued playing with Lohse after I read online that she get to flirt with a certain NPC later in the game if you play as her. I always liked that specific NPC. She's also quite fun in a solo playthrough, she really works better that way as a main (she's quite fun as a companion too). I also got my first trip to the Hall of Heroes. I knew a bit what happened with Lohse there, but it still surprised me. Her VA does sinister pretty well (Lohse normal voice is jolly). Although, the laugh each time I backstab people is a bit too sinister. I'm almost done with the first act, although I'm kinda ignoring some content I think. I'm still wondering if I'm going to do the maze. Well cheat my way through it, ahahaha. I love that Larian is all: please break the rules.

In BF 2...
I have had an absolute devil of a time with this game trying to get into the new content for the Republic era capital ship maps for Co Op. I mean...well again I have about a half dozen suggestions I'd probably send them, or at least questions, but I have no idea where to go to send them to them...god that was horribly worded. But I just wish you could refine your search or at least look for certain maps when you are trying to join for Co op...and it does not seem you can do it. Weirdly enough it does not seem like you can even create a match on one of these maps, or at least I still haven't discovered how. But then I finally have confirmation you can crouch in this game but I don't know how so I am a bit thick on it and even all the hours I have poured into it I still don't know some stuff about this game. Also had a devil of a time even winning any matches it was getting quite frustrating there last night between the two factors. I got into a ship map for like a minute, but it was the last stage and we lost, and then didn't win until like 2 hours of trying until we got to Akan Kloss and I was able to play as Rey and get a good streak with her going.
Today went maybe a ittle easier in some ways. I finally got on the Republic SD for a full matc...which we won in the second stage. It just got really easy to funnel the droids into a singular area with Anakin and bitch slap them with pull dominance. Oh Obi-Wan is now more leveled then Rey...and they are extending the tripple XP for a couple of days because of hacking.

In Fifa today Sara started work on preparing for her secon dseason in La Liga b ywinning the preseason tournament with new signing Christian Eriksen scoring the winner in the final. She'll be hoping he can get a few more like that. Especially with a Champions League challenge coming up after finishing 2nd last year. She's definitely provin gshe has a head fo rthis game and knows how to motivate her troops. Of course now the preseason tournament is done she knows that now is when the real work begins.in mounting a challenge to maimntaing a place in the UEFA competitions through La Liga given that's the objective that Valladolid's board has given her as they gave her the task of at least qualifying for the Europa League for the next season. Of course she'd love to win La Liga but only time will tell if she will. But having won both last years pre season tournament and no wrepeating that this year she has hope it can happen.

Glad its working for you, about 50% of just the patch downloaded so I haven't been able to log in today. I find with DX12 its one of those settings that you turn on first and if you have problems its the first you turn off and that holds true with most games I have played that support it.

Semms everyone is updatin gtheir games today then given EA aer updating both Fifa 20 and NFS Heat a bit later as well. As Heat is getting a couple o fextra cars plus a fwe extra tasks and things as well as som enwe customisatoin options for both cars and avatars in the game. Also Fifa is getting the South American continental competions added th eCopa Libertadores and the Sudamercana and the Recopa apparently. Not playing in South America in m ycareer atm so doesn't really affect me bu tit'll b enice t ohave them when and if I do play there in that region.

ACOD I got a new lieutenant for the ship the last time I play. He's a real big guy and sticks out head and shoulders above everyone else. I was watching the action of the crew as Kass attacked pirates and sunk the ships. I caught him scratching his bum then his nose. Today, I was running all over the place because of the ori reward contract; kill x number of Athenian soldiers, 2 leaders and fight two battles on Spartan side. I picked it up a few days ago and I had only 7 hours left to complete it. Hence, sailing to the islands controlled by Athens so I didn't have to spend too much time running inland of the bigger zones. Had a crash unfortunately. Wasn't opening the map. I was moving Kass to a better position to shoot when game decided to hiccup. Restarted and no crash after. I can't figure out what's wrong with it. Decided to upgrade GPU drivers. The latest version came out last month but I didn't get it. Will see how the game performs in the days after.

I used up all the dirt in ONI. That never happened before. But I never started ranching like this before. The egg yield is really something. So I killed a room full of dirt-gobbling sage hatches and tossed the other 16 out into the wild. Collected some 3 base hatches left and started new ranch. I immediately stopped any mealwood farming, except for the drecko ranch - I wanted that for glossy Dreckos who give plastics.
I gathered a fair amount of CO2 which I can turn into dirt over time, but it's gonna be never the same now. Could cook algae and slime as well, but those are quite limited as well. I mean dirt is most limited - it's almost only present in the starting biome and there is just one like that. I just thought it would never be an issue like that with my composts, but I guess those hatches just consumed it up big time. Got a lot of coal now, tho.
There is another exploit I believe, but not gonna turn to that. I'm already exploiting infinite gas storage atm - the game storages are kinda too small - especially for gasses. In fact they're huge, but hold so little.
Not a fan of the map. It's full of geysers, stacked with them, but it's what I chose - and also the volcanoes. I scouted around some and found no oil so far. With all the free heat I'm gonna be able to run some serious steam power - if I have plastics, which require oil or glossy dreckos.

Love hate relationship with Divinity 2 OS continues.
Played it a bit today and went with my plan on switching Alyssa's bartering skills to persuasion. Which was a good move. Slapped the bartering skills onto Ifan and that was not as good of a move since Alyssa's big muscles are lugging around all the wares and stuff and now sorting is going to be even more pain, but what can you do.
So being more persuasive I go around and do a bunch of talky stuff. Very fun and good times. Until they are not because the story is frustrating for me. Oh well, might backtrack or something and see if I like some other moves better. Anyways decide to run through that Ifan talk which I'd been saving since I'm a sap and I like to save dialog treats for later. And I can't trigger it. >:C It won't trigger since I've entered the area once before and gods forbid you get drinks second visit around....Granted by that time I might have maybe murdered anyone, I didn't but I might have, but still. Ugh. And the save before the visit is the one at the start of the session, so double frig you. Bah. Which leads me to look up some more stuff and find that some of the flavor dialog is timed. Double ugh.
And usually the fix is pretty simple. Just play something else. Anything else. But at the same time I do like the game and want to continue. So result is that you had to suffer through the vent and now we can hopefully move on to more lucrative things. Like turnips.

So better day yesterday in The Division 2, no glitches or crashes and managed to complete several side missions and a main mission and hit L9. Took down a control point and turned it friendly and had fun experimenting with a few different assault rifles and sniper rifles. The game is kind of stupid in some aspects, get a purple ranked AR which is 2 levels higher than my current base green one yet the base one is far better than the purple simply as it is far more stable then the purple which does more than double damage and has two good attributes. So I can land 90%+ shots with the green and I can only guess about 40 to 50% with the purple. Anyway got some good armour drops with bonus armour stats that is making me far tougher to kill. Was looking forward to upgrading my drone but having researched it now it seems a waste of time. I don't really like any of the upgrades compared to its current just shooting capability and all I have to do is look at a target and hit "Q". The main thing it's good for is not the damage but it distracts target, so I can keep the Boss guys or the heavy gun busy while I clear out the hordes. Not sure what to spend my skill points on now, already have invested in XP upgrades, auto-refills of armor packs and Grenades at Safe Houses, magazine upgrades and material storage. Only a couple of pics, forgot to take many!!! Cute Is this an actual brand? Loved the advertising and graffiti in TD1 this game hasn't met the same stabdard so far:

Loved the advertising and graffiti in TD1 this game hasn't met the same stabdard so far: Speaking from my experience I felt there was only one or two versions of a skill that is appealing and the rest and just purchased because they give you the SHD points to get everything. I spent SHD points on my talents first even buying the weapon mods is worthwhile, you might not be able to use them on your current weapons, but when you can use them they are helpful and each one is only 1 SHD point regardless of rank. I started my journey in the expansion and will need to hold off my final opinion of the expansion until I finish it and start filling out my gear for I don't think I am getting a balanced view of the game because my gear is all over the place due to the changes in the gear system and most of my gear is at least one level below my current level.

Found Ciri!
Only 3 additional quests register as failed after sailing to the isle: 2 regarding Kiera (finding her stuff and recruiting) and Cabaret, which means while Priscilla and Dandelion will be forever arguing over what to do with his new place, at least she won't be attacked by the religious freak vampire.
Next up will be battle planning at Kaer Morhen. Before sailing I upgraded both Cat and Wolf gear to Superior level, since at this point main quest after main quest tend to pile on the XP and there won't be any time to "get away" to a crafter for a while.

Another "doh I wish I knew that" moment, when you start getting blueprints to make mods I highly suggest doing it right away for the cost keeps going up to make them, but the benefit never changes so that way you can make them with less materials then when you get to 30.

In BF 2...
So I finally got all the Co Op new maps out of the way. I actually had a lot of luck on both the Seperetist Dreadnaught and the Venerator. I thought the Dreadnaught would be a real biotch given how bad it is in Supremacy for an attacker...but it wasn't that bad actually and got it in one go.
So it seems that not only has the Sequel era Ships come to HvV but they all have come to HvV. But the Resurgeance map is a BIIIITTCCCHHHH as I was fearing it was going to be with the drop offs in the little reactor core area...which is naturally where you faught. I again did not have the best time with it but I did go two for two...I believe...on the new maps and then did some other maps but got tired of getting my arse kicked. Le sigh. I may try again tonight or so...
Then onto co op which was the night of the crashes. Funilly enough I have now confirmed that having a game crash mid level does wipe out your progress, loss two levels with Rey. Finally got a good match going and a win...though the one on Takodana was so annoying to lose it was just the perfect storm to actually win that map for a change.

Well I was planning on a new run through Witcher 2, but then Geralt's face and hair were annoying me, so I got side tracked into modding them again. It wasn't that long ago that I played it and was happy with the way he looked then, but it was long enough for me to completely forget how to mod Witcher 2, and I spent all day trying to convert .dds files into .xbm's, and then I remembered that I used the Witcher 2 Redkit last time, and it does all the converting for you. It's a bastard getting old, I tell you. Anyway I got the hair toned down a bit and it looks a bit more natural, but still far too shiny, but that will have to wait, it's my wife's birthday on friday (the big seven O) so we have family coming tomorrow and I won't have time to play.

I did some things in DOS2. Freed a winter dragon that turned out to be a Dragon Knight. Also killed his captor, but I'm annoyed you can't stop her from kissing you. I also died the first time in that fight, I forgot what one of the hexes she cast one me did and I died by healing myself. lol. The reloaded save fight was easier. I'm rather amazed by how the enemy AI in this game doesn't always make the same decisions. Cheesed my way through a maze and got a statue calling me on it. I also saved an ever burning historian. Braccus Rex sure liked his stupid punishment. Kinda amusing that everyone he punished outlived him though. Next I'm going to deal with some Necromancers and then steal myself a ship.

I finished my first pt of Fire Emblem Three Houses. Definitely one of the best game purchases in a veeeeery long time. I admit, I went with easiest difficulty and no perma deaths. I'll most likely bump difficulty on one of my next pts, but I doubt I'll turn on perma death. I love these characters way too much and I was never a big fan of perma death mechanics. As for some of spoilery (but not that spoilery) stuff regarding characters. I got to at least A support with everyone in my class (most that could end with S ended up with S), as well as most Church of Seiros people I got on my side. I also managed to get Linhardt, Dorothea and Ignatz on my side. While the latter two were accidents, I was actively working on getting Linhardt into my class. Definitely one of my favourite characters. Luckily he asked me to join Blue Lions rather quickly. Oh, and I ended up with two non-Byleth pairs I was hoping for, so yay! Amazing game. Even that one completion was worth it and I don't plan to stop there. Now time for DLC and next pt
