Blackwall wearing huge 😍 GW blinkers. He has to make up for the lack of belief in himself by believing in something bigger than himself. I think he doesn't have to as much after he comes clean. Then he can rebuild hisself.

Speakeasy Demo.
It's a timelapse demo rather than a common route, so several sex scenes I saw (yes, this is a demo, wow) was definitely later in the timeline. Was a little uncertain about the protag: innocent kept younger woman who has no idea what Vincent is implying and blushes and runs away at all the debauchery. But then you see her in a sex scene with virgin Silas and leading the way? So clearly not a blushing virgin herself, so why act like one? Also just the idiocy of walking out with heels and a light coat into the rain to run away at age 25.
I didn't see enough of everything to make me more than curious to read it. (Well. That scene with Vincent and the toe sucking was yum.) But I backed it on Kickstarter, and am hopeful to find loveable characters and a bit more narrative to fill in the gaps. Even if not, I'm supportive of the genre in general and like being precariously more involved.

Miasma Chronicles Finally starting to get the hang of this game. When the second map unlocked I realized I forgot all about the side quests because they were above my level initially. The first sidequest is hilariously immersion breaking. You hear cries from the last surviving family member of a slaughtered family. Your companion tells you to IGNORE the dying woman because the enemies are too strong, come back later. OK sure, I guess torturing her to death takes some time and I'll just come back later?!?
By the time I got round to the sidequests I was several levels higher and I killed everything with little trouble. Which doesn't mean it's quick. Still need to circle the enemies for ages and take them out one at a time.
Then last night I was so proud of myself for a hot minute after I accidentally engaged enemies recommended for level 20 and I'm 13. Didn't realize it until I killed half of them already and thought I'll try anyway. AND I DID IT, BITCHES! It took forever to lure enemies away from the others with glass bottles and reloading all the missed shots. BUT I DID IT.
...only to find out the big scary monster didn't drop any loot. In fact, all I got for my hard work was using up valuable consumables. More than I found there. The purple weapon mod the big scary monster was "guarding" I could just have stealth stolen, lol. Which I actually did. Should have walked away. Don't think the XP were worth it either. Maybe the money. But overall most disappointing gaming moment in months. I guess I should have known better because something actually cool like a new weapon is not something enemies drop. They're in very visible guarded chests. And there was none there. Eh.

I am bus yplayin gFifa atm but that's mainly because I'm in a Fifa mood atm and lately I've been enjoying playing a lot wit hthe womens teams on the game this year. Yeah, I am the same way but with Baseball. I got to have my Yankees win the championship, since in real life they haven't won one since 2009. So yeah right now I'm not playing MLB Baseball, but once I am done with Marvel Midnight Suns and Mass Effect: Legendary Edition. I will load up the baseball game and Mass Effect: Andromeda. Yeah Spurs are in the same boat we haven't won a trophy since 2008 when we won the English League cup. We've had a fwe close calls in recent years though as we almost won the Premier league in 2016 I think it was the yea rLeicester won. We almos twon the Champions League the year w emoved into our new Stadium in 2019 as we lost in hte fina lt oLivrepool. Furthest we ever got in tha tcompetition so was still a massiv eachievement especially given the group stage we were given I thouhgt we wouldn't make it out the group let alone win it. Last season was a bit rubbis hfor us though as we went out of all the competitoins rather weakly and ended up finishing 8t hin th league which means no European football next season fror us. The good new s i swit'll mean less gamesw clogging up our schedule though s oma ymake it easier to focus on winning a domestic prize. A tleas tI hope so anyway because I think the club is ready t owin anothe rtrophy an ytrophy really especially if we'er going t oconvince Kane to stay beyond this season given his contract is up at the end of next season. I know there is still a chance we could lose him this summer but I think that largel ydepends on how negotiations go. I hope he stays and at least gives our new manager a chance though but the pressure's really on our nwe man in that he needs to win something immediately if we're going t oconvince Kane I think. The good news is thouh about our nwe manager though is htat he has won things everywhere he's been. Unfortunately that doesn't include the PremierLeague as he's no tmanaged in England before but still he has won up north in Scotland though in the Scottish League as he was in charge of Celtic before coming down to us. But yeah I'm playing Fifa on and off with my other games. I have been thinking o fgiving myself a break though today to start m ynex tMidnight Suns run as seeing moer people play it has made me want to pick it up again and do another run. So will probably start my Dark Hunter today

ACVDove into Wrath of the Druids. We'll see how this goes overall. So Eivor has a cousin we never see mentioned before now. More references to the old times stuff. Probably biggest thing(s) for this playthrough so far not having quite as much trouble with things as I remembered. I was actually able to assassinate Thorstein's LT and then her body guards gave me some weird trouble actually. Also I think last time I lost the fist fight or something for Ciara but this time I won it. The choice to spare Thorstein still remains somewhat arse. And I also didn't get the bug I did last time when I went to Tara to coronate Flann. There's a name. Having to or at least somewhat wanting to go after tungstein ingots because I also realized that is how you get Titanium as well. I do really like the trade mechanic in here at least in a high level theory way but not sure I am going to go and do too much with it this time through. Basically just going to try my best to beeline the story while picking up the occasional wealth. though again it is funny that 'being nice Vikings' is a part of the plot to win over Flann...and you are still raiding monostaries.

I kind of think of it as a mother wantin gthe best for her child though given Caretaker was the one who raised Hunter after Lillith turned evil but yeah Spidey's a cool character his main strength is using the environment. If you have the DLC they should unlock now so you should be able to recrui tDeadpool, Morbius and Storm. Venom you hav et owait for the star tof Act 2 for given yo ufight him for most of Act 1. I started playing Dungeons of Naheulbeuk. But I only got one minute in before getting completely stuck. I can't do anything, as the tutorial seems to be waiting for me to do something, but I don't know what? i.imgur.com/umeE1ft.jpgPressing t or the middle mouse button, just adds or removes the gold line from the box on the right. Has anyone played this game, and know what I need to do to move on?

GW2
My Necro Harbinger Kitty has made it through the core story to join an order (went Priory because it's the scientist themed order and Harbinger is pretty much an alchemist, with a gun). Since I'm not doing map completion, it's going fast. But doing the low level maps stuff was a bit annoying, it's a condition damage build so thing dies slowly compared to low level Power builds that has a lot more burst. Things gets better once I reach mid-levelcap maps.
I also picked-up the Iron Legion, which is great as a Necro because their storyline is about creating a guns that deal damage to ghosts.

Midnight SunsSo...I got Spiderman today, that was fun Also Caretaker got mad at Hunter...but eh *shrug* Spidey is fun. His strength is in utilizing the environment to his advantage. You're in the 1st act how do you like fighting random Hydra then Fallen Venom dropping in? He made the first act brutal for me. I kept on flip flopping between difficulty settings. I tend to play games at the lowest difficulty, mostly because I tend to play games for the story. That said, Venom was still hard to beat even on story mode...thankfully Magik got the drop on him...literally Midnight SunsSo...I got Spiderman today, that was fun Also Caretaker got mad at Hunter...but eh *shrug* Caretaker get's mad a tHunter a fwe times overthe game they have a bit of a history doing that as it's mentioned a fwe times in the story. I'm hoping I can at leas tget up t othe poimnt wher I can recruit Spide ybut don' tknow if I will ye tas I normally like to spend some time with my starting group and unlocfkin gsome of their cards firstbefore I mak etoo muc hheadwa ystory wise as I generall yfind early on thaqt's the most effectiv etactic for my playstyle.

Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight Got platinum trophy. I'm definitely going to come back to some of the tracks - they're absolute bangers, both to play and listen. I may or may not have a CDs with P3D and P5D tracks as well, in case I want to just listen I was also reminded of another reason why P3R is such a great news - it's another excuse to witness Elizabeth in her full, unhinged glory. She's the best

Well... Zero-K angered me -not easy for a game to do. Got 40 plus planets done and then the game updated in Steam and lost all progress -TWICE!. So am moving on -or maybe backwards to something a bit more straight forward. I have gone back and decided to try the old Impossible Creatures game again.

AC Odyssey
On Mykonos, met up with Kyra. Managed to muff this quest line up rather well. Was planning to do the sneaky, weakening route but ended up killing the dude on accident when looking for a toy at his house. Uh, whoops. So, skip ahead to the part where Kass reveals to everyone the dude was Kyra's father. I find it amusing and somewhat annoying that everyone Kass meets wants to get in her pants, or whatever those things she's wearing are called. Thanks to her faux pas, Kyra was no longer interested.
Then went after the Silver Griffin on his own private island. Ended up playing ring around the rosey with him and his guards until finally all of them were dead. Now I need to figure out where Achaia is, as that's where the next Cultist clue is pointing.
Diablo IV
Finished Act 1. This is shaping up to be about the most bitter divorce in the history of history. Yikes. Mommy and Daddy Sanctuary are both pigheaded lunatics who think they know best and of course the children, as always, are stuck in the middle of their tiff.
Unlocked golem summoning but had to look up how to actually summon it because it isn't obvious. It appears I will need to swap out skeleton summoning in order to have a golem instead. Bummer. But, I'll have to try it out to be sure.
My plan to wait on redoing the stronghold until I level up is not going as planned because it leveled up when I did, so is still 2 levels above me. I guess I'll have to git gud instead.

Yeah the Mykonos quest for Kyra is actually quite complicated IF you want to romance Kyra which also means you have lets say make Thaletas unhappy but she is my favourite romance in the game. Did you go to Delos, their is a tomb their with an ability point IIRC and a Sokrates quests to do that ties in with the Mykonos quests plus one where you can get Barnabas a girlfriend (Iola) if you are nice to her. Not much of a spolier but if you have done the ending of Kyra's quests it probably won't work out anyway.

My Necro Kitty made it to Orr, after losing and saving Claw Island. Also, dealing with an evil Mesmer and making a new output on the Straight of Devastation.
Next, to deal with an eye and a mouth. Then bringing the Pact army into Orr. Once I'm done with the core story, I'll jump to Season 2 episode to continue where my Spellbreaker left off.

Well I've given up on Dungeons of Naheulbeuk. It certainly gets my vote as the worst tutorial ever in a video game. I thought the problem above might have been a bug, and since I was only 1 minute in, I started again. Sure enough, it was a bug, and this time that tutorial appeared on the previous Orc, and continued on after I pressed t and it gave me a lot of information that never came up the first time. Only to be stuck again a few seconds later. The tutorial says "Now, orient the Thief towards the orc" But it doesn't tell you HOW to do that. While I could find two other people asking the same question on steam. One reply was to move the mouse cursor to the direction you want him to face. This might work in general game play, but it doesn't work in the tutorial. Another helpful reply said bla bla bla..."Then turn him in the direction you want him to face" (Yeah right, dickhead) i.imgur.com/AHSCGE2.jpgmelbella I am rethinking the purple/mauve hair it is starting to annoy me. Good move.

Not yet. That is where the next part of the Kyra quest was supposed to happen but I did the other thing first, so now I don't have to destroy the supplies. I'll probably go there anyway, just 'cause it's right there.

Been adventuring around Riften for a while, enjoying the Indian Summer. Perfect weather for some dragon hunting Oh yeah, had a really tough fight against a Drauger Deathlord and some tough Foresworn (I think I was massively underleveled fro this) but after dying 2 or 3 times, I managed to defeat them. Fortunately, the fight happened on a mountain peak, so I could Fus-Ro-Dah some of them down the cliff. Ah, the classics. Anyway, after that, I was rewarded with a very powerful Dragonbone-platemail armor set. Now I am a walking tank and look stylish, too. By the way, it does get quite chilly when you go up the mountains as this dude apparently found out. 🥶 Finally, I went into some Dwemer ruins. Always cool to go through these steampunk-y corridors and then end up in a massive cage and realize that they had whole underground cities down there. And that's been Riften. Oh, of course, I did take out the Skooma smugglers, became Thane and did some other stuff but I didn't take many pictures there. While I did explore the Rat Way to some extent and bought the Thief's Sanctuary home, I have no desire to join the guild with this rather honest and honorable character, so I think I am pretty much done there. Time to go back north.

melbella I am rethinking the purple/mauve hair it is starting to annoy me. Did admire the detail, contrast and beauty of Havarl thanks to my new PC and the Nvidia enhancements Go for pink. Fits some Sara personalities.
Always happy to see other people that also get a joy out of a PC upgrade and improved graphics. DLDSR has been a blast to use in games since I upgraded my GPU. You are setting your ingame resolution to 1620p, right? Have you tried switching back and forth to 1080p to see the difference? I swear, I spent like over a day doing that in different games, just to experience the joy of "looks so good".
Anyway, Aliens Dark Descent:
The game immersed me a lot. I know I am playing way slower than I should, but it gives a lot more tension. Getting good at stealth and rarely let the aliens hunt me. Discovered the land mine ability! Omg, it's beautiful. I create so much traps now, that the aliens probably should sent me to the Hague Court. I don't leave a corridor behind that doesn't explode at every step. Worked amazing for a while, but at around midgame the aliens increase in number and roam a lot more. My marines keep snickering when yet another mine is triggered, but this means my escape path is getting less safe and more alien infested. There is also a very useful mechanic of using sound to bait the aliens away.
The marine classes seem quite unbalanced. The Medic is pretty useless. The Tecker doesn't seem to be good until max level. Meanwhile the Recon, Gunner and Sergeant do all the heavy lifting. The Sarge shouting and keeping the Command points flowing (you need those to do just about any special action), the Gunner mowing down anything in range and being able to become an extra turret, and the Recon sniping the scout aliens to keep everyone in stealth.
The game suddenly introduced an Armageddon countdown, because of course it did. Never been a fan of these timers in X-Com type games. Now I don't have the leisure of letting my best marines rest up. It's mission after mission, trying to complete the tasks in a limited time. I know why it's done, but I don't think it improves the game. I had plenty of scary fun until that point.

If there isn't an ingame resolution higher than 1920x1080p, you may have to set the higher resolution in the Nvidia Control panel first (essentially change your desktop resolution) before the ingame option appears. Some games are like that, like Hogwarts Legacy. However Most games allow for a higher ingame resolution option without needing to change your desktop resolution.

saandrig it says 1920-1080 recommended but has the option for 2880/1620 in the display settings is that what I should change it to there is no other option other than lower than 1080? Other option is scale resolution to 125, 150, 175%
